Mice and Surfaces

The cursor of my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed mouse won’t appear. I’ve looked into my device manager and reinstalled it multiple times. However, an error showed that said “the drivers are corrupted or missing”. I tried to redownload the drivers from the Razer website, but I need a mouse cursor to do so. On the screen (firmware updater) that tells me to click “next”  to check my firmware, I am unable to click “next” as I need a mouse. The tab button and arrow keys won’t works either. I have also tried other Razer mice, but they haven’t worked either. Please help!

The only problem I have now is installing the driver. I cannot use the tab key or the arrow keys to click “next” on the firmware update page, so I am unsure on what to do. The other mice I have tried to use will not work either.

I’ve been using my Orochi mouse for awhile, about as long as I’ve had my laptop, and the dongle randomly started disconnecting before it finally stopped working. When it’s plugged in, my laptop keeps giving the disconnect and reconnect alert with no luck on a connection but when switching to bluetooth, the mouse is able to connect and work fine. I tested the dongle on my wife’s laptop and there was still no connection as well as cleaned out my own ports with normal usbs connecting as normal so I’ve been able to narrow the problem down to an issue with the dongle’s receiver.

Greetings! A decent while ago I bought myself a new Orochi V2, but as of a couple months ago I have been having some issues with the mouse. It seemingly just disconnects at random times, even when it's being used like when I am in the middle of a game. There is no way to turn it back on unless I open the lid and take the battery in and out again, only then will it turn on. It can't be the fault of the batteries because it is very unlikely that my brand new batteries deplete so quickly. As they sometimes tend to disconnect after even less than a day of use. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

  I have been a fan of Deathadder for a long time, and when V2 was released, I immediately found the 2 new customizable middle buttons were very useful and they brought me much convenience when I set macros on these buttons. It’s a pity that in V3 they removed these 2 buttons. I really hope that Razer can release a variant with the extra middle buttons in V2.

I as watching the razer shorts on youtube and they shown a cinnamoroll mat, but when I go to custom mats in europe I can’t select cinnamoroll, only in the US. Is there any way that I can buy it or it isn’t available in europe at all?

Hey, since 2 weeks my basilisk ultimate mouse has stopped working wirelessly, it only works with cable.I have deleted and downloaded synapse, used the pairing utility several times, tested on multiple PCs., multiple types of usb ports etc.i even bought a new dongle, same thing.the issue is, the mouse works with cable, but it completly shuts down when the cable is unplugged.When i put the mouse ob the charging deck, it shows in the synapse, with 100% charge, and with the charging logo, once i take it out, i see in synapse, the charging logo is gone and after 1 second the whole mouse is gone.I saw there is a lot of threads similar to this once, but they either dont have a fix, or an admin/moderator asks for a PM.Thanks

Hi. I have DeathAdder v2 pro with hyperspeed dongle. And I want to buy Pro Click for work (as a secondary mouse). Can I use the hyperspeed dongle with Pro Click to use only one dongle?

Whenever I move my mouse slightly fast it disconnects for about a secondI have tried almost everything to stop this, I have updated the Firmware, uninstalled synapse, removed it from device manager. Its a Viper 8khz

I bought this mouse about a month or two ago. It’s been working fine until today, it just stopped working out of nowhere. i tried doing firmware update but it doesnt even connect to the firmware only the dongle, I don’t know how to update driver because it doesn’t even recognize anywhere even with wired.

Can you guys give me a replacement cable for my mouse I lost mine

Razer Deathadder v2 x Hyperspeed isn’t working, nor is it being recognized by synapse.It didn’t work for some reason just when playing Valorant, I tried to do the repair tool, everything, it still didn’t work.I have some free time, and the mouse is recognized by device manager, but not synapse. why?

My mouse was working earlier this morning like usual. I got up to go to the bathroom and once I came back the mouse suddenly wasn't responding. It stopped clicking and moving as well as no longer being detected in razer synapse. It is still detected under my pc’s input devices however. The mouse is only about 6 months old so it makes no sense for any major problems to already occur.I have tried: Unplugging and Replunging the mouse, Restarting my computer, Uninstalling and Reinstalling synapse, Updating synapse, Repairing synapse, Reinstalling my mouse drivers, Every port on my pc, Plugging it into another device, Charging it with different cables.Does this happen to anyone else?  

Hi guys,Somehow I lost all my settings on my Tartarus pro. I got a pop up asking if I wanted to pull my settings from the cloud or local. Not realizing everything is on the cloud, I hit local. Totally lost every setting. I could recreate everything EXCEPT the strafe left and right. I need back and forward and strafes, not turns. I tend to mouse and keypad together. I use the joystick on the Tartarus Pro to do this part. Can anyone tell me how to program strafe back in? (and, I’ll remember it’s cloud, not local. :D) Thanks so muchGranny Rubyrose, wow mage

So if I go into the Razer software app, I can see the mouse but it shows as „off“ even tho the lights are blinking (On Bluetooth and usb)? If I get the usb thing out the mouse disappears, if I get it in it shows the mouse, but it always shows me that it is off even tho I turn it on (on usb). I tried Bluetooth too, but it doesn’t shows there at all. I installed all new soft- and firmware. I really don’t know what else I can try, really disappointing because it such a good mouse that I’ve had for over an year or two. 

For a long time, I have had issue with my pc turning on, as soon it goes to sleep. It seems I found the culprit.The “mus og andre pegeredskaber” translates to “mouse and other pointing devices” In power management it was set to be able to turn on the pc. The check box with pc can turn it off to save power, was unchecked and greyed out.I do have the Razer Basilisk ultimate, but it has its own driver Razer Base Station ChromaDevice type:   mouse and other pointing devicesproducer:        Razer IncPlacement:     On USB input device 

My Razer Naga Lefthand stops responding after I install synapse. Had a little problem with left and right buttons switching but resolved that by disconnecting the usb and reconnecting it. Now the mouse stops responding at all. If I remove all synapse programs and run on windows driver it work no problem, but as soon as I reinstall synapse and it loads up the mouse go dead. Tried other computers and other usb ports. Anyone recognize this issue?

I think it would be beneficial to have an adjustable debounce time in Razer mice. I feel that Minecraft players would agree with me. Also, Razer mice are already great for FPS games but having an adjustable debounce time would bring so many more players to the Razer community. This is why so many Minecraft players go to Glorious mice as they have adjustable debounce time in Glorious Core.Thanks for taking time to read this.

So i got the Razer Viper 8khz and the latest software with it, and the polling rate drop down options only show three options: 125, 500 and 1000. My mouse is plugged into the mother board and i do have an intel core i7 9th gen with a 240 hz monitor and its set on 240. I am trying my best to find a solution to higher the polling rate but i am unsuccesful thus far. Can somebody please help me. Also mentioning that it is wired.

my new orachi v2 2.4Ghz mode is not working with my laptop . aslo it is not able to register .if some one knows how to pair orachiv2 with synapse pls guide  me .

Please help me! I've tried restarting my profile, my mouse is fairly new about 1 year old, and my main mouse click just doesn't seem to workI don't know if its a hardware physical problem (unconnected cable / broken switches) or just computer / software bug? Please help !!

Greetings all. Recently, my Razer Basilisk V3’s scroll wheel has been incredibly “Gunky” To scroll with. I’ve tried cleaning it with 93% isopropyl alcohol, I’ve tried updating the firmware, I’ve installed and reinstalled synapse at least three times now, I’ve also cleaned inside the scroll wheel by using GUM Soft-Picks, and I can confirm that the inside is now clean, there was some hair inside of it, but I managed to get it out. Unfortunately, that has still not solved the problem. I’m on the fence between buying a new mouse entirely, or trying to dismantle the one I currently own to find the problem. If there are any other, non-last resort options, I would love to hear them! I really do like this mouse, and it would be shamed for me to have to pre-maturely shelve it because of this issue with the scroll wheel. Help would be very much appreciate, thank you in advance.

After using this mouse for 3 months, I encountered issues with it suddenly disconnecting when I lift the mouse from the surface. After approximately 2 months, it stopped working completely and is not being detected in Windows (So I cannot update its firmware). I have already attempted connecting it to other computers and laptops, as well as performing a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse 3 and deleting mouse drivers. The DPI Stage is blinks fast when I cover the mouse sensor but that’s about it. The product is no longer under warranty. Can someone please help me?

Hi all i recently got a razer mouse to replace my viper mini from temu (listen i know yall would say its fake already but listen) and im just wondering if its actually real and because temu is from china will the chinese mouse connect to my synapes or will it ask me to install the “chinese version of synapes” Im living in australia atm so i want to know if my synapes is “universal” (just put it this way as in i went to china and got a real razer mouse because its cheap) also if you are wondering why i want to use synapes so bad is because of this 1 function called the double click.  ps i cant install anything on my laptop with the pop up: do you allow this app to make changes to your devicebecause i am using a school laptop (-1000 aura) :skull: so basically i cant access cortex only synapes thanks for reading so far and tell me if you dont understand anything i know its a long message so i might have missed a few key details  (also the mouse from temu is free i dont buy electronics fro

The mouse ran out of charge while using as I had forgot to charge it. I then plug the mouse back into my pc and the mouse doesn't charge.Changed USB port changed cable tried charging from a wall outlet reset the mouse (no LED feedback) Tried using the dongle Not detected in razer synapse or device manager updated synapse (nothing) Tried updating firmware (mouse not detected so therefore no update possible)Does anyone have any solutions to fix this problem or is my mouse broken? I have always took care of the mouse so I don't see how it could be my wrongdoing.Many thanks,Loui
