Mice and Surfaces

my viper mini just disconnects and reconnects midway through games. i dont knw what causes it but it disconnects for 1-3 seconds on average sometimes more. i have tried multiple usb ports, still the same. the firmware is fully updated but its still not working. i have tried everything and im not the only one with this problem. pleade help

I have tried every solution for this problem where my razer viper isnt turning on after i was putting my laptop on sleep multiple times, the optical sensor is on but the RBG and everything other than that isnt working. The mouse works on my other laptop but not the one that i am using but before you say it can also be my laptops usb problem,  my razer huntsman mini that i connect works fine. I also have this error code 49 in my device manager…. i have tried uninstalling the drivers, updating it, EVERYTHING THAT IS POSSBLE but the error code wont go away.I REALLY NEED MY MOUSE TO WORK SO PLS HELP ME😢

Hey, So, I have the following problem.I remapped my 12 side buttons to the numpad with Synapse 3. After that, I wanted to save them to the on-board memory. But how does that work? Synapse 3 does not show the save button next to the profile name.Or is that not possible with Naga V2 Hyperspeed? It says, the mouse has on-board storage for one profile.I just wanted to deinstall Synapse asap after I remapped my side buttons.  Thanks in advanceCheers! 

I was always slow to react I decided it was a mouse problem and kept changing the mouse, and I found out that I have a habit of raising my finger when I was nervous when playing fps games I'm able to react a little faster than before by preventing my index finger from being lifted  

I just got the Razer Viper v3 Hyperspeed. I don’t really like the texture because it is too smooth. Does the razer precut viper grip tape work for the viper v3 Hyperspeed? Does it fit correctly? If it doesn’t does anyone know any grip tapes that would work for it.

My mouse it was good one day but now it’s just goes crazy and just stays in a corner and I try to move it and then it just goes back n just goes up and down can anybody help? 

i cant use left clik on my deathadder v3 pro while its wired but not when its on hyperspeed  i wont it to be wired. do someone know how to fix it?

Hi.After last update like week ago i have started getting problems with d essential,i was playing cs and i sensed that the moves was weird slow… i pulg it out and in couple of times and it was back to normal, 2days later…. i have jump bind on scroll, it started to jump by it self, now from yesterday  i have problems with double click while jump problem disappeard the day before yesterdayis it broken just after 3-4 moths of using or its problem with the drivers ? 

I have a custom mousepad from 2018~2019 that I want a replacement for. I’ve had this mousepad for years and I’ve loved it the whole time, however it has been worn down and dirtied over time and I want to get a new one of the same design. I think it’s a Gigantus V2 Large, although I’m not sure since it’s been so long and I don’t have anything that would tell me on hand.The thing is, it has a StarCraft design with a Zerg Hydralisk as the main focus, but the customized mousepad section in the store does not have it anymore. I remember going through the customization process when I first got my mousepad and I remember it being very different to how it is now.I’m wondering why things changed so much (my opinion is that the way that I remember it being was superior), why some customization options were removed (such as my current pad’s design), and if I can at least get a replacement for my current mousepad.

I have a Deathadder essential mouse, and since 2 weeks i can’t change my dpi no matter what i do, i uninstalled it, deleted mouse drivers, tried everything related to this problem, i don’t know if this problem only in windows 11 or not

As some of you may know, Logitech G has come out with a mouse and mouse pad that when paired together the mouse will get a charge from the mouse pad. As a die hard Razer person I think that it would be awesome of we could get something similar but bigger, cooler, and better. My idea is that the mouse pad is the size of the Goliathus Extended and not only charges your mouse, probably the Ballistic V3, but it charges your keyboard too, probably the BlackWidow V4. It also would need to be RGB because everything should be. Please Razer we would love to have this as an item that we can buy on the website.  Truly,Granny03

For the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, what's the difference between Bluetooth, USB dongle connection, and the Mouse Dock Pro in terms of latency and battery life? Razer seems to suggest the mouse can reach around 90 hours at optimal battery usage before needing a recharge, but I can barely get above a day or two (~20 hours on average). I recently had to replace my daily driver through customer support due to connection issues, but the new mouse appears to also have the same battery life, which begs me to believe maybe I just have it configured wrong or this is expected behaviour?

Does the Basilisk Ultimate warranty cover stolen items? I left my mouse out with my computer with the usb port plugged in, came back to see someone stole the mouse and the port, but not the computer. Bit weird, but my point is that someone stole my mouse and I want to know if I can get a replacement. Please help!

Hi! I’m left handed and it’s really tough to find good mice then. I would really like to have a Naga left hand edition but i really need a mouse that are wireless. is it possible that that mouse are being produced in the future? i think there is a cute good market for left hand mouses with bluetooth connection because there´s almost none..  

Hi, mouse razer basilisk v3 pro synapse is not working on mac, I saw that synapse 3 is not available for mac, but maybe there is some way around?

When I remove and plug the mouse into the computer or when I plug the mouse in after the computer is turned on, the synapse application does not see the mouse. I have to restart the computer in order for it to see the mouse. I tried what you said for the problem of not seeing the mouse, but I couldn't get the result.

My 12 button mmo profile on the side is going out does razer sell the profiles standalone?

When i was playing call of duty my mouse just suddenly stopped moving every click was working but i couldn’t move the mouse , afterwards i cleaned the where the sensor is and it started moving again but now whenever i lift mouse and place it down it lags behind , when the mouse is just on mousepad it works but when i try lifting it it starts lagging behind is there any way to fix it?

I have a Razer Abyssus mouse and I recently wiped it with the Lysol disinfecting wipe.I feel the mouse is now kinda sticky, not sure if it was the residue of the wipe or the coating is disintegrated, most likely the latter. Am I not supposed to use this kind of wipe to clean the mouse? HelloI have run the ‘device detection toubleshoot tool’ app as described by support and synapse sees my device, but when i run the firmware it say close synapse and all other apps which i do, but it still says connect device and the update button is still greyed out (not available). I checked in the services to ensure sysnapse wasnt still running and closed the remaining services but this did not make any difference. What else can i do?

Hi,I've Got a Razer Mamba + Firefly HyperFlux Setup on my desk, but the Mouse is Not charging at all. Only when I lift it up around 20cm from the desk. Its a wooden desk that can be adjusted in height via a motor (which lies just beneath the plate). I assume the motor is causing interference. Even when the desk is unplugged. Is there Any way to sort this out? Thanks

Hello everyone. I've been looking for a long time now but not sure what I find, Razer offers mouse pads + induction mice? Or at least wireless charging? Because I'm starting to get tired of wired mice. Although I am a fan of the Deathadder, the friction of the cable and/or when it gets stuck annoys me x). Thank you in advance for your answers!

Mouse not detecting in firmware update and mouse scrolling down is glitchy to up and downand Razer support contact is worst which redirect to same page why this companies are not good at support and Serivce but the price is to high and my warranty also not detecting in warranty status

I’m about to pull my hair out. I have a Razer Naga X that doesn’t hold a left click very well. It does sometimes, but I work in Premiere and After Effects a lot and am often holding down the mouse for a few seconds, and it often drops the click, messing up my entire comp. The mouse is completely unusable with the lasso tool in Photoshop as it will never hold the click long enough to make my lasso. I searched the internet and was told to completely uninstall Razer Synapse and any semblance of Razer software on my system. Fair enough, I tried that and it didn’t help at all. Apparently that means it must be a faulty mouse. It’s out of warranty. Oh well, a new one is on sale, so I buy a new one. It comes in the mail and I’m all excited to finally have a usable mouse again. Guess what, the new mouse is slightly better, but still drops the click enough to drive me crazy.What the heck do I do? This mouse is nearly essential to my workflow, the 12 side buttons that I can program are amazing, b
