Mice and Surfaces

This is a new problem, It worked just fine last night. There is nothing wrong with my PC or the cord, its something to do with the mouse, what do I do?

I didn't really know where to make a review on the Razer website so I thought I'd put this here :) I decided to make this for those first time buyers, as well as those of you who are uncertain if it's worth upgrading from the Elite to the V2, hope this helps! Feedback would be great especially if you disagree or have certain preferences with either mouse :) Deathadder Elite: 4.5*'s Pros - Affirmative click, comfortable, adjustable rgb ( can disable if you prefer ), ability to assign macros, 7 buttons, well reviewed. Cons - Locked DPI options (800,1600 etc), must open synapse upon boot to enable macros & rgb, costs more than the V2 Deathadder V2: 5*'s Pros - Everything about the Elite and more such as, on board memory profiles (for rgb, macros etc), adjustable dpi (can change each individual dpi setting to whatever dpi you want!), much lighter, PTFE feet, adjustable sensor, less flare near the rmb for comfort, 8 buttons (one is inaccessible while using the mouse however). Looks good. - Wireless/Bluetooth/Wired connection - Qi charging - Ultra bright RGB LEDs - Replaceable switches - And that thumb joystick.... wow. Their lighting isn't as good as Chroma though. Looks ripe for the next iteration of the Basilisk. Make it so, Razer. Make it so!

I was wondering if there was a lighting profile for wireless mice that will glow based off battery life... Green 100%.. Yellow 50%... Red 10% and it kind of just slow changes color as the battery life runs lower.

Hi folks, I Bought the Classic Naga MMO mouse back in 2011 and it quickly became my favourite mouse, unfortunately it went the way of the dodo and I instantly replaced it with the 2014 edition Naga MMO some years later. I have a dodgy rotator cuff in my mouse shoulder so mouse shape is very important to me and I found that I couldn't use the 2014 edition for prolonged periods of time without significant discomfort due to the change in shape. I've been subsisting off a collection of Naga Hex Moba mice I managed to scrounge up, but would really love to have the 12 buttons of the MMO back. Do any of your fine selves know if the Trinity is based on the 2014 shape or the Classic, or even something new? Thanks in advance, Sneevus

Hey Readers, I bought a Deathadder v2 and it's not recognized by my motherboard when I power up my pc. I constantly have to unplug it or else I get a black screen and a B4 error. Also on my mac Synapse 2.0 is not seeing it at all. PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE. I want to mention that i've tried clean uninstalls, settings in bios regarding APM configs and ErP ready > Disabled but to no avail. Is the mouse faulty or did razer make this one a pain in the neck?

I have long been looking for a solution to the problem, but could not find anywhere. The problem is that I cannot configure dpi. when I change the dpi slider it changes speed only along the X axis. in wireless mode, it changes only the Y axis. please help solve this issue

Hi I was wondering if anyone was having the same issue. I’ve recently bought then razer ultimate Nari headphones for Xbox one. I have trouble getting the mike to work plus they keep signing themselves out during game and then back in. It does it when plugged in and when it is fully charged and not plugged in. Any help would be much appreciated. ( I have had the mike work once in call of duty)

Ive used Razer Lachesis from 2010 - 2012 (weird grip, had to replace) Steelseries sensei from 2012 - 2017 (ideal but slightly large fit for my hand) Razer lancehead bought in 2017 (thumb button issue) Zowie FK2 Middle Size 2017 - current (ideal) My zowie is having double clicking issues and I have to buy a new mouse. Im looking to buy a Viper wired, but i have concerns with the thumb button. I bought lancehead few years ago, grip was really great, but the thumb button was too small and curved up and under to use it, i had to give it to my brother. I use thumb button1 for jump, so its very critical. The thumb buttons on sensei and FK2 are perfect for me, and by looking at vipers pictures, it looks the same. But can anyone tell me how is the button really like in viper, ive seen a few reviews and they say is not too prominent to negate the right side accidental clicks.

Hi i just bought a razer viper ultimate at best buy about to leave now to go pick it up but before i leave i was just wondering if the viper ultimate has any issues with being next to a wireless router? i have my Router on the desk right next to my mouse and i forgot to check into that before i actually purchased the mouse if anyone can give me a heads up before i go out to go pick it up let me know so i can just get a return on bestbuy.com Thanks!

Plugged in the mouse to windows10 and it lit up with different colours for the wheel and logo. I wanted to change the static colours so installed the latest Synapse and set both to green. Yet when exoting the software they both turn PINK !?. The mouse is clearly remembering colours as has remembered two before my eyes. My Corsair Icue software on another PC allows me to store static colours directly on my keyboard and is a great feature. Where is this option in Razer Synapse ???, or when is the update coming out ? So my mouse started to make the plug in and plug out noise i went to check but nothing is wrong so once i looked and i saw razer synapse openning and then he closed that is making my mouse stop and as you could imagine that is kinda bad during gaming . If anyone can hhelp i'd be apreciated thanks

Hi guys, I have the Razer Nari wireless headsets and I use them on ps4, I'm trying to use the lightning effects but I don't know how to do it, could you help me?

I've tried uninstalling USB drives / reinstalling USB drivers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse. The mouse works in other computers fine, doesn't work in my desktop. A corsair mouse works in my desktop, but my brand new naga trinity isn't recognized by the computer. I've tried unplugging every USB device except my mouse and keyboard. I have a 2012 naga installed. I downloaded synapse 2.0 since that's what recognizes the older devices, and removed the naga 2012 via synapse. It still won't recognize the new naga trinity. I'm at a loss and it's very frustrating. Razer support just said oh its your computer not our mouse and offered no further insight. A corsair mouse, and multiple other USB mice work with this desktop. It's literally JUST not this naga trinity, though the naga trinity works immediately in other computers. Infuriating.

So in the product description of the Goliathus Chroma Gears of War Edition it says that is has cable clips even tough the "normal" Goliathus Chroma Extended does not have them and they are also not shown on any of the phgotographs (wheres they are indeed shown on the normal Goliathus Chroma standard size). Hello, Having issues calibrating my "Naga" 2014 mouse which uses the legacy synapse 2.0 and the brand new "Firefly2" surface. For some reason, Synapse 2.0 wont let me pick "Firefly2" from the dropdown list, only "Firefly" is an option. anyway, even after picking Firefly my mouse bounces on screen and lags out like crazy. Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to fix this problem? Thank you!

Hi, I know the Basilisk has 5 internal profiles but I am unsure if more "cloud" profiles are possible while using Synapse ? Thanks for any insight
