The charging dock for my Basilisk Ultimate does not show in Chroma Studio. Only the keyboard and mouse show. How can I get the dock to show in Chroma Studio?

Have you used a regular USB wall charger to charge your Mamba the same chargers we all use to charge our phones and blue tooth speakers and portable batteries, etc. Does that work. Does it charge properly. Got 2 different answers from 2 different Razer reps so i figured I could get some help here from someone who o has had the mouse for a while. One rep said using a wall charger is fine the other said that could overcharge the battery causing a problem. I'm thinking once the Mamba reaches 100% it will simply stop charging like my phone and blue tooth speakers. Thanks

I was wondering if there was anywhere to purchase the USB cable to charge my Basilisk Ultimate Wireless. I love the mouse but unfortunately sometimes it won't last my gaming session so I have to stop and charge it, which is not an option. The included USB is a proprietary shape and I can't plug in the charging dock and the mouse at the same time unless I hack apart another USB cable.

The right side of the scroll wheel seems to be brighter, the difference can only be seen with some colours tho.

How do I know if the Mamba wireless mouse is charging without turning on my computer. Does it light up when charging then turn off when fully charged? Do I have to use a computer or laptop usb port to charge the Mamba or can I use the same wall charger I use for my phones and portable batteries? Thanks

Wanna find a new mouse. What's the best mouse right now? My previous mouse is Deathadder Chroma. Decent mouse but wanna try a new mouse. Any suggestions?

Soo yeah I am buying a razer laptop for gaming and work(papers, projects, editing, school, ect.), I am always on the fly and I can't use a desktop computer. But the silly question is that I dont know what mouse to get, I have watched alot of reviews but still can't decide. I have no budget on the mouse, and I'm on the half of the Viper Ultimate and the Basilisk Ultimate. I'm a palm grip user with no limits to gaming as I like mostly all FPS games. What would you choose? My faith is in the Razer community, thank you. ~ERG

Does anyone know if the firefly or the hyperflux hard surface is the same as the vespula v2? Ive owned them all and they seem very similar but Synapse does not have support for the vespula v2. It seems its only supported for the old one. I could be wrong. Any thoughts? I'm trying to calibate my lancehead properly as its jumping all around this hard surface.

and now i am searching for a seller that still has is because razer itself isn't selling it anymore. :frown_: The Deathadder also isn't realy a good alternative for me because it has only 2 side buttons. So does anyone know a good seller or maybe an alternative left handed mouse with more that just 2 extra buttons?

The old I get the more I wish Razer would make a Vertical Naga mouse. I would buy 6 of them just to make sure I could get 30+ years out of them just to make sure I had one for the future.

Ive bound my mouse 4 to press keyboard key 9 with no problem. i was wondering if i could also bind Shift+mouse4 to press 8 on my keyboard and have both bindings at the same time. Thanks.

TLDR; title, hopefully I conveyed it well enough. I have a Razer Naga Trinity, model no. RZ01-0241, and I've been having an issue for a good while, probably since I started using these settings (to follow). I play an MMO with targeting skills - one press to bring up a reticle and a second to fire it - so I use the turbo settings for the numbers (12-button plate) and wheel tilt to save my fingers a great deal of fatigue. And this works beautifully like 70% of the time, but occasionally, the button keeps firing after I let go. This leads to firing off wrong skills at wrong times in PvP situations, and totally screwing up mechanics in PvE, often to the detriment of the group I'm running in. Then I gotta fire it again to get it to reset, and hope it doesn't happen again. I've already ruled out that it could be the game, because it's happened in at least 3 so far (Guild Wars 2, Grim Dawn, Starbound). And I believe I can also rule out that it's a mechanical issue, because I've never notic

I had both mouse and keyboard working fine with Synapse v2. I bought Nanno Chroma speakers and when I plugged them in they automatically installed Synapse v3 (exact version: 3.4.1) V3 doesn't recognize my old keyboard & mouse. What I tried: 1. I uninstalled all Razer software & all device drivers 2. booted the computer 3. reinstalled Synapse v3 Result: - only the speakers are recognized. - the mouse and keyboard are working, but there no way to customize them via Synapse. Please advise

Is there a way to use the battery level lighting effect while using the advanced effects with chroma studio. It seems like you can only use the quick effect battery level and use basic effects on the rest of your devices or use chroma studio and not be able to use the battery level on the dock.

Before using Viper Ultimate my USB ports powered off when I put my laptop into sleep mode. It was very convenient for me since I've got a lamp connected to one of them. Now, when the Razer dongle is connected, the lamp stays turned on in the sleep mode. When I disconnect the dongle everything goes back to my preferable state. Can there something be done about it?

So Im loving my new viper ultimate but I have an issue with using the usb adaptor with the charging dock via my TB3 dock. Basically if I use the usb adaptor in the dock, everytime I boot up my laptop (Razer Blade 15 2018) the mouse and dock lights up but the windows cursor will not be present. Ill have to unplug the usb adaptor from the dock and reconnect it and turn off the mouse with the bottom switch and on again before the mouse will work. I have gotten around this by plugging the usb adaptor into another port on my TB3 dock and it works perfectly, able to use the mouse as it should be on boot up. Then I have the dock just for charging the mouse when I need to. However this is taking up 2 usb ports instead and while it works it just annoys me that I cannot use the usb adaptor plugged into the dock the way it was meant to be. I have already updated the firmware on the mouse and dock as well as my TB3 dock to make sure all drivers are the latest but the issue remains

I Just purchased this mouse and I have the correct software downloaded to be able to re-keybind the side. Plate of 12 buttons.. I go to the mouse binding option and the little screen pops up and its not letting me change the key bind at all.. I have spent the past 2 hours looking things up on google to hopefully find a solution and I am not getting anywhere.. Can anyone help? I would like to remove the default keybinds so I can get different hot keys rather than ones I already have in use

Hi everyone ! I'm using the new Basilik Ultimate, and it's really awesome ! I just have one question : when I use the charging dock with the mouse on it, how can I shut down the light on the mouse when it's fully charged ? Cos it always stays on, and keeps me awake at nights with its bright green light I've looked into different Synapse options but nothing seems to work... Thanks !

Hello, I've had the Razer Naga 2012 for half a decade now and it finally gave up on me. I should probably move on and find a better mouse than it but the thing is I've played literally everything with that mouse and I've already experimented with others and it just doesn't feel the same.. So my problem is: why can't I find the damn thing in any marketplace? I want to buy a brand new, 7 year old model mouse but it just says item is unavailable wherever I look. Did they stop distributing it now or something? Thanks

Anybody know if the Goliathus EXT. Chroma will get an upgrade anytime soon? I'd love to get one but the Firefly has a much better RGB setup. anyway, just wondering if anybody's heard anything. :smile_:

Hi all, I have the Razer Mamba 16000. It was working perfectly yesterday. Today, I took my mouse to work with me and plugged into the computer in a Wireless Mode -where the connection cable is being plugged to the Charging Dock. I noticed that once I turn the wireless switch to ON only the lighting on the mouse was working. So I thought maybe I didn't plug the cable properly and checked it. It was plugged as usual. I place the mouse to Charging Dock and immediately the green lights that indicate it is charging were on the mouse so from my assumption the Dock is charging the mouse. Then I try another computer at the work but the Wireless connection was not working. I did try my computer at home also but the issue exists. I'm trying to understand if this is related to the Software or Hardware. I am able to use the mouse in the Wired mode but not in the Wireless mode. Could you please help me if you had this issue before? I searched online and tried every possible solution that I crosse
