Mice and Surfaces

Just bought a mamba wireless chroma yesterday and I haven't been able to get the lights work with Synapse 2 and Synapse 3 wont even detect my mouse. Help, please. I have already tried uninstalling the software multiple times, including the hidden file.

I'm thinking to change my mouse and I wanna buy a razer one. I don't know if buy the Razer Lancehead TE or the Razer Mamba elite. The price is similiar too. Can anyone with personal experience recommend me? Thank you!

I have a Razer Naga Chroma and I would like to turn off the scrolling function of the middle mouse click. I don't want to Disable the button, I want the middle button to function as Mouse Button 3. Another user, LightGreenPERIDOTgeo501, had the same exact problem (/synapse-and-middle-mouse-button.21746/) and Razer staff told them to simply Disable the button which is definitely not the solution to our problem. Why doesn't Razer Synapse have a simple "Mouse Button 3" option under Mouse Function instead of only "Scroll Click" by default?

I have a NAGA TRINITY which i've now returned, due to side panels not connecting properly. luckily I have an older 2015 Naga Epic Chroma wireless version, to use, but for how long. Please razer, start making this mouse again.

I have a Razer Trinity. Have always went with razer for my mouse/keyboard. I am on a budget of about $60. I had a BlackWidow Ultimate 2014 yeqars ago but it broke pretty quick, which has turned me off from razer keyboards but I want to give them another chance. My sensivity works when i have off razer synapse and how i turn on i only have 400 dpi Please help thank you in advance

All of my Devices are compatible with Synapse 3 except my mouse :( such a pain in the ass. Any plans when the Driver should be released? I mean it cant be that hard if the ones for Mamba wireless and Tournement are out since more then 5 month??? Is there a roadmap existing?

Good day, This is my first time with wireless peripherals so I'm really a noob here. Can you help me figure out a couple of things. 1. How do I know the current battery level of my Mamba wireless? 2. How do I actually charge know that it's currently charging. (I turned it off, then attached the wire. which made it still usable) HEELPPP 3. How do I know it's done charging? 4. I ahve been using a Naga Trinity for a few months now, but I have not been able to get the on board profiles to work how I assume they should work. I have created a couple of profiles for static colours that I have set in the on board profiles section of Synapse 3, but I dont' think they are actually stored in the mouse, because when I plug the mouse in to another computer, it defaults back to colour cycling. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, Dave.

Hello, the most of the community knows the problem. The mouse is randomly pausing while playing and continues after 10 sec. or so. I never had that problem after i configured something. The solution is for Mac Operating System. Solution: Systemkonfiguration: Go on the bulb (energy saving) and just demark/deactive the second box. Now the mouse should run without any problems for all games. free gaming chriba

Anyway, love the keyboard and mice from Razer. Best ever. Keyboard has amazing metal keys (aluminum cover). Absolutely awesome. Is there anyway to do the same to get a cool touch and cool mouse? I need it?

Razer should release a new Razer Deathadder with the following. Lights on the sides (Like razer mamba). Lightweight 85~95 grams 2 sizes : The Large one (with the size of the current deathadder elite) and the Small one. Maybe a more flexible cable. Please razer make it happen.

So with the wireless mamba up for redemption with zsilver i checked the European razer store so i can redeem it since i have the zsilver but unfortunately it's out of stock. And at local retailers i find the old version too. So if anyone knows if it's gonna be restocked in the European site and when cause i really want one. Thanks in advance for the answers.

I have a DeathAdder mouse and recently bought a DeathAdder Elite. There is something that I have do say about its new Mechanical Swtich: I did not enjoy it. Putting the Mechanical Switch characteristics aside (louder volume and more tactile click), it has two major downsides on the DeathAdder Elite: - The left and right buttons have different resistences (right button as a little bit less resistence). - It has more resistence (maybe that is something that I should have expected) compared to DeathAdder (classical), but my impression is that it is not only requiring more strenght but also more movement per click. This means the every click takes a bit longer to ocurr. I also noticed that, depending of how your hand in laying over the mouse, it is possible to feel a vibration on click that goes over the mouse cover, from the button area to the razer logo. I think that I will have some trouble get adjusted, specially because I still use my old DeathAdder on my other computer. I do not

I have the Razer Synapse app and the Razer Deathadder app and neither is recognizing my mouse. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, added to the privacy settings to accept computer changes, restarted computer and nothing is working. Neither app says I have a mouse connected even though the mouse is working perfectly. I have spent so many hours working on this and i'm getting super frustrated.

The first Razer Naga mice had a CONVEX 12 button panel and the new ones ALL have a CONCAVE, Razer says its better however I find the opposite is true because it is much easier when trying to use the CONCAVE one to press multiple buttons and I also find the buttons tend to move around more. A lot of people have been looking for new OR second hand 2012 mice and even paying double or more the price they were originally sold for just to get one yet Razer continues to sit there and tell their customers what they want instead of listening to what they want. (I know I do not speak for everyone but there are a lot of people out there that still want the old 12 button design) I am mentioning this because the Trinity came out a while back and it to had Razor saying we have designed something that would take minimal effort to please you but we still refuse. Hi. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread. I have a DeathAdder chroma from 2016-I think... Needs a replacement cable because it clunked up near the base of the mouse due to me not giving it enough slack. Is there any way I can purchase a cable from razer directly? What are my options?

I have been needing a new mousepad and thinking about getting one from Razer, is there one that will give you the best bang for your buck. I dont need rgb but I would prefer a slightly larger mousepad.

Just received Naga Trinity as a replacement for a possibly defective Naga chroma. Two problems: 1. Depressing "shift" on keyboard while pressing side view number button there is no change (example "j" does not become "J"). 2. Under System Preferences>Keyboard>Modifier Keys> ... the Naga Trinity shows up as a keyboard option (additionally when I plug mouse in for the first time I get a prompt to configure a new keyboard). Backstory: Naga Chroma I have had 18 months and worked great until 5 months ago when the "shift" capability stopped working. After suffering through that major inconvenience for 5 months finally none of the side buttons responded to the customization. Support has been simply abysmal, any help is greatly appreciated. The first Vespula I bought, after 6 months developed a problem where the upper pad became unglued slowly. I tried re-gluing it with super glue and it made the problem much worse. So, I bought another, exact same story, after 6 months became unglued and now I am at square 1 again. Does anyone have any experience on how to repair these mouse pads? Btw, using superglue made the pad develop lumps.

Hello, i was looking for a new mouse pad and i'm going to buy a goliathus. I play mainly fps like Overwatch and Battlefield at pretty low sens (35cm for a 360), now i'm using a deathadder elite at 800 dpi and a qck+. What do you recommend me, speed or control?
