Mice and Surfaces

I got a Basilisk Ultimate around January 2022 and It was working fine until maybe a few months ago. It wouldn’t charge and I thought it was because of the cable so I stopped using it. I finally got a new cable but it still doesn’t work. I tried plugging it in but the light won’t even turn on to indicate that it’s charging and it doesn’t show up in my devices. When I plug the cable into the dock it works just fine so I know it’s not the cable or the power source. Please help the backup mouse I have is cheap and doesn’t work very well and idk how much longer I can play with it.

I more or less expected that I would be able to configure custom settings for my Naga Pro buttons “by program”, but I can’t find that feature in Synapse.For example, I might have two programs with a similar function, but achieved by different keystrokes, and then I could program a given button on the mouse to perform that similar function regardless of which program was running.Is this possible now?  Is it planned for a future software release?  I believe both Microsoft and Logitech have supported “by program” settings at different points in time.I think this would be a good topic for for the FAQs page as well.

I have a Viper Ultimate Mercury that I received without a wireless dongle. Luckily, I was able to find another Viper Ultimate dongle (Normal black color, don't think that matters) but ran into an issue as I was trying to pair the Viper to this new dongle. On the pairing software, the dongle could not be recognized as belonging to a Viper Ultimate and the pairing software would just ask me to connect a compatible dongle to continue. But the really weird part is that the dongle was recognized in a different pairing software, but as a Viper V2 Pro dongle in every pairing software compatible with that mouse. I wanted to make sure that this wasn't just my computer and sure enough, when I plugged in my dongle at my work computer, “Viper V2 Pro” popped up as the device name. I have been searching for ways to factory reset the wireless dongle or some alternative way to pair it. Razer doesn’t sell replacements on their website anymore and the cheapest I can find it online is $20 and I’m nervous

Hi guys, I'll explain my situation better, I have a Razer Firefly that I used in combination with my Razer Mamba (peace to his soul, if he has one), unfortunately, however, my poor mouse no longer works as they once and I decided to change it with a Razer Cobra Pro by buying the Mouse Dock Pro together, now my question is this being that they are similar technologies, there is the possibility that keeping my Firefly mat and using the Cobra mouse with attached battery can corrode or do some damage?

Hello. A while ago I bought a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse in black color but I regret it because I want a white one is there any solution to this? Can I change the case of the mouse or can I send razer this mouse and they send me a white one?

I’ve got a razer mamba wireless mouse and I lost the dongle to it and all the ways to replace it require a serial number. Annoyingly the serial number on the bottom of my mouse rubbed off, is there anywhere else that the serial number is printed? I live in Australia if this helps at all

Is there any Official Replacement for Razer Viper Ultimate Skates and Side Grips? All I can find online are some over-price 3rd party parts.

Hey all, I have been waiting since the release of the Deathadder V3 Pro for an Ultimate version, just was wondering if anyone has heard any rumors. I just wish the Deathadder (and Viper) would get there Ultimate treatment, something not as light as the Pro’s but has the new Qi Dock capabilities. I know there is the Basilisk V3 Pro but that weight is just egregious and the shape is a little bit too much for my taste. Thank you.

I was using Logitech G203 a few days ago. I upgraded to V2 Mini. But I have tracking problem. Normal and slow moves are not problem but when i turned the mouse too fast it’s not tracking. Cursor stays where it is. In the online games this is too important because there’s a mechanics that you have to do perfectly like flicking, turning 360 etc. So please help me i loved this mouse and dont wanna return it.

Gonna cut to the chase I'm get angry and that results in some love taps. Over the months my scroll wheel has had an issue where the scroll wheel was acting on its own in shooter games. Today, I finally took it apart to find that the tensioner popped off the wheel. Went to put it back together and now I have a small spring that feel out of the buttons but no clear place to put it. All I need is a picture, diagram,  or clear as day explanation of where it goes.

I’m not sure if it just doesn’t work with this mouse but my Naga v2 Hyperspeed doesn’t connect with my ipad it is shown on the Bluetooth selection but it will not connect is that normal?

Hello,I just bought the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition. I got that with some glass skates and with some PTFE skates. And there is already PTFE skates on the mouse. Now to the question. Why do i can put some glass skates on the mouse? Why should i do that? Do i have some benefits? Is that better than PTFE skates?

Bought the Trinity, scroll wheel down movement became poor within the week, got replacement, same issue after a few days.(very stiff, sometimes not recognised)I want to stick with Razor and want to keep the mmo multi 12 buttons.  (want to stick with razor as love my mini razor keyboard and only want one software running for my mice/keyboard) If I return again the Trininty - do the Naga Pro models (or other razor mice) have a better - more reliable scroll wheel?

Hy everyone.  I have a problem with VIPER ULTIMATE mouse RC-30-030501 The mouse slows down and the game freezes.singles don't help. Who faced and how did you decide? 

Raged on R6 because my LMB wouldn’t register from time to time so I ripped the plastic part open from the front and after putting it back it’s a lot more difficult to click on and quite uncomfortable to use.Before taking it apart I wanted to make sure I know what I’m doing but I couldn’t find any tutorials on how to fix this issue in particular so I’m opening a thread and asking you guys.EDIT: It’s a Razer Deathadder Essential, not a 2013.

my razer deathadder v3 mouse side button just got so loose that it gets stuck sometimes. Does warranty cover this or do i have to do something else?

Hi all, Months past and there has been no fix from Razer, as we know the dock doesn't work anymore for some reason.I’m running windows 10 so those saying it’s a windows 11 problem would be incorrect. Another problem I’ve encountered is that because my mouse has paired with my dock, it doesn’t recognise the 2.4gHz receiver. Also I’ve read in the forums that users having this issue are usually running an MSI Motherboard, however I have an ASUS Motherboard, so I’m not sure if it’s a problem with that either? Another thought I had was the dock disables itself due to bottlenecking… that doesn’t make much sense but, if the polling rate uses the CPU’s power or whatever, maybe 4000Hz is too strong for middles ranged CPUs (for example: Ryzen 5 5500, which is what I have). Still, waiting for a patch from Razer themselves as I like their products compared to others brands, however with no word from them or a fix I’m unsure what to do. This is an issue because the whole reason I spent close to $50
