I got a Razer DeathAdder v2 Pro and a Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed 65% Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard today. The mouse will not connect via the dongle, but it will work with the cable connected. The keyboard works only if I use the dongle from the keyboard, if I use the dongle from the mouse nothing works. I wish there was a way to remediate the problem on my end. Its prob something simple. Device name THINKPADX1E Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8850H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable) Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on 6/17/2020 OS build 19043.1081 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
Hello, I have recently received my Razer Basilisk V3, and its great so far. However, I'd like to be able to change the "smart-reel" threshold. Would it be possible to add this feature or is this possibly already being worked on? Thanks in advance
It'd be cool if y'all designed an ergonomic mouse with all the fancy thumb buttons like on the Nagas for gaming. I think y'all'd hit a pretty good market. It sounds like it be a niche product, but I think it'd do pretty decent for gamers, especially people with wrist issues where they have to take a break from using a normal mouse. Then you can have people gaming more, wearing out their mice faster, and perhaps requiring a replacement faster. And you also help doctors everywhere thanks to the added health problems of people not taking breaks from gaming as often. It grows the economy. Benefits everybody. Hurts nobody.
I'm currently in the mouse market, and I'm looking at the Deathadder family. Should I buy a deathadder v2 x hyperspeed? or the wired v2? Or maybe should I save more and buy the deathadder v2 pro? I prefer a wireless one because its easy to travel with, but a wired will work too. Please help me decidein the comments!
Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your feedback. I have Razer Mamba TE mouse and recently decided to upgrade my mouse pad to the Goliathus. The look is great. However, there seems to be issues with reading the movement of the mouse as the pointer or reticle (in game) often gets stuck in one spot or in a small area. I tried my wife's $5 dollar mouse pad and the performance is exponentially better. So what did I miss here? Did I purchase the wrong pad per my mouse? Is the Goliathus sub par? Other?
So I've been using the Orochi V2 for a little bit now and I want to change the shell on it. Is there a way to buy only the shell instead of having to buy an entire new Orochi V2 with the shell I want?
Hi there! Love my new pro click for work (architecture)! However when I orbit around models in 3D (by using the middle click/scroll wheel) it still activates the scroll if i move it causing it to zoom which is quite annoying! Is there a way in synapse to disable any scrolling while you have the scroll wheel click pressed? Thanks!!
What is razer viper ultimate battery life whit RGB and 1000 hz_
this issue started out after the lastest update where now if i close synapse and use any of my profiles the only mapping that automatically reverts to default is the scroll toggle button. i have tried resetting the memory, redoing the mapping, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and synapse and i am still having the same issue. i am assuming this is some sort of driver level issue because this mouse is brand new and the mappings are fine if synapse is running.
This is a huge topic in the Minecraft community, so I better post it here. Minecraft 1.8 PvP is a game that partly depends on having a high CPS. One popular clicking method used in this game to achieve this CPS is drag clicking and butterfly clicking. Now unfortunately for us Razer users, we don't have adjustable debounce time in the Razer software. Having an adjustable debounce time in the software gives a huge advantage, as you can godbridge and take less knockback while pvping. This is the reason that the glorious model o is popular in the Minecraft community. There is nothing special about the model o other than the fact that glorious has included an adjustable debounce time in their software. The same goes with the Bloody and Roccat mice. The problem with these mice is that they are heavy, have an awkward shape to them, and just aren't ideal for PvP let alone for any FPS game. To conclude, adding an adjustable debounce time in the Razer mice software wouldn't change anything in
Hey guys first time poster here, sorry if it's a dumb question. Recently I've purchased the Basilisk Ultimate from an online shop originating from China. I've received the package and noticed that it doesn't include the traditional Razer "Thank you note", the manual, logo stickers, and the micro USB cover (USB A has tho). I've seen online that the box should have those included. I asked the seller about this and they claim that the China version of the Basilisk Ultimate don't include those?? I wanna know if you guys can confirm their claim or it's utterly complete bs. Also just to add, registering the serial number works in Razer's website and is detectable in Synapse, but I noticed part of the mouse's bottom sticker is cut off and the feet already have scratches on them which leads me to believe they sold me a second-hand unit. They even went on to said that they intentionally cut the sticker cause "It proves that it's from us and part of our warranty" lmao. I'll include picture
I am in front of a computer for nearly 16 hours a day, working multiple jobs (Web design, UI/UX design, graphic design), and working on my doctorate. I need the Basilisk to have a wireless charging pad like the firefly, so I don't have to worry about charging it overnight and possibly overcharging it. The battery is decent, but with continual use, it just does not make sense. I would love to move to the Mamba/Firefly combo, but the Basilisk is so good for adobe shortcuts, and of course, gaming in the after-hours. Razer, please hear my cry! Let me continually charge the mouse and then have it stop at 85% power or whatever the 40-80 rule dictates, and then if need be, use the docking station for faster charging and to get it to 100%.
This mouse is a tool I honestly get lost without I have so many profiles both for gaming and productivity. I've run through 4 Nagas: the OG (with blue light), two Epics (that I bought for the price of one! In one of those crazy CES promo) and one Chroma. I confess I've flirted with a Logitech I don't even know the model, that monstrosity with the third button, it lasted less than one day for me, I love the shape of the naga mouse. I want another one, BUT I'll only buy if/when it has the following features: USB-C connector without a recessed plug; I want all the features the current PRO has, but I don't want the HEX, nor the dual button side, it's just E-Waste for me; Instead just make it with the 19 buttons and save us some weight (and cost) it will sell like hot cake!
Hello there, so I just received my Basilik V3. I just tried to assign that big button on the left but it doesn't get recognized in game (Warzone,...want to use it as "melee") Am I being stupid or is it not possible?

I'm looking for a high quality but a simple gaming mouse with a low extra button count (2 extra buttons specifically). I've been eyeing on the Deathadder for a while now and it seems like a good pick for me, as it is high quality, light and simple (or so the reviewers have said). Even one of my favorite youtubers stated in one his videos that it's his favorite mouse. But I've heard critique from people on forums on Razer products, that they're not that durable, an speed test d now I'm sort of skeptical about buying the Deathadder. What have you guys heard? Are Razer mice truly bad quality products? Should I just go for the Deathadder or something else? showbox
Hello, my diamondback chroma from how i can see are stopped to be supported on synapse software (in the supported device list there isn't anymore). I'm looking everywhere but i not find any other mode for continue to use the same featured that i had before on synapse like dpi setting and chroma switch colors that i really need it for continue to using this mouse. Any help or suggestion? Thanks in advance!
I'm wondering if razer could fix the diamond shape on the viper ultimate grip tape because it is more grippy when the diamond shape is horizontal like it shows on the box, while the one that come in the box is vertical, making it okay but not as grippy as if the diamond shape was horizontal. I've tested this with the razer universal grip tape and it does make a difference. btw the image is not mine but is a reference
Hi, I thought the great benefit of optical switches is that they aren't prone to ghost double clicks, at least that's what everyone is saying. With ghost clicks I mean, you press the button once but it registers twice. I have a Razer Viper 8K here, only 6 months old and the middle mouse button literally double clicks when I press it once. To make sure this isn't related to my computer I tried the mouse in another computer, even with a different OS, and the exact same issue occurred. How is this even possible? Especially with optical switches. I always handle my equipment with care so no throwing, liquid or any other crazy stuff.
I was playing some games with my mouse in Bluetooth mode. The mouse was working fine, but all of the sudden it decided to shut down. The mouse never powered on again. I tried connecting it via USB but the mouse is not recognized by my PC and its lights remain off. I've tried connecting the USB cable into another device and it works fine. The problem seems to be the mouse. I've had this mouse for less than a year. I tried installing the newest version of Synapse, as well as updating the mouse drivers but I failed because the mouse needs to be detected by the computer to updates its drivers. I've restarted my PC, tried to update the USB ports and Mice drivers in my Device Manager. I've also tried restarting the mouse by pressing the left and right clicks plus the scroll wheel for 5 seconds or more and there is no response coming from the device. I've tried disabling my antivirus to see if it was the problem but it isn't. The mouse seems to be dead, and I've been very careful taking care
Hello there, My viper ultimate is not charging over %97 on Synapse but charging dock lights keep flashing like charging normally and to go for 100% I'm putting mouse to the table and get back on the dock. Are there any known software issue or it is about hardware?
My mobile mouse family is complete :) From left to right: Razer Atheris, Razer Orochi V2, Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. If you have any questions about it - feel free to ask :)
Basically asking the title! I'm assuming that the Basilisk V3 is better since it just came out, but what would the main differences be (besides the grip ofc). And in your opinion, which one looks better? Thanks for any responses! :)
I rounded off the right click with a finger nail filer. My ring finger rests on the edge so it made sense to round off the corner. So much more comfortable now. I left the left click the same so you can see the difference. Hope this helps!
How long do we have to wait for a black Razer Pro Click Wireless mouse (USB-C)? The white one doesn't match my black gaming Blade Stealth laptop that I'm also using for productivity. :)
