Mice and Surfaces

I Just purchased this mouse and I have the correct software downloaded to be able to re-keybind the side. Plate of 12 buttons.. I go to the mouse binding option and the little screen pops up and its not letting me change the key bind at all.. I have spent the past 2 hours looking things up on google to hopefully find a solution and I am not getting anywhere.. Can anyone help? I would like to remove the default keybinds so I can get different hot keys rather than ones I already have in use

Hi everyone ! I'm using the new Basilik Ultimate, and it's really awesome ! I just have one question : when I use the charging dock with the mouse on it, how can I shut down the light on the mouse when it's fully charged ? Cos it always stays on, and keeps me awake at nights with its bright green light I've looked into different Synapse options but nothing seems to work... Thanks !

Hello, I've had the Razer Naga 2012 for half a decade now and it finally gave up on me. I should probably move on and find a better mouse than it but the thing is I've played literally everything with that mouse and I've already experimented with others and it just doesn't feel the same.. So my problem is: why can't I find the damn thing in any marketplace? I want to buy a brand new, 7 year old model mouse but it just says item is unavailable wherever I look. Did they stop distributing it now or something? Thanks

Anybody know if the Goliathus EXT. Chroma will get an upgrade anytime soon? I'd love to get one but the Firefly has a much better RGB setup. anyway, just wondering if anybody's heard anything. :smile_:

Hi all, I have the Razer Mamba 16000. It was working perfectly yesterday. Today, I took my mouse to work with me and plugged into the computer in a Wireless Mode -where the connection cable is being plugged to the Charging Dock. I noticed that once I turn the wireless switch to ON only the lighting on the mouse was working. So I thought maybe I didn't plug the cable properly and checked it. It was plugged as usual. I place the mouse to Charging Dock and immediately the green lights that indicate it is charging were on the mouse so from my assumption the Dock is charging the mouse. Then I try another computer at the work but the Wireless connection was not working. I did try my computer at home also but the issue exists. I'm trying to understand if this is related to the Software or Hardware. I am able to use the mouse in the Wired mode but not in the Wireless mode. Could you please help me if you had this issue before? I searched online and tried every possible solution that I crosse

I want to ask about cynosa pro bundle mouse. Can I adjust dpi as i want between 250 to 2000 (example - 300,600 any numbers i want not exceeding 2000 instead of their default sensitivity stage like 250,500,750 etc )

Synapse 3 not recognizing window key in keyboard function -> key recording Anyone else have this issue? could it be the keyboard i have? the windows key is not disabled. i am able to unlock it to check. i only find the windows key in modifiers but it doesnt allow me to add a second key. I am using a basilisk. any help would be appreciated.

I noticed that the Viper's DPI LED turns on (green) when docked even when the mouse is off. The PC is also off. Is the dock charging the mouse in this state?

Greetings! Is it possible to make profile indicator to change its color somehow, depending on profile selected even when Synapse is up? I know that if I use mouse on PC without synapse, indicator changes its color. But i'd like to enable this feature even when Synapse is installed. Thanks in advance.

I own the Blackwidow Elite keyboard and Naga Trinity mouse. And when in Spectrum Cycling lighting mode, everything is syncing correctly but the side buttons on the mouse. Any ideas why? Thanks

Hi, For over a month i have been trying to link my Nari Ultimate with the Synapse software. I have not been successful yet. My overal gaming experience at this moment in time is not very positive. The default EQ settings for the Nari are making it very uncomfortable to play for myself and for my teammate. Some issues that i have: - Echo. I, and my teammates, can hear an echo when we play. Both in Party and Game chat. - Loud. The overal sound is so loud that my teammates hear my game sound, tv is muted, better than they hear their own. Making their gaming experience shit as well. - Synapse. I am not able to link Synapse to my Nari in order to optimize the Eq settings. Should you be able to help me I would very much require some advise in how to ideally set up the EQ settings in order to optimize my gaming experience. The support from the razer team has no led to a solution. I'm getting a bit desperate tbh. Anybody here able to help? I play on Xbox One btw.

How it is possible to no gliders for basilisk ? When do they wear out, do I need to buy a new mouse? ! This is consumable item and it should be able to buy to exchange in mouse !

Why doesn't this work with Synapse 3? It is supposed to have onboard memory but as soon as you close Synapse it reverts to default.

I've been trying to figure out how some of the mouse functions work for my Taipan. Specifically when I'm trying to customize buttons. I've been trying to get the "Scroll Left" and "Scroll Right" functions to work. I have tried assigning them to the buttons on the right side of the Taipan. I use the left side buttons default settings because I like how they function when browsing the web. One button for going back a page and the other for going forward a page. What I'm trying to achieve with the buttons on the right side, since I hardly ever actually use those buttons anyways, is assigning them to the "Scroll Left" and "Scroll Right" functions. I assumed this is for "Horizontal Scrolling" Since I hardly ever have the need for horizontal scrolling it's not a big deal if I can't use the buttons for this. Though it would be nice. I tried assigning a "Keyboard Function" of "Shift" to one of the buttons because in order to horizontal scroll in the web browser, Firefox, I normally have to

Hi everyone, I am so happy to share my experience after adopted both Logitech G502 and Razer Naga Trinity. A quick note that I write only for my own point of view. I play games a lot, especially PC games, either FPS, RPGs or MMOs. In the past, I only use a mouse that only has the most simplicity function, not really aware of any accuracy or else. Only recently, I earn my first paycheck any buy my first gaming mouse -- G502 at around $51.15. I was so excited to have that big upgrade, it visually was awesome, and the extra function keys were located at different slides and not only rely on the thumb. It seems pretty well design. Nevertheless, the mouse also supports the software to edit the gaming profile. However, I realize a lot of drawbacks. First, the mouse is not as ergonomics as it uses. Not many people would realize this, at the front of the mouse, is slanting design. In which, it will occasionally jumpy when you have multiple clicks in a short time. It's quite annoying, esp

Which use the proprietary "Hyperspeed" wireless protocol and the newest sensor? Are there any in this category that can also use Bluetooth? I'm looking for a really high quality mouse to carry around in my my backpack. It would be nice if it could be charged with USB-C or Micro-USB. And, of course, it has to work reasonably well with my Linux-only laptop, though I don't expect that will be a problem unless I want to customize things. But, I want the wireless protocol to be encrypted. Proprietary is not encrypted. If Razer has put some thought into security then I might be willing to risk a non-published proprietary wireless protocol as I've found Bluetooth to be very disappointing for a variety of reasons. If Razer hasn't, I hope someone reverse engineers the protocol and uses it to cheat in subtle ways by reading opponents' mouse movements.

Love my Razer products and just had this happen on my 2013 Deathadder, the left button has never been pulled up only ever been used as it should be, It's out of warranty but that's not a problem as my lovely wife has bought me the new version for my birthday, I'm thinking this might be a manufacturing fault.
