Hello, I just purchased a Deathadder V2 from Best Buy a few hours ago. I get home, plug it in, start playing a game of Overwatch. It works fine for 10 minutes. Then the left click only works if I press it SUPER hard. I am assuming this is a hardware issue, but I don't understand how it could possibly happen to a brand new mouse. Maybe I am missing something. THINGS I HAVE TRIED: Plugging it into multiple USB ports Restarting my PC Uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse Plugged in my old mouse and it works fine Would like to know if there are any fixes for this (assuming it's NOT hardware) as it's a brand new mouse. If not I will be returning and maybe looking into a mouse that can handle more than 10 minutes of gaming. Thank you!

I’m thinking of buying the Razer Nari soon and to protect my investment I was thinking of purchasing Razer’s headphone case. Does it fit or does it not. Cmon Razer please give me a straight answer, can the Razer Nari fit or should I go some other place to buy a headphone case?

I upgraded my naga trinity to the naga pro yesterday and I'm sorry to say its being returned. The right mouse click on the pro seems to wobble up and down as if the microswitch is 1mm away from the bottom of the plastic, so it gives this flimsy feel which is very off-putting. Anyone else have this issue?

Unfortunately I bought my Naga couple of weeks before the NAGA PRO dropped ! Does the sideplate with 6-buttons work on the now older version of the Naga?

i have been using this headset for the last 5 years on ps4. never once have i had a problem with it until last night now i have no audio coming out of the headset at all. any help. my mic still works just i don’t have sound coming out. S/N: HN1424087G01478

As MMO player i would really like to see a newer version of the aging naga trinity, maybe with optical switches in it. do we have any rumors about razer launching a new mmo mouse?

So I have had my Razer Naga 2012 for the last ten or so years, and it has served me well. I haven't gamed the last month or so and when I went to plug in this afternoon, I noticed my mouse side buttons were not responding. Looking at my Razer Synapse I can see the Naga has disappeared. I have not been able to download and reinstall a driver for it; the Naga Epic Driver refuses to recognise it. I did contact the Razer Support to be told that my mouse is no longer supported. Way to go guys. I won't be buying any more Razer products if this is how you treat your customers.

I got a Razer Essential White, and I like it a lot. Except... the white LEDs are *very* bright when there's no daylight around. Here's a photo of what I mean: Is there a way to dim the LEDs or turn them off? I use this mouse on macOS, but I also have a Windows laptop where I could configure it if necessary. Thanks!

my razer wireless mamba suddenly stopped while im playing its 1year and half old the dock doesnt work its giving me error on device manager "unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed" when i plug it via usb dongle my mouse works.

I just bought the Naga Trinity and I know that you can remap the buttons though the Synapse 3, but I was wondering if you could duel function it. I was hoping to change my right click button to keep this as a right click function, and add a bonus DPI clutch because my aim is hot trash. Mainly wanted to use this function for Halo and for Valorant, is there a way for me to have two functions programmed to this mouse?

Just got this mouse but didn't realize razer synapse 3 doesn't work on my mac so I am having trouble figuring out what my DPI is so I can scale my in game settings. :)

I recently got a Razer Deathadder essential, and I downloaded synapse 2.0 (I'm on a macOS). I have no idea what to do because all it says is, "Please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device." What do I do now? My mouse is already plugged in.

Hey everyone I am not too sure if the new nvidia graphics cards will run efficiently off of razers current gen egpu pci ports. Nvidia recommends extremely high wattage but the actual cards themselves don't even add up to what they say. Is that including everything you are powering with your psu plus the card itself because if thats the case since I'm using a high end omen laptop by CUK then it shouldn't be a problem since the laptop has power from itself via ac. Hello I have had my Viper Ultimate for a few days now and I had to reboot my PC for an unrelated issue. When the login screen comes up I type in my password to load my desktop, however the mouse does not work I gave it about 10 minutes of just sitting to see if it would come back but it didnt. I tried removing the dongle and trying another USB port, and after about 3 different ports the mouse finally connects. After it connects I can move the dongle as I please to any USB port, including the one on the dock, and it works just fine, but not after a reboot. Things I have tried.. Verified latest mouse FW Disable "Turn on fast startup" in power options Plugged in old USB wired mouse to verify ports. Connecting the dock directly to the back of the pc, rule out front panel ports. Thank for the help!

Hello all! This is my first time posting on these forums as I am not much of a gamer, but I hope that one of you would be willing to give me advice. Basically, my older brother gave me his old DeathAdder as he was moving out a few weeks back and got another mouse, I've practically been begging for him to give it to me instead of just keeping it in some box somewhere. This is the only thing I have ever received from him, and as such it does hold meaning to me. The problem starts with my siblings new puppy. I'm not usually one to be stingy with my things, so my younger siblings would take my mouse when I wasn't using it and I didn't really have an issue with it. What I didn't know, is that they had took my mouse and not been careful with it, someone left it out, and the puppy got ahold of it. If she had chewed it somewhere near the USB i would've wrapped it in electrical tape and called it a day, but she chewed it up near the base of the mouse and I'm quite honestly devastated. I've alre

Hello Razer People -- quick questions. I have a Mac running Catalina. I will not downgrade the OS. I had decided to buy Razer Naga Trinity – because I want all those button options. Then I discover (just now actually) Razer does and will not support Catalina and beyond. (Why not, if I may be so bold as to ask…?) Anyway, no Razer mouse for me. Correct??? I was messing with the light settings on my keyboard and it all suddenly stopped working. I tried un and replugging, restarting my pc, and I still can’t get it to work again. I checked in my devices on my pc and noticed it says Razer Bootloader instead of a keyboard. I have no clue what that means or how to fix it. Please help I’ve been looking for a solution for hours!

With the recent launch of the Acari, many of us internally here at Razer had a good go around about which mat surface is better; hard or soft? I'm still waiting on my Acari to come in, but I'm super excited for it. I prefer hard mats because I suffer from lazy arm which often leads to slow reactions or under-aiming and having a hard mat helps due to its less friction-y surface. This is likely a perennial question, but I couldn't find a match in the forums. Is it OK to leave the Razer Basilisk Ultimate on the charging stand, plugged into USB power, indefinitely? I really like the look of the mouse on the stand, and love the functionality and accuracy of the mouse. The dock/stand is currently sitting in my Fortress of Gaming, plugged into a USB power supply, with the Basilisk Ultimate mounted and glowing green (fully charged). Can I keep the mouse fully charged between MMORPG and FPS sessions, or should I let the battery wear down and not keep it permanently stored on the charging stand? - Dave

Hi, I have a Naga left handed edition. I have mapped 2 of the buttons to volume up and down. When playing Apex Legends, pressing those buttons changes the volume but also triggers the in game aciton for the keys B and C. This only happens with the mouse, not when I change volume from my keyboard or headset. It does not matter which mouse buttons are mapped to volume control, they all do this. If I change the bindings from B and C to other keys it goes away. I cannot understand why Apex Legends understands the mouse buttons for volume control as also being B/C. Does anyone have any idea?

Firstly, I should mention that I know little about DPI settings and other fancy intricacies that come with owning a razer product. The main game I play is League of Legends. I keep having issues finding the sensitivity that works for me. I prefer a lower sensitivity setting but I can't seem to find a medium ground between it being too fast or too slow. What should my stage be at? Or any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Some poor scrub
