Mice and Surfaces

Hi, I'm trying to bind two keys together on my mouse. I want one key to have two functions instead of two keys having the same function. For example: In my game I have left click as fire weapon and key five as my spot enemy. I would like bind both keys together so when i use the left click I get both fire weapon and spot enemy at the same time. In synapse I can bind keys but they both have the same function. Thanks

I got my Razer Orochi V2 White Edition yesterday and when I tried to use it, the pointer on my screen was not moving. However, I could use all the buttons on the mouse. I thought the mouse was defective and almost returned it back to the seller. Later that day I used it on the bare wooden surface of my desk and it worked. I spent an hour trying it on different surfaces and even on other mousepads that were of my roommates, and found out that it only works on hard and smooth surfaces and not on rougher surfaces like mousepads or cloth. I have never seen something like this before. I have seen tons of videos and reviews of the mouse before I purchased it and none of them mentioned anything like this. In the Razer Synapse app, there is no option for a custom mouse calibrati0on either. However, I can select presets of Razer mousepads. My question is gonna sound a bit stupid:**Do I need to get a Razer mousepad to use the Orochi V2?**I mean I could use it on my bare desk but my sweaty arm

Hello, I've been using Orochi V2 for 1 year and I love it. But recently I encountered some problem when the mouse is sleeping while using 2.4ghz mode. I've tried using all the method in the forum but my mouse still not working. I hope this is not some hardware issue because I love this mouse so much. Thank you.

Hi, My Razeer Mamba died on me after 10 years of daily use. Which product in the current lineup would give me approximately the same feel (I've got medium size hands). Usage is both work and MMO (with clumsy fingers) Thanks in advance. Pierre

Hi, so I lost the box that came with my DeathAdder v3 pro before I put the grip tape on the mouse. I tried to find replacement grip tape but it’s not the same as the stuff that comes in the box. The grip tape on the store is a different shape. Doesn’t come with the same shape side grip tapes. is it possible to buy replacement grip tape? Will it be possible in the not so distant future? kinda upset lol

Is the Pro Click the only mouse that works with the Razer™ Productivity Dongle? I am unable to see if there are other options to use with my Pro Type Ultra keyboard. I would prefer the keyboard and mouse use the same dongle. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks!

Hi guys, I haven't bought a charging dock for my Basilisk v3 Pro mouse and am charging it using the cable provided - however the charging "icon" is not showing on Synapse - is that completely normal? I've tried connecting and disconnecting the cable, same thing. Is there any way to check whether my mouse is charging properly?

I don't know what to do anymore... It started when I bought my orochi v2 and I started to notice some little motion delay when using it, something that I was not feeling on my g305. Than I bought a DeathAdder V2 and It felt more responsive than my g305, so I came back to the g305 and started to feel the same way that's I was feeling with the orochi v2, feels like the cursor is on ice but it doesn't use to be like that. I totally lost my desire to play anything, g305 is the best mouse I've ever used, I love the shape, orochi v2 has a very good shape too! But I can get used to it anymore, due to that small motion delay that I feel. I've tried everything, even changed the motherboard and cpu, but no success... I don't know if this is just a weird feeling that I'm having but I just want things to be as it used to be and not feel that weird motion delay feeling... Does anyone had an issue like developerbook that? Can anyone help me pls? I'm really sad...

Hello. I was trying to customize an orochi v2 mouse shell. However, it seemed like I was not able to load in custom images and therefore I was limited with my design. I did notice though that there is a tab for community designs. Is it possible to submit a design to have it added to the community designs? Thanks!

Hi all, I just bought the Basilisk V3 Pro mouse (on its own) yesterday, it's my first Razer mouse, so I'm confused if I need to buy the Razer Mouse Dock Pro which includes the Wireless Charging Puck (https://www.razer.com/au-en/gaming-mice-accessories/Razer-Mouse-Dock-Pro/RZ81-01990100-B3M1) to charge the mouse? I have a qi charger at home which I'm using to charge my iPhone and other qi compatible devices, can I use this to charge my mouse (I'm guessing I will need to buy the Razer's wireless charging puck for this purpose?) or the only way to charge my mouse is using the Razer Mouse Dock Pro? After installing Razer Synapse, there is a noticeable change to the mouse speed and curve of the mice. Does anyone know what actually happens and what changes (sensor?) Personally omegle, it feels more controlled but yet slightly slower. Not sure if it's a good thing, has anyone noticed as well? Thanks!

Hey, I just received the mouse and doing some tests with it and I realized whenever I right click on relaxed palm grip I feel that the plastic bends a little and I can feel that bending motion with my ring finger. I took some pictures to show you the exact location. Can you tell me if this is by design or should I rma it?

Will Razer be making Deathadder v3 wired version?

I'm looking for a high quality but a simple gaming mouse with a low extra button count (2 extra buttons specifically). I've been eyeing on the Deathadder for a while now and it seems like a good pick for me, as it is high quality, light and simple (or so the reviewers have said). Even one of my favorite youtubers stated in one his videos https://nox.tips/ that it's his favorite mouse. But I've heard critique from people on forums on Razer products, that they're not that durable, and now I'm sort of skeptical about buying the Deathadder. What have you guys heard? Are Razer mice truly bad quality products? Should I just go for the Deathadder or something else?
