Hello, i just found an old Imperator mouse. The mouse its working perfect but i cant change the bottons throught synapce software becouse the mouse its too old. Any suggestions how i can do that?

I want a macro for use in COD:MW that when I press the left mouse button, it goes ADS and fires until I release the button. I know I will have to assign the left-click to another button before I can apply a macro, but I'm having trouble creating the macro. I created one for my old Logitech mouse, but of course the options between the two programs are completely different. Currently using the Basilisk V2. When I try, it just either keeps firing until I'm out of ammo or will seem to burst fire

The authentication program removed it from my mobile, and I have not excused my method or mobile number and it requires me to find the code Authentication Please help

Bought this mous espacillay for wow but the mouse pointer is going much too fast its unplaybale are there people with the same issue. And noiw how to fix this? I have this problem only in wow,when i uninstall the software syznapse 3 the mouse works fine.

Hello, I have been using for years the Razer Deathadder Elite mice, this is my third Deathadder Elite mice. I bought last week a new Razer Deathadder Elite mice. But this time i notice that my brand new mice feels different, it seems that the material of the mice is changed/upgraded! The mice feels more rough/hard/coated. Are there others who have noticed this? I like more the older variant with softer feeling on te mice.

I just bought the DeathAdder V2, I'm a new Razer shopper, and I play on a Mac. Is the DeathAdder v2 compatible with the Synapse 2.0? If not could I edit the settings on a different computer and then apply it on my current computer (Assuming the memory holds up?) Thanks!

I've posted this before but here we go again. I've been using Razer mouse for years and years, started with the original Naga and the last upgrade I did was to the Naga epic. The version just before Chroma came out. I got the Chroma, couldn't use it and I got the Trinity and the same thing. For some reason they went away from the flat key pad to these deep spongy keys that just feel super weird to me. I've sense bought 2 unopen box Naga Epic to replace them over the years sense the mouse stopped being made and am getting close to doing it again. I don't understand why if these new mice like the Naga Pro that just came out has these plates you can change the buttons why can't they make a plate with the original keys??? It's amazing to me that even selling this old Naga Epic USED I can get $250-300 there is obviously interest in the key style for people to still want to buy this old mouse. Please Razer add plate options to the new mice, I'd even pay extra for this panel for the Pro!!

Hello dear friends I am a non gamer(please forgive me?) who uses the lancehead mercury. When I am using it for word processing and scroll to left and start typing the words are all in reverse. I can see how great this feature is for gaming but for me not so much. DOes any kind soul out there have the fix for this. Humbly LIZ

I saw some videos on the Pro Click mouse. I really like the appearance and it looks comfortable. However, I really would like to get my hands on it before dropping $100 on a mouse. Has there been any word if it is expected to be in stock in any physical stores (i.e. a BestBuy, Microcenter, etc.)? I could not seem to find this info online and can only seem to order it directly from Razer at this time.

Hello, I have problem Razer Naga mouse. only Scroll and numbers works color , only Razer logo not working . Only showing green, if i choose pink and logo showing liiittle bit dark blue and flashing And if i choose white they showing only yellow and green razer logo. Tried different USB and reinstall synapse not helping. Chrome apps on/off not helping too. And another problem have too all numbers not working good..needs click spam alot.

I recently got the razer basilisk ultimate and have realised while playing it a significant drop in FPS in valorant, at first I thought it was the higher polling rate which was messing with my cpu, so I changed that from 1000 to 125, which did alleviate some of my lag, but I sill noticed I was only getting about 30fps, I usually get about 120, when I unplug my basilisk and put in my old mouse, my fps returns to normal. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

I saw this issue on many many reviews of the Mamba Hyperflux before I purchased one myself. I also had the issue and I wanted to share how I solved it. Intermittently (it could take up to an hour to occur), the mouse would lose power, and would take at least 20 seconds to come back. If this happens to you, try lifting the mousepad - with the mouse still on it - a foot off the table. If the power is instantly restored, you have metal in your table. I rearranged my desk so that I no longer have a metal brace going right underneath the mousepad, and I haven't had an issue since.

I just purchased a Mamba Hyperflux, and I have to say that this is the mouse of my dreams. I love it! It is ultra light, never needs charging, and it doesn't have a mouse cord to encumber me. However, I HATE the Firefly surfaces. The only options are a control cloth surface, or a control hard surface. I would pay to get an Acari or Megasoma surface replacement pad so that I could get something with more glide. Is this an option? Or, am I stuck using my NOIDpad (hybrid pad) on top of the Firefly?

ive had the mouse since may 12 this year and ive had no issues but now for no reason the side buttons arent working. They work every once in a while but for like 10 seconds then stop working again. Idk what to do

I am planning to buy this rig but it is not available in India. Most of the RAZER rigs are not available in India. We have to import it from other countries and have to pay extra for it including the custom duty tax which makes the stuff price to be increased by 20-35% and even more in some cases. Hope RAZER will expand soon in INDIA. I want RAZER to acquire the gaming laptop market here because there are huge customer base but lack of products and products which are available here are either overpriced or not satisfactory specially the gaming laptops. #RAZERFORLIFE

Hi Everyone, Bought the Pro Click to see if it would help with ergonomics and wrist pain. Wanted to add some grip tape, but having issues with creating a template due to the curvature of the mouse. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I use for a long time allready razer mouses, For a lot more than 10 years i used the copperhead mouses. Since the last one died i changed to the deathadder. I cannot get used to it, Especially Many (unwanted) double mouseclicks which for example result in many unwanted thumbs up in FB :) I have the feelinhg the mouse is too big for me. Any tips for what mouse could me more suitable for me? (I use it allround)

Double Click is a very bad, widespread problem affecting all Razer Mouse The Solution is simple Windows Settings > Devices > Mouse > "Additional Mouse Options" Look for "Double-click speed" and set it to "Fast" As simple as that.... Double Click Problem Solved If this Solution doesn't work, you probably have a bad Switch. As we all know by now... below the overpriced, over-hyped fancy design. Razer uses very low quality, cheap hardware in their products. Its also amazing how Razer Support can be so extremely bad... they will waste your time with pointless, useless troubleshooting like Reinstalling Synapse, Drivers, Firmware, Trying different USB ports... none of that works, its just a complete waste of time. Razer simply doesn't care about the frustration of thousands and thousands of users, they will never acknowledge there is a BIG Problem with a hole line of their products, and will never ever help fix it... even if its hurting their brand reputation really bad and mo

hi i have razer deathadder and i was using like 1 year without problem today like 30 min ago i just install the razer firmware updater after using program my mouse stop working and my pc didnt recognize the mouse i try to use on another pc but it still doesn't work anymore how i can fix this pls help me
