i cant get my basilisk ultimate to charge with the cable only with the dock , super inconvenient
It was great to buy and use Razer Basilisk V3! I like it's DPI and grip. It fits to me for sure. Also, I can change the scroll mode. I will recommend it to others everyone who wanna experience comfortable grip and lots of functions. Also, I recommend to use Razer Synapse for more functions.
annoyed DD214 holder who owns two nagas, a 2010 model i purchased on post in VA, and then a naga chroma i purchased in 2016 in Germany (AE). i also poses a Black widow chroma, V2 i believe? now, i have been abusing these components for years, loved every second of it, until they stopped. my 2010 blue naga, some buttons stopped working, no issues. was heavy into gaming and i abused it. no issues with seeking a replacement. the new mouse and keyboard have been, nice. then the mouse started ghosting and freezing. then my keyboard started not responding to key strokes, or ghost the depression of the key stroke and then hold that key until i would rip the cable out of my rig. been hunting for driver support and assistance of that nature. Razer is pretty much as useless as apple. i have been attempting to contact them through more private means, but here i am on a community forum. i cannot find drivers for either component that i have had issues with. i cannot find "supported" drivers for my
When building my PC I made sure to purchase you Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed which was the newest on the market at the time. And all I can say is the product is outstanding, not only is it high quality but affordable as well. I have no complaints about the product and just wanted to say thank you for supplying these products to us.
Hi I've always enjoyed this type of mouse, but it has been bothering me a lot because it doesn't match my setup which is entirely white. From my recent search around Amazon, there's only a white DeathAdder Essential but wanted to see if there's also a white DeathAdder V2.
So.. this is a bit embarrassing... I just spilled a glass of juice on my desk. Luckily it didn't get to any electronics and nothing is broken at all. However my mouse cable soaked up some of the juice and now I'm afraid it'll dry sticky. I used a paper towel to get out as much as possible and used a damp cloth to try and clean the cable. Does anyone by any chance have other ideas? And yes I know it was reckless to have my glass there, I typically don't. Help would be appreciated :)
I have a razer basilisk v2 mouse. I have been using the mouse for about 2 weeks, but today I noticed that scroll click is not working. I only used it for 2 weeks and now it doesn't work? I need your help. Thanks.
i want to use button 5 as toggle for "holding down right button". when i "click" button 5 (not hold), it will behave like i'm holding down the right button. when i click it again, it will behave like i release the right button i did this in past on steelseries mouse with their software, but can't find way doing this on razer with synapse.
Hi, Short: Need to change the DPI on mac without Synapse. I have a Razer Viper Ultimate and I'll have to use it with a Mac OS. The tracking speed is way too low to satisfy my needs/expectation on multi-display setup. Requires too much palm dragging. There is no Synapse 3.0 support for Mac OS! Is there any workaround? Thanks!
I have this mouse on the way from Amazon but I wanted to make sure that I'm going to be able to reprogram the buttons on my Mac since is what I use. I see there's no support for Synapse 3 in Macs but what about Synapse 2 or 1? Can I reprogram buttons in that software in a Mac if I bought this mouse from 2019? Thanks in advance.
Hello, I have a problem with my ouroboros mouse when I connect it to the pc the cursor stops working, for it to work again I have to disconnect it and restart the pc, as soon as I connect it it does the same thing again
Is anyone else experiencing explorer.exe and taskbar hangs and using a Razer mouse? I've seen a few threads over on the keyboard side of things. I can reproduce this every single time by booting up the PC, login to any local account and switch to another account. The taskbar will hang until explorer.exe manages to sort itself out which takes around 5 minutes. The normal solution is to restart. It will very occasionally happen on startup but it happens every single account switch. This behaviour also occurs in safe mode. I'm running the latest firmware, drivers and windows updates. I can completely mitigate this issue by unplugging the mouse before first boot. I have ripped out all mice drivers and Synapse and reinstalled everything, disabling the HID compliant drivers that get installed automatically.
Hello Support Team, I purchased a new Razer Basilisk X Hyper speed mouse on 5 days ago. The mouse often falls asleep or loses connection to my computer after a few second of laying idle. Once the mouse goes idle, it does not re-awaken automatically, requiring me to fiddle around with trying to turn it back on (i.e. flipping the power switch or unplugging and re-plugging the usb doggle), Furthermore, when my computer last fell asleep, the mouse would not reconnect at all when the computer turned back on. I've tried turning it off & on, unplugging and re-plugging the usb doggle, and changing the batteries. Sometimes these methods work, but more often they do not. I've already tried disabling Synapse and uninstalling the mouse drivers per the instructions in this thread. It made no difference. - /basilisk-x-hyperspeed-not-turning-on-even-with-different-batteries.78568/#post-768964 What can I do for my mouse to automatically re-connect to my computer without the additional hassle?
Just posting a solution here since it took quite a while to figure out what the problem was. I just bought a Deathadder V2 mouse (november 2021) and my computer fails to boot. The CPU gave a warning that it was overheating (which threw me off my troubleshooting). If I was able to enter bios I could just sit and watch the CPU temp rise quite fast. I have a ASUS Z97 PRO which I then started troubleshooting (the Q-Code error says something about USB Hot Plug (b4)). It seems that changing some values in the bios would make the computer boot - until next boot time where it would hang/freeze/warn me again. I finally came to this forum where I found the solution. Set USB initialization in BIOS to "full" instead of "partial". (Solution for me was the same as the first post linked below) I've updated the firmware on the mouse to the latest version (1.2) even though I can't see any release notes about this problem. I find it very odd a mouse could create so many problems and potentially

Hey peeps, i have a Razer Viper Ultimate, and was wondering if i have to turn the mouse of each time when putting it back onto the dock?
Hi, I've encountered pretty much the same situation as @Chestnutevergarden140 where my scrolling wheel gets jumpy 50% of the time when I scroll on a page. Is there any other ways to fix this other than dissembling and cleaning it? It's kind of sad that I've only been using the mouse for 3 years. I usually expect a mouse like this can last at least 5 years. :(

Okay, so my mouse was acting up on me and I decided to try and update the firmware on it. I stupidly forgot that there was a difference between a Razer Lancehead and a Razer Lancehead Wireless so I just downloaded the first firmware I found, which was the wrong one. Funny thing is the the Razer Lancehead mouse firmware installed just fine but has completely take away all of the wireless aspect of my mouse. I am also stuck with an error in device manager . I know I am stupid for doing this to myself but how could Razer allow the firmware to install on such similarly named devices, I feel like it should of been able to tell that it was the wrong device and not installed. Anyways, looks like I have a fully wired mouse now, not the worse thing that could of happened but man I would really like to be able to fix this, does anyone know how i can rollback the mouse firmware to the proper one? Installing it the same way I mistakenly did it the first time doesn't seem to work.
hi all, i want to make a macro with below requirement but seems can't find the correct command. press W 1 time then press A multi times in toggle mode can it be done?
Can't figure whats going on Razer Customer service was usless
So as you all probably know Razer has a history of making mouses that most likely won't last 2 years. I've been searching and saw countless people with broken Razer products and especially broken mouses. However in the last time I've seen this far less and Razer themselves seem to theoretically make the mouses with the https://19216811.cam/ longest lifespan with 70m clicks. Of course that's a lie as they won't make mouses that you can easily use for 15+ years, but is Razer an okay choice if I'd buy a mouse now? I specifically mean the Deathadder V2 or the Basilisk V2 in that regard out of which one will probably be my choice.
HI Folks; I am looking for recommendations on a good mouse from Razer. Im a sorta big guy -- 5'11 320, and I have big hands -- thumb to pinky is 9 inches, wrist to fingertip is 8.5 inches -- At work I use a basic plantronics mouse, and right now for my home pc I use a Inland wired mouse -- which is making me crazy, the wire is always getting tangled etc. I want to buy a new mouse, but I need one that will fit my hand -- I already have some carple tunnel, and I want to avoid more if I can. -- What do you suggest?
