Mice and Surfaces

A few days ago I wanted to change the light on the razer viper ultimate from red to blue and the light would just turn off when I tried. I attempted to troubleshoot this issue and found out that the light would only display red and no blue or green colours would show so I'm stuck with red. hope this makes sense and any help would be appreciated :)

I get that it's not a supported product anymore but I would still like to make sure that I have the latest firmware. 

I have been using the razer viper ultimate for some time and I have not had problems till now with its charging. In the app it says its charging but the charge will not go up. I have updated the firmware and cleaned the mouse. I dont know what to do now

My Deathadder v2 pro stopped working. I run it in 2.4 GHz mode.I updated the firmware. Did not help. Tried rebooting. Did not help.Does not work in BT (BT is on) or 2.4 GHz mode. Does not appear in Synapse. Appears in windows devices as connected and paired.    Please help.Thank you.

Is there a replaceable mouse wire for the Deathadder V2 mini? My mouse has been disconnecting and reconnecting a lot and I suppose its the wire that's making the problem. So Im trying to find a online one Philippines by the way.

So I am looking at a mouse, and saw some good reviews on this = Razer Basilisk V3 ProBUt I will be using this with my Steam Deck for now connected up to monitor etc, and eventually be used with my gaming PC which is in planning and in the next few months, buying each component.  Returning to PC gaming after years of Xbox and PS console.  So would the Razer software to amend the settings of the mouse, work on the Steam Deck.  I want to get the use of all feature between my Steam Deck and eventually PC… so if I go away on hols or work, and I have my steam deck, up i go, large screen room tv mouse keyboard and game...

Hi,My razer viper v2 pro usb dongle stopped working. 1 month ago it stopped working when plugged into the usb receiver. So I removed the dongle from the receiver and connected it directly to the computer and used it like that for 1 month. I thought the problem was in the receiver.  Today the dongle started having problems when plugged directly the computer. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  I tried it on several different computers and had the same problem. Then I connected a different mouse to the receiver and it worked fine. The problem was not with the receiver but with the usb dongle. Now I'm trying to open a ticket but I can't create a ticket of any kind, the page always redirects to the beginning. How do I request a dongle replacement. Thanks.

Like i said my aux cable came from amazon and its not picking up my mic and only the mic on my laptop 

My deathadder stop on the middle of the screen, how can i resolve it?

Mouse goes to sleep seemingly well, but does not want to wake up. It doesn't wake up instantly, 6 seconds is the record, you can't wake the mouse up straight away

Synapse was working fine until a couple days ago when it kept freezing. The icon in the menu bar kept pinwheeling. I uninstalled Synapse and when I tried to re-install (v1.87) it keeps giving me errors and won’t install. I’ve restarted my system and zapped PRAM and SMC but nothing has helped. My Razer Naga Chroma is now pretty much useless. It’s a total bummer that Razer barely supports Macs. Can someone please help me get this re-installed? I’ve searched these forums and online and tried doing everything that I’ve found in those forums to no avail.

Hello, yesterday I bought some limited edition at a flea market razer gigantus v2 with an inscription "Critical role" tell me, is it rare? And is it more expensive than usual razer gigantus V2? 

Rumors have it that some mice are made in Taiwan, and some in mainland China. Is there a sure way to tell without opening the box? Any model that is exclusively made in Taiwan?

The mouse that im using rn is the deathadder essential, and whenever i want to scroll down it scrolls up, people say try to clean it but i can’t seem to find the screws to open my mouse

I saw dongle selling online for orochi v2 and on usb dongle it says 2.4 ORC V2 on it. Can I buy that to replace my lost dongle? Thank you

My deathadder was buy 2 years ago, and 1 year ago I change the same mouse from the store I buy (TDDĐ in VN), I think my scroll wheel problem cause by the old mouse, but now, almost the deathadder series all have the same problem, when I my first 2 months after change the mouse, its was ok but after that the scroll wheel going crazy again, yesterday I have clean my mouse and blew dust in the scroll wheel but not effect at all. You guys have any suggestion?

if i restart the pc  the polling rate will set  to 1k hz and the razer synapse show its 8k  when i unplug dav3 usb and plug it again it. its  back to 8k hz (this is dual monitor print screen)

Hey, could use some help here.I've had the Razer Naga Trinity for about 3 years now, and I love the physical mouse, but I'm struggling with the accompanying Razer Synapse Software.I've been playing Warcraft Classic for about 3 years with the mouse with no problems, having been able to map the side keys (I use the circle layout) without problems.About 3 months or so ago, I noticed that all my keybinds (profile) have been deleted, possibly due to a Razer software update.Now my keys are no longer bound, and only correspond to the buttons as they are numbered.  Meaning, if I press the mouse button 3, it will only activate the corresponding keyboard button 3 in the game.I used to have it where mouse button 3 activated action button 9 in the game, etc.How can I recover my old profile, if possible at all?If not possible, how can I bind the keys to correspond to different action buttons in the game, meaning, for example, if I want the mouse button 3 to correspond to the action button 9 in the

I more or less expected that I would be able to configure custom settings for my Naga Pro buttons “by program”, but I can’t find that feature in Synapse.For example, I might have two programs with a similar function, but achieved by different keystrokes, and then I could program a given button on the mouse to perform that similar function regardless of which program was running.Is this possible now?  Is it planned for a future software release?  I believe both Microsoft and Logitech have supported “by program” settings at different points in time.I think this would be a good topic for for the FAQs page as well.

I have a Viper Ultimate Mercury that I received without a wireless dongle. Luckily, I was able to find another Viper Ultimate dongle (Normal black color, don't think that matters) but ran into an issue as I was trying to pair the Viper to this new dongle. On the pairing software, the dongle could not be recognized as belonging to a Viper Ultimate and the pairing software would just ask me to connect a compatible dongle to continue. But the really weird part is that the dongle was recognized in a different pairing software, but as a Viper V2 Pro dongle in every pairing software compatible with that mouse. I wanted to make sure that this wasn't just my computer and sure enough, when I plugged in my dongle at my work computer, “Viper V2 Pro” popped up as the device name. I have been searching for ways to factory reset the wireless dongle or some alternative way to pair it. Razer doesn’t sell replacements on their website anymore and the cheapest I can find it online is $20 and I’m nervous

Hi guys, I'll explain my situation better, I have a Razer Firefly that I used in combination with my Razer Mamba (peace to his soul, if he has one), unfortunately, however, my poor mouse no longer works as they once and I decided to change it with a Razer Cobra Pro by buying the Mouse Dock Pro together, now my question is this being that they are similar technologies, there is the possibility that keeping my Firefly mat and using the Cobra mouse with attached battery can corrode or do some damage?
