Razer Cortex

Hi, i’m trying to play SF5 running from Cortex, but it will always run it in normal mode. SF5 is one of those Steam games that gives you launch options when you run it (Play SF5 - Play SF5 in low spec mode). Cortex only runs it in normal, i need to be able to always run it on low spec mode since that’s the only way i can play it smoothly. Any help to fix this please? Help!

When I boost manually or automatically my display dims way to low dark. When I restore my display goes back to normal. This only happed after the latest update. Before the update it ran fine. Hi, I always thought booster prime was a paid service, so when I went on it chose fortnite it said " AN ERROR OCCURED WHILE REQUESTING GAME SETTINGS FROM SERVER." and the optimize button was greyed out. i don't know if it is my issue or your guys issue. Hello, How do I make the FPS chart working? I see a message "Start generating your FPS chart by palying the game" i press "start the game" but no fps chart running after 15 minutes. What am i doing wrong? Thanks

With the understanding that windows and mac are built differently. I'm sure that a Cortex version for mac can benefit mac user, even if it's just to disable unnecessary apps or system services running in the background. I game on Steam, Origin and Geforce Now on the Mac.

so i uninstalled razer cortex because every time i would stop a game it would put my pc into a mode where i could not do anything. the mouse would work but no apps would open, couldn't shut down the pc (only if i held the power button down) ive been reading a lot of people been having this issue and once they uninstalled there were no more problems i loved razer cortex and what it did. did razer happen to fix this problem or are people still having issues with this? amd ryzen 7 3700x oced msi 2070 super asus tuf x570 with wifi 4x4 8g corsair vengeance 3200 ram oced x63 nzxt kraken

Hi guys, new to the forums so apologies if this is in the wrong section. Ive been a long time user of Razer products and Software, but recently ive been doing alot more game playing while having a movie or youtube video open on my other monitor. I dont have an absolute beast PC and ive got parts ahead of other ones. Example: I have a 3070 gpu but an I5-5500 cpu (i know its okayish but not the greatest) I also only run 16 gigs of ram witha speed of 2133 MHz. My entire build is crippling itself and im aware. When i built it 6 years ago i built it with plans to upgrade things. So far only my graphics card and a new SSD have been installed. Back to my problem/question. I have all games i play optimized by Cortex. But i was wondering if their was a way i could keep my internet app, Chrome, optimized so my youtube videos or netflix/hulu/disney+ arent constantly struggling. Even just browsing the web becomes nearly impossible with how slow it all runs. so i suppose my question is: Can i k

one problem I have with razer cortex is that is doesn't detect badlion or lunar client even when I manually add it and launch it I get an error saying that I have to uninstall and reinstall but even then it wont start which is annoying with out a client you cant get fps boosts game customisation and other qol things also I would want it to be a supported game in season 6 of squad rewards.

Hello, For some days, I have a problem with the Razer Cortex mobile app. When I launch a Paid to play game, I have a notification saying that the session was interrupted before the delay of 3 minutes. Ever since installing the latest Cortex version 3 days ago, my PC would randomly crash (reboot) with a blue screen error. After uninstalling Cortex my PC has since remained stable. I'd really like to have Cortex installed, as I like its features. But until Razer can fix the crashing with it I'll have to do without.

Hello all, So I’ve just made the jump from console to pc and loving it, after 33 years of hardcore console gaming. I currently have the Astro A50 gen 3’s which I used for my Xbox one x. I was wondering can I use the Razer Seiren Mini alongside this headset on pc? Using the mic for in game chat and headset for audio? If so is it easy to set up etc? I still currently use the Xbox party chat to speak to mates so will this be an issue? I can’t see why it would be but thought I’d ask around. Any useful information would be greatly appreciated.
