Razer Cortex

I'm taking part in this season's squad rewards, and the system isn't picking up my hours. I've played well over four hours of Genshin Impact every day of the season so far, though I only have 5 hours and 54 minutes. I don't know how to fix this, as I keep launching the game from Razer Cortex itself and tried playing different games, but it still doesn't pick up hours, or it picks it up really late and only counts a few minutes. It's frustrating me as it's the first time I've participated, and I cant even do anything for my team.

Two of us are not satisfied with our current random squad members getting their daily hours quickly enough and they haven't joined the discord so we can't communicate with them. well, I already been used for several days feel nice except 16g on board and can razer add the fanspeed control option on custom mode because when I maximize the performance of blade 14 the cpu temperature was too high because the fanspeed was auto control .

I've been playing Minecraft for about 2 hours and then left Minecraft running for about another 5 hours but it didn't track it as hours or even minutes at all. It shows up as a supported game and even tried games like Fortnite and ROBLOX but it didn't log the playtime. I started today so that way the information and playtime is fresh.

so the razer cortex not detecting GTA v the epic version. i tried to add it manually but it's still not detected by the squad rewards? HELP!

I have been playing for a few hours now and the squad rewards has not been counting the hours. I have checked that the game is on the list and it is however there has been no increase in playtime. It's as if the game wasnt even launched

Hi, I've been a long time fan of Razer, but I also have a host of other premium products from other manufacturers such as Bangs and Olufsen and Apple. My experience has ranged wildly with each. B&O being absolutely exceptional and willing to resolve issues and repair well beyond warranty, and Apple being hit and miss depending on store and product. Myself and my squad have been playing today since reset and it has barely counted any of our playtime. One has had no playtime counted, and has been playing a supported game since reset. Another only 5 minutes logged and then stopped and has tried everything from resetting everything and switch games with nothing fixing it. I myself have been playing over an hour and a half and for whatever reason cortex stopped logging at 50 minutes. I have no stopped playing! This is really frustrating as we are trying our best to do well as a squad and we are unable to with the software not logging our time! Please help Razer! Your FAQ says if this happens to contact you, but apparently due to covid, we just aren't allowed to do that. -_-

Hi guys, There used to be a free game on Cortex from which you could earn your daily silvers. Now it seems both of the games need to be purchased in order to earn. Has anything changed lately that i'm unware of? Who is choosing the weekly featured games? It's ruining my daily earning streak.

I have a 3060ti and ryzen 5 3600 and it says that I cant use Booster Prime as my requirements to optimisation are to low? I don't really get this if someone could explain thank you but why is this happening to me? is it my system? is it how it peforms? I have a great cpu and gpu so is this for lower end pc's? please help me..

So today i have been trying to play destiny 2 a game i very much enjoy. I need razer cortex to play it other wise i dont get enough fps. I Have noticed that the boost does not work, because i was unable to play. When i stoped boosting it said "cant find sharedLibrary.dll" i have tried re installing Razer cortex but i still have the same problems please help me.

I uninstalled Cortex because it starts without my permission whenever it chooses. There seems to be no way to control when it runs. There are no settings of any kind. The settings gear icon just opens an update utility with no options at all. I cannot support a product of this nature. Just thought you should know. Also, some games will not start properly, mainly those from Ubisoft. It caused my system to crash at times.
