Will the Death Adder Chroma support synapse 3?

Anyone know where I can get a charging dock for the Naga Epic Chroma? I can’t seem to find any online and I lost mine during a move. Razer care has none unfortunately

Hello, Razer DeathAdder Elite user here! Everytime I try to rebind a mouse button to a keyboard function it won't let me save it. It gets stuck when I press SAVE and when I select another Mouse Button it says that my settings haven't been saved yet and I'm asked to either CANCEL, DON'T SAVE or SAVE it. Attempting to SAVE the rebind that I did will result in the SAVE button being stuck again, requiring me to CANCEL or DON'T SAVE it. So the only way for me to rebind a Mouse Button on my Razer DA Elite is to use another key rebinder, such as "ATNSOFT Key Remapper". I have updated my Windows prior to this problem but even so it worked perfectly. Please, Razer, I love your products but your software is just full of issues that have been left untouched since many years ago, including this one I just mentioned.

I just bought a Razer Naga Trinity and I choose the 7 extra button side panel to start off with. I went to start key mapping for hotkeys in an MMO (Aion) and I was quickly disheartened when I found that I can only quick key existing keyboard functions. My question is, is there anyway to create a keymapping as an actual "extra mouse button" bind? For example if you just have a normal mouse they often have the 2 additional buttons on the left side, normally referred to as the page forward and page back keys, but as a hot key identification they just come up as "Extra Mouse key 5" or what have you. Is there anyway to get the extra mouse keys to have this same value so I can set them up without conflicting with already existing hot key shortcuts?

I bought it one month ago, it started really well, but yesterday it is making a acute noise sometimes. I don't know why. The usb is all right. the cable is kinda rolled, I am afraid that if I try to unroll it can break the cable.

Hi, I'm trying to find out whether two lanceheads, both running wireless in range of each other with separate dongles would interfere with each other. I'm using the 2017 version but my partner is looking at getting the 2019 version - but if they interfere / overlap this would be a problem... anyone know? Cheers

Hello everybody, I was thinking on buying again the Razer Wolverine tornament edition, but as the Xbox series X Will Come out this year, I'm wondering if the remote Will suport or not the new Xbox ,and if not, is it best to wait on new razer controler that Will be compatible whit Xbox series X?

Can anyone tell me how this works on a variety of surfaces. Need a new BT Mouse for my Surface pro and sometimes I use the mouse on vinyl benches, wooden table etc. Cheers

Hello, hoping I can get some answers here as I've been dealing with this for too long. For some reason in any game that I play my side keys will begin to work, but they then at some point, then stop working. There is like a massive delay in the presses like they don't work for like 5-10 seconds. The only fix is unplugging and replugging the mouse just for them to work for maybe 5 mins. Am using Synapse 3 as well. Can't use Synapse 2 as it doesn't support the naga hex v2 anymore.

Hello, i want to ask if my mouse Basilisk X Hyperspeed its supposed to shining at the DPI button. On internet its every images with that shine, but if i connect to my pc its not. I tried connect by Bluetooth, but that doesnt help, only few blinkes in blue color. Thanks for answers.

Hello all, I purchased a Viper Ultimate a few days ago, and so far it's been pretty great. However, even though I've plugged in the charging dock and charged the mouse using it, the dock's lights don't light up. Additionally, I can't see the dock in Synapse. Is there any way to fix this? So I have some trouble with the Atheris tracking... It goes bat bonkers crazy at random, 7-10 times every 5 minutes for 10-20 seconds at a time... I have nothing to interfere with the mouse besides the home network and that is almost 100% used on the 5GHZ with the 2.4 just there... And no, the microwave is NOT on. This is proving a VERY big problem with most games I play, even just surfing the internet when the mouse tweaks out and clicks something random or closes your window... Any suggestions much appreciated

I am unable to use my right hand. Can the razer Tartarus pro be used as a joystick? I am able to play some great games with just a mouse and a couple buttons. But I’m unable to play so many games like madden or nba2k. Can this bring me that? Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

The “W” key on my Blackwidow Chroma is not working smoothly. I need to press harder in order for it to register to the system. I suspect it’s the hardware problem, how do i fix it?

Hello! I haven’t found a way to assign tilting wheel to scrolling horizontally to onboard memory (says it requires synapse). I want to use my basilisk v2 with macOS as well but synapse 3 isn’t going to be available on macOS. I thought such simple action can be stored on onboard memory (and cheaper competitor mice are able to do so). Is it something I am overlooking or it really can’t be done?

so i need a metal mouse, not the frame but the surface your fingers rest on, i seem to have some sort of medical issue about extended contact with plastic, could also be the antimicrobial coatings but as its happened over several different mouse brands i assume it is the plastic. my pointer finger and thumb feel as if they are burning and i was hoping that someone out there might have an idea as to a make and model mouse i could try, ive been contacting most of the common mice manufacturers for help.. i am gonna have to go out and make a new shell for my mouse out of metal by hand..... so please any help would be great

am i the only one but i find the new naga way to big it does not fit comfortably im my hands i am used to the old naga that was small i there somewhere where i can buy that mouse again

Why doesn't the Razer Goliathus not have a wave setting like everything else? It sure would be nice to have all 3 devices synced to the same setting.

Hey community, new to here so not sure if there is already a thread here about this but I gotta know before I upgrade: I bought a Razor Mamba Wireless, the 2012 version the day it dropped 8 years and it's been amazing, this is my question: SHOULD I upgrade to the new Razor Wireless and why? Plus I also wanna know if the new Razor has a charging dock and if not does the old 2012 one work with the new mice?

Hello, currently i bought Razer Firefly V2 mat and i use it for Razer mamba chroma mouse, but i got problem with the optical sensor. I decided to calibrate the mat using Razer synapse 2, but after i calibrated i still got problem with the optical sensor.. its feel like the sensor not smooth or something i cant describe how it feels. i tried to change the mat use the old one that made from "synthetic fabrics" and everything goes well. Do you guys have an idea whats happening with the mouse? i tried clean the optical with cotton bud + alcohol too
