Every time, every damn time I buy one of these to sustain my wow addiction I end up regretting it because I have this chronic issue where the left mouse button breaks, like it will click multiple times just with one stroke, and only one audible click can be heard. WTF is going on, and please can someone tell me a way to rez my mouse???

once a day, the mouse will freeze randomly for a few seconds. When it unfreezes, the cursor moves instantly. Every time this happens, my manual calibration in Synapse is reverted to default, and I'm unable to change it back (clicking on my manual calibration profile will cause Synapse to freeze for a second, then automatically boot me to the smart tracking tab) until I turn my mouse off and on again.

I have found some "temporary" solution to the problem, to fix the connection again and stopping the mice from suffering an unstoppable annoying disconnections that never ends, i've found that if you pull off the pad surface and placing the mice in the center of the pad itself, the direct touch of the mice with the electric pad is probably giving him some "boost" for his internal capacitor and "waking him up" again, after doing that you can put again the pad surface and work again without anymore disconnections.

Hi guys, I've always used a Razer Control pad but I cant seem to find one in my local area for pickup. My parents control what i buy online and they prefer I pick up something in store than buy it on the internet. Any clue what new range of Razer mouse pads is the most similiar to the Razer Control in its feeling and texture? I really like playing on high sensitivitiy and the control pads always been good for flick shots and stopping quick :) Going by Razers website it appears theyve discontinued the control pad and i need to find something else thats similiar... :(

So two days after I got my mouse it started to occasionally get unresponsive at random. This only happened on wireless but eventually I realized it only happened when the dongle was plugged into the dock but if it was plugged into my laptop it worked just fine. What also happened was that when I used it wired for a few minutes up to a few hours it would work normally. This problem would go away but the next day or later would go away. I have only seen a screenshot of it with the V3 Pro. Any idea on a release date on the v3 wired/standard version?

I have the the mouse plugged into the USB, nothing is working tho. The power is on, but also when I have it pugged in it doesn't show up on razer synapse. Idk what to do, I do have an extra mouse but I would like to save the razer mamba because I like it more than the basilisk.

Hi, I've been trying to play Counter Strike Global Offensive recently and have been having strange issues with mouse lag where my mouse becomes very very slow and makes random movements on this game specifically. I've used my old mouse (Naga Hex V2) which also had the same issue and I've reinstalled drivers etc with no avail. I switched to an older mouse I had that wasn't a razer product and this fixed my issue, however I would prefer to be able to use my Naga Trinity that I'm using right now due to the capability of setting up macros. Anyone know any methods to fix this? (I've messed with CS:GO Settings and decided something to do with the mouse has to be the issue).

What color sequence is shown by default on the Basilisk Ultimate if you just plug it in with no Synapse software installed? It looks as if it cycles through the colors. Thanks for any info.

I recently got a new gaming mouse from razor. Everything works fine except for the dang led in the mouse wheel. It flickers back and fourth from the color I set it (grey) to a dim green. It does this for other colors as well, but different colors instead of green. I’ve noticed that when I touch the mouse wheel this tends to happen. At one point it was working fine when I put the resistance completely down, but now it doesn’t matter. Any ideas https://100001.onl/ ?

Hi, it's been 3 months since I bought this mouse. And today I noticed something. If I press or click the buttons on the left side (Mouse 4 and Mouse 5), my mouse sounds like it's vibrating. Is this a problem?

Hiayaa Mate, Let's get to the point shall we. As you know, or maybe some of you know, I'm huge fans of Razer Product and always have been, I'm just me being a fan just like you are. I owned the OG Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma from couples years ago and i still love it but, there is some issue that i have which is annoyed me which is How to clean it ? Now with this problem since its Chroma its a bit challenging. You can't treat this like any other Mouse Pad that you can soak with water and bleach u need extra careful coz 1st its cloth and 2nd it has electrical RGB by the edge. With that issue, Razer released Strider last year or a couple years ago (correct me if im wrong), but I skipped it for a reason (deep down in my heart I believe one day Razer will release the Chroma edition ) and guess what, i was right. Hello, I just recently got the naga pro and am having an issue where when the mouse goes to sleep it will not wake reconnect to the bluetooth. I have to remove it and reconnect every time. I have updated firmware, tried reinstalling synapse a few times. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? THank you!

Hello There! Since I got the Razer Viper V2 Pro and totally felt in love with it, I was wondering what settings might be the best in case of DPI and Calibration to get maximum performance out of it. Let's start with the DPI: I actually used to play with X:700 Y:300 DPI for shooter - currently Hunt Showdown as maingame - since I saw a video which has shown that low DPI reduces the mouse movement delay. But after I was watching a more recent video the recommandation switched from Low DPI with 400 and 800 at best results in case of input lag into High DPI with the best results at 1600 and 3200 DPI. Sooo.. What should I now go for? Currently I'm playing arround with testing X:1600 Y:700 but the problem is, eventhough you get your settings on a level which makes both playarts comfortable, the effect of input lag is nothing you really can feel. Has anyone a final conclussion whether I should go now for High DPI or should I stay with Low DPI with the Viper V2 Pro in particular? The next topi

I just got a new mouse today but my synapse is not detecting is but my pc is. How can i fix this? The mouse is a basilisk V2

When I turn my computer on, my Razer Basilisk (Quartz ed.) is not connecting. My PC says "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I tried a different USB outlet, same thing. I plugged in another mouse, that one works fine. Tried the Basilisk in a different computer and get the same malfunctioning error. Apparently, my mouse is no longer under warranty. Anyone know how to fix this or is it just dead? I've already checked for updates via my computer and through Razer..there isn't even a section for just the Basilisk.

I understand that this new iteration seems like it was mostly focused on cutting down the weight of the mouse, but at the same time as someone who is left handed losing the buttons on the right side of the mouse is the only thing that keeps me from purchasing this newer model. It's rather unfortunate since it seems like it has a lot of needed improvements over the viper ultimate and if they were to have a model with buttons on the right side this wouldn't be an issue at all. By any chance does anyone have any knowledge of whether or not they may actually manufacture a truly ambidextrous version of this newer version with buttons on both sides or at least on the right side?

Hello, I have had my Basilisk for a little longer than 2 years, and found out the entire mouse is not charging. Whether I put it on the dock or usb cable, use a different USB port on the PC, clean the pins or update the firmware, it seems to not want to charge the mouse. How can I solve this issue?

Hi Razer ! Im a pro Counter-Strike player since 2002 & Razer fan since I've got Diamondback in 2006. In 2008 I have tried DeathAdder and found it is best mouse I ever had. I have a big expirience with gaming mouses. DeathAdder was very similar to Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0 but more accurate. Some days ago my DeathAdder 3.5G gone...I have use it about 9 years with standalone drivers, changing some times feets and was happy. It started to disabling sensor and buttonts randomly. Some time it works ok, some time it was terrible. I have decided to buy modern DeathAdder v2... I have configured my new DeathAdder v2 mouse with synapse 3 software, saved profile into mouse. Nice app, no problems. Tryed some games, old and new - mouse is outstanding. BUT. It doesn't save lightning settings into mouse(I like to use "breathing" settings with only white color). If I do a new login over Remote Desktop and my DeathAdder V2 is plugged in, the Start Menu and Task Bar hang for several minutes. If I log in locally, everything is immediately responsive (even if I start the session over RDP). If I unplug the mouse, RDP login works as expected. I've updated drivers, firmware, created fresh user profiles, tried different USB ports. The problem seems to be the Razer hardware and or driver.
