Mice and Surfaces

I have a death adder V2 Pro mouse and want to have it paired to two dongles. One dongle in a computer at work and one at home (don't want to use bluetooth).The two dongles will never be close so there's should be no issues with it being connected to the 'wrong' dongle. I could buy a dongle and just try it using the dongle pairing app but, if it doesn't work, I'll have wasted cash.If not, I'll have to take my dongle to work or use Bluetooth one one of the computers. Hardly a nightmare scenario but I like to squeeze every drop of convenience from my tech.

Will there ever be deathadder v3 pro left handed version? i need some high end gaming mouse but there just isnt any.

Hi, I have a problem with my Basilisk. The right button has not been working properly for some time. I have to press the right button hard for it to work. Also sometimes the left button works like the right one. I've reinstalled drivers and software, but that didn't help. The mouse is not mechanically damaged as it has never been dropped. It stays in one place all the time. Sometimes the mouse works fine and sometimes it doesn't.

as per above, my Razer Deathadder Essential cursor not moving, but mouse is turned on and can click. anybody has similar issues and what was the fix? Tried with different laptop/desktop, uninstalled e drivers and reinstall. Still having the same issue. Appreciate the help here.

Does the Razer orochi v2 auto-calibration across different surfaces?

 This is rubber wear in just 2 months and is not covered under warranty. Just don't buy it…  

Firstly hi, i have a Razer deathadder v2 x and many of you know that there is 2 battery slot. Im always using it with 1 battery but im curious, if i put 2 battery(1 thin and 1 thick) does my battery life improve or i just burn my mouse?

Hi, I recently purchased my Viper Mini from a local store and attempted to register it with my Razer ID, but the registration process failed. Moreover, Razer Synapse is unable to detect my Viper Mini. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by seeking solutions on Reddit and various forums, but unfortunately, none of them worked for me. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could assist me in verifying my Viper Mini.  Below are a picture of my viper mini: 

I updated my Razer Deathadder v2 Pro but i accidently disconnected the mouse, while i updated. Is that bad?

I bought a deathadder v2 pro mouse about 2 months ago, but the wireless does not work as of 28/07/2023, no matter what I did, the wireless does not work, I am disappointed, I will definitely not buy the razer brand again, I will not buy it, it was really disappointing, I did not expect such a bad model

Hey guys hope y having a nice day so i just bought a Razer viper mini and  "Razer Control Device"  is failing to install, i have Razer Synapse 3 installed but yeah it doesnt recognize my mouse and i dont know what to do ,i use Windows 11(updated from windows 10 cause mouse wasnt detecting still no use) and i tried to uninstall mouse drivers and Synapse 3.0 aswell but simply its not working i would really appreciate if someone would help me somehow

Make an Orochi V2 Pro. I really like the Orochi V2 Pro but I do not like the hardware and features on this mouse. Use the latest optical sensor and optical switches for better response time. Use rechargeable battery as I can just charge the mouse and do not need to change the battery while gaming. Make this Orochi V2 Pro longer to make it fit a longer hand. 115cm long is enough for most people as most people use claw grip for gaming. just make this mouse with 1000Hz polling rate as most games do not support polling rate higher than 1000Hz. Make the mouse lighter and if possible make this mouse weigh under 50 grams. Please make a Pro version of Orochi V2 as I really want to buy it.  

Make a new Viper Mini with 8KHz. I want a more powerful and better Viper Mini. Use latest switch and optical sensor. Make the mouse weight under 50grams. Thank you in advance for making it.

I would like to ask, approximately what date will the Razer viper mini signature edition mouse be available in Mexico? Because and tried to buy it, but it only has availability in other countries And not in Mexico, the closest I have is the US, but they can't send me to Mexico Or at least one day there will be availability in Mexico? I am a big fan of Razer, and I love their products, I hope I can have your best mouse, I hope you can answer me

I just got deathadder v2 pro today. The first 5 hours of usage were fine, but then my mouse started disconnecting for about 5 seconds and connecting back. That happened about 4 times in 10 minutes. I installed newest firmware available. When starting the updater it detects the dongle and says that newest version is installed. But the mouse itself doesnt bootup with the dongle. USB works perfectly fine. I tried uninstalling drivers and synapse but that did not help. Also the installer detects wether the dongle is connected, but synapse app doesnt detect the mouse when it is plugged in with the dongle. what do i do?

i got my viper v2 pro quite recently and at the start it worked flawlessly but the day after i started playing and i noticed that my frames dropped drastically so i tried switching to 1khz and then my game worked flawlessly. does anyone explain why this occurs and if there is a solution to it so i can use it at 4khz polling rate  again?

Hello Razer! I just bought ths Razer Viper Mini and when i try to register it the serial number wont work it says “Unrecognized Serial Number” i tried alot of times doing it and doing different text on it i tried it on the code that is under the mouse and under the box but nothing has worked.

I use the Naga X, and recently I’ve been experiencing this issue where whenever I scroll, it either jumps in the opposite direction, or way farther than I want it to. It’s practically unusable at this point.So far the only places I’ve seen this issue even mentioned is on Reddit and YouTube, and the only solution I can find requires me to take my mouse apart and order replacement parts, which I don’t have enough money to do.I’ve tried reinstalling my drivers, updating razer synapse, and checking to make sure it isnt just my PC and none of those fixed the issue.Does anyone know of a way i can fix this without ordering replacement parts, or another mouse all together?

I lost my usb dongle. Live in norway. Is there a way to buy a new one? The mouse is useless if not.

My mouse has just come back from warranty but the back button has a loose problem that is not normal but the click still works and when my old mouse is made in china vs series PM and the one after the warranty comes back is made in thailand and I can't find its serial on the website because it doesn't have PM . Its back button is quite loose, not perfect like the old one (the one is faulty)

Is it possible to change the colour of my mousepad without having to have razer apps open at all times? Like with Logitech G Hub having On-Board memory so you can change the colours and sensitiviy for the mouse universally, with g hub installed or not.

Buttons on the 6 and maybe 12 -buttons panels are not positioned reasonably .In games, buttons on central and back columns are consistently pressed together, i disabled the back column but:its disturbing to have multiple buttons pressed when you execute 1 action . there is no reason to not shift the forward 2 columns more forward and separate the 3rd one alike columns on the 12-buttons panel are, but with more space between them . there will still be plenty of resting/holding space under the buttons .For work, the middle buttons are unreasonably hard to press, adding space between the 2nd and 3rd columns will fix that .I’m currently not using the 12-buttons panel and it will take time to analyze it, but due to its nature the issue is much larger with the 6-buttons panel .p.s. the screenshot is of a work preset . on a gaming one, items of the back column are disabled/red .

I need to buy this cool mice and did anybody know when did razer will return to selling mini signature? 

My mouse stops working entirely after about 1-3 minutes of not moving. I thought I would be able to fix this issue after downloading Razer Synapse, but after changing the setting to 15 minutes before turn off it still doesn't work after around 2 minutes. But after I disconnect it from my Bluetooth and reconnect it, it works. Is there a fix for this or am I left with the annoyance of having to essentially reset the mouse every time I stop using the mouse? Also, I ordered it on Amazon and inspected it, after noticing that I had not received the Bluetooth dongle I returned and got a replacement. To which also didn't have a Bluetooth dongle inside so I believed I didn't need it. Is the dongle required and is this the root of my issue entirely?
