Mice and Surfaces

I currently use the Razer Viper Ultimate when gaming on my PC. I also have a 2019 Macbook Pro that I play games on and would like to use my same mouse, however, whenever I connect the mouse via dongle adapter (USB-C to USB) it does not have the same responsiveness that I get when using it on my PC. Is there a way I can enhance the connectivity to my Mac so the mouse feels the same on both platforms?

Hello! Soon is the arrival for my HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for my Razer Viper V2 Pro. Now I‘m questioning myself which USB Port might be the best for plugging it in and if I should plug it in directly or with Cable? Currently I got the standard 2.4GHz Dongle directly in the USB Port of my Mainboard which is associated for Keyboard and Mouse. But I‘m wondering if it would be better to plug it into one of the USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10GBits) USB Ports or at least into a USB 3.2 Gen 1 or USB 2.0. Any suggestions which Port I should use and if I have to connect the Dongle with the USB A to C Cable?

I got a razer viper ultimate from my friend but he lost the usb reciever and the razer hyperseed usb dongle isn't available in my country. Can I use any other usb reciever or does it have to be razers?

Gonna keep this one short... Why would Razer not make this to allow multiple devices to sync to it? I feel like this was a gross oversight in the development. If anyone has a reason to why this should not be the case I would love to hear your thoughts.

I have already tried the following: 1. Blowing compressed air into the buttons crevasses. 2. Restarting my computer and updating to the latest software. 3. Updating the Razer Synapse software. 4. Closing all apps to see if it is a problem with the app. 5. Closing Razer Synapse completely. I am also using a external USB port because the laptop I have does not have USB A connectors on the side, it has USB C. The laptop is a Dell XPS 15" in case that matters. I am not using the mouse wireless because I notice a big delay. I do not think that I did anything to it because it was working completely fine when I got off, and when I got back on it didn't work. I have been using them for Fortnite to quickly hotkey to weapons. Thank you for your time and help. I have already tried contacting support but it says I do not qualify for replacement. I was not trying to get a replacement I just wanted answers.

I've tried reinstalling razer a few times, have both dock and mouse wired to computer. Have tried downloading the mouse drivers on it's own. No matter what I do I can not get this computer to see the mouse. Really frustrating which I think is by design to get me to get a newer mouse that automatically recognizes windows 11 maybe. Anyone had this?

Hi, I have DeathAdder V2 Pro for almost a year now and rubber where my thumb is pretty worn out now. How come rubber got worn out that fast ? Is there any way to replace it ?

Hello, I've a problem with my mouse. Whenever I scroll down or up, its scrolling a little bit in the opposite direction. When I scroll for example full up and keep scrolling up, its permanently going a little bit down and then up again. When I use the mouse after a break its more extreme. When Im actively using the mouse its little bit less happening but still. I tried already to blow with a compressed air cane and reinstall tribers, also closed all razer apps. This is happening with cable also wireless.

I would like to buy Razer Naga Pro Sidepanel replacement where to get it? I bought the Naga trinity because i thought I could share the side panels, but eventhough the match perfectly the buttons are not mapped correctly. Now i have 2 Razer mice and am very unhappy! Additionaly I get no support by RAZER because i am out of warranty? I bought them new from amazon just recently! First time ever I need to request support via Forum.

I recently bought my Razer Basilisk V3 on Amazon and at first, the click scroll worked, but when I restarted my computer, it stopped working. I tried everything to get it working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse, I tried to clean the mouse, and I tried restarting again. For some reason, it is not working. I don't know why. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

I appreciate the Replacement Parts page on the main Razer website, however which of these USB dongles is the correct one for my Razer Mamba? If it is this: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1 Why don’t you list all the compatible products that work with that?!?! I’m supposed to just guess? My original dongle does not say HyperSpeed, so I’m not sure if that is the correct one. I do not see any other that would be the correct one. Please assist.

So my side buttons don’t work and now my thing doesn’t even charge I’ve had it wired for a couple days then decided to take it out and the wireless didn’t work so I opened up the software and it stays at 0% I need some help because these mice are way to expensive to buy a new one I’ve had it for a year now this happened and wow its annoying it says mice are warranted for two years only had mine for one and said no warranty lol

In my opinion I think Mamba is better. Others think Death-adder is better. I think Death-Adder is a close second.

So i have got a 2020 Viper ultimate, and the left side grip is badly worn, I was looking at replacing the side grip, but I read the side grip is not possible to remove, is it true? any possible fix?

Hello, This morning I broke the dongle for my orochi v2. I searched online on what to do and I found replacement parts for other razer mice but not for the oroch v2 is there anyway I can get a new dongle without spending money on a new mouse?

Hi, I'm trying to bind two keys together on my mouse. I want one key to have two functions instead of two keys having the same function. For example: In my game I have left click as fire weapon and key five as my spot enemy. I would like bind both keys together so when i use the left click I get both fire weapon and spot enemy at the same time. In synapse I can bind keys but they both have the same function. Thanks

I got my Razer Orochi V2 White Edition yesterday and when I tried to use it, the pointer on my screen was not moving. However, I could use all the buttons on the mouse. I thought the mouse was defective and almost returned it back to the seller. Later that day I used it on the bare wooden surface of my desk and it worked. I spent an hour trying it on different surfaces and even on other mousepads that were of my roommates, and found out that it only works on hard and smooth surfaces and not on rougher surfaces like mousepads or cloth. I have never seen something like this before. I have seen tons of videos and reviews of the mouse before I purchased it and none of them mentioned anything like this. In the Razer Synapse app, there is no option for a custom mouse calibrati0on either. However, I can select presets of Razer mousepads. My question is gonna sound a bit stupid:**Do I need to get a Razer mousepad to use the Orochi V2?**I mean I could use it on my bare desk but my sweaty arm

Hi, My Razeer Mamba died on me after 10 years of daily use. Which product in the current lineup would give me approximately the same feel (I've got medium size hands). Usage is both work and MMO (with clumsy fingers) Thanks in advance. Pierre

Hi, so I lost the box that came with my DeathAdder v3 pro before I put the grip tape on the mouse. I tried to find replacement grip tape but it’s not the same as the stuff that comes in the box. The grip tape on the store is a different shape. Doesn’t come with the same shape side grip tapes. is it possible to buy replacement grip tape? Will it be possible in the not so distant future? kinda upset lol
