When I shoot videos on my razer phone 2 in 1080p 60fps, I get this constant pulsing of the camera as if it's trying to auto focus every 5 seconds or so. I can't seem to find a way to lock the focus so it doesn't do that. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I recently got the Razer Kishi and it was working great. Went to use it today and noticed that moving left on the left stick opens up the game pass app or xbox menus in the xbox app when playing a game. It seems that left on the left stick is map the same as the xbox button below the dpad. This just started happening out of the blue, as it was working great. Tried updating firmware but no luck. Is there a way to factory reset the mappings or has anyone else had this issue?

My gadget is no longer protected by limited warranty and I can't obtain any help, I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle trying to figure out what I should do next. If the repair costs are fair, or if a link is provided to where the parts can be purchased, I am willing to pay for it. I'm confident that I'll be able to pull it off as well. The problem with the USB-C port needs to be recalled, Razer. Most razer phone 2 owners appear to be experiencing this problem.

By any chance, is there any way I can get my RP2 fix? I tried to contact support but the page ends up where it says the device is no longer covered by limited warranty and its just a never endling loop getting answers on what to do next. I am willing to pay for the repair if the prices is reasonable or a link where to get the parts. I can probably do it also. But hey Razer team, you need to address this faulty USB-C port issue by recall. It looks its an major issue for most razer phone 2 owners .

I was happy to exchange my silver for a Kishi, only to discover (and yes I did t check before) that my pixel 6 pro doesn't fit. Although, yes it fit but only if turn upside down (In the correct size, the camera bumper doesn't fit on the left side of it, and the usb-c port is misaligned on the right side). Has anyone managed to fit the Kishi on the Pixel 6/Pixel 6 Pro ? On the box it tells "and other Android devices". Would be neat to be forward showing which are also clearly excluded, like the new Pixel Line. Feel a bit ripped of here. After my RP2 cpu throttling cutting calls and forcing me to change phone, this is a second serious blow in a row with Razer. Sad.

Hi everybody. Currently, I own an Android mobile device. A few days ago, I discovered that they can listen to online radio like any other FM device. This is one of the coolest things I've ever known. Because when I drive, I usually don't use my cell phone but listen to FM radio, now I can integrate the two together. This is an interesting finding, isn't it?

I just want to first point out that I've supported the Razer brand for quite some time now and own many of their products. A couple years ago I decided I needed a new phone and went with a Razer Phone 2 . I bought it at Best Buy and with it I opted for the protection they offered which allowed me to replace the phone for free (after paying for the service to begin with, mind you) 2 timesfor any reason, my fault or not. Well yep I sure did have to replace it both times because both times even with the pristine condition I kept the phone in, my type c jack just mysteriously failed to work. Both times it started out slowly getting worse and worse until finally it failed completely to work. That meant no more charging the phone with quick charge, no more using the dongle with my headphones to listen to music the way I wanted to and more importantly be able to play my mobile games without lag in the audio which is critical in a game like PUBG which I used to love to play but cannot now. Have wifi settings and passwords saved but if I restart it doesn't automatically connect to wifi. I have to go setting, wifi, click on the wifi I want and manually connect it everytime. Is there a fix for this? It's terribly annoying.

Razer, When are you going to redesign the TYPE-C Kishi to support tablets. The new iPAD Mini supports TYPE-C now, and I want to try gaming on this device. Love the Kishi on my iPHONE, and want to get the same experience on the iPAD mini as well. Hope there is a new Kishi V2 in the works. Fingers crossed. ZiCott

On Sep 16, 2021, my razer phone lost reception. It does register that there is a sim card in it. I also did find another thread stating to reset the network setting and/or factory reset the phone. Both of those actions did not solve the problem. I did send the phone to a local tech and he cant find anything physicaly wrong with it. Still not sure what the problem it. It has been a great phone untill now.

What are all the parts involved that support the wireless/carrier signals? Is it just one of the blue/black/white wires or does the small board (on the bottom next to the lower speaker) part of the equation as well?

Hi Razer and fellow community. I have an idea for the junglecat to provide longetivty to the controllers, as at the moment there are only a few cases for the controllers to attach to. I would like razer to make a telescopic attachment or a phone clamp device where the junglecat controllers can attach to. So you don't need a specific case like the ones provided with the Junglecat (Razer phone 2, Note 9, S10+, P30Pro) I have a Z fold 3 and would love to attach the jungle cat to my device. I don't like the other controllers on the market because they are not removeable, you'd be stuck with a shell/gamepad if you didn't put your phone into them. (Example: Gamesir X2, GLAP, SHAKS, etc) I love how I can freely use the junglecat in each hand freely like Nintendo Joy Con.

I've noticed my Bluetooth will randomly disconnect the audio to my headphones for like half a second. It's not too big issue, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any advice on how to fix it?

I know people wouldve discussed this already but I do hope Razer makes the 3rd iteration. IMO the Razer Phone 2 was brilliant and way ahead of its time. The specs are only just now caught up by the rest of the industry. Even the Asus Rog Phone 5 still don't have QI charging. If Razer released the next phone with these improvements over v2 then I see no reason for it to fail: update of hardware to latest chipset move wireless charging to center of phone add in additional buttons for gaming support latest android bigger battery capacity (optional) camera upgrade Even with these incremental upgrades I would buy it in a snap. Unless ofcourse it costs US$1000+. Maybe sacrifice some things like build material and not using latest glass etc as long as its visually looking good as they are more for marketing than anything. Any thoughts? Maybe we should start a petition. Not many gaming phones out there that have all the conditions as razer.

I from Russia. And I've got Razer Phone 2. What is very rare for Russia because there is no official supply of this phone to Russia and both US and Russian support says that they do not deliver inserts to Russia. Russian support advises to use freight delivery but US support says that they do not ship it to freight delivery addresses. Maybe someone knows the way to ship these Kishi controller inserts to Russia?
