I have an old Razer Leviathan Mini which came with a 2016 bundle of the Leviathan Mini, Core, and Blade Stealth. Recently, it's been having a very annoying rumbling sound on the background of its audio, very similar to what's shown in this video: Since this was a 2016 purchase, its warranty has long since been voided. Would there be any possible way to fix this?

Hey guys - first post here! ^_^ So, for most of my gaming, I use Playnite ( https://playnite.link ) to launch my games as sort of a meta-launcher. It's pretty cool but what I would love to do is to use Cortex to launch with selected games, like Cyberpunk 2077, to track CPU/GPU usage, FPS and alike. I see two options: Hooking an on-process-launch event to the respective game or wrapping the launch command by prepending the Cortex exe. However, there are a few binaries in the Cortex installation folder and I have no idea which one I would have to use. I've been a dev for some time now, mostly oriented towards backend and UNIX dev. So, I really am only looking for what of the .exe's is what I need to tell Cortex to track the process of that specific game. Got an idea? Lemme know! Thanks =) Kind regards, Ingwie

For multiple people in my squad for the squad rewards season 4, we were playing when the hours reset, and the time we had played before it reset was put towards our daily 4 hours each but not our squad total. So for the squad rewards, I’ve logged more than enough time, even had a game on overnight, and yet when I go into cortex it doesn’t show me having any game time at all. I’m really concerned because we’re trying to go for a prize pretty soon. Did anyone else encounter this? What can I do to fix it? Who can I contact to help fix this?

If i play solo and join a squad like a day after do i keep my played hours?

So pretty much I and my friends are going for some cortex rewards but it seems to be giving us fewer hours than it's supposed to we all have 4 hours for today and we got 4 hours yesterday (yesterday it worked fine) and it won't let us get any more time we were gonna go for number one so I hope this gets fixed

I seem to have a problem with cortex. It will start up when the computer is started up, all the settings and boost works too. I can open up the window from razer central or the start tab and change the settings directly after I log in to my computer, but things go array after I close the window. After closing the window and closing the razer central tab, it will not open the window again. Razer central shows it as not running, and will not open the window. I've tried starting it from the file, and the start menu, but it just gives me the same quick blue wheel that lasts only a second, with no results. But the weird thing is is that cortex boost works when I open up a game, and gives me notifications. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of times, with the same results. I've even told the installer to repair the current file. It started happening after the last couple cortex updates. I run the latest windows 10 update, but I have had issues with the ones before it.

I used to be able to launch steam games just fine with Cortex but now, after a recent update, when I try to launch a game it just opens a .URL file. For example, this opens in web browser when I try to run Fairy Tail > /AppData/Local/Temp/bhiwx5g4.k1b.url And that's the page that shows up in the screenshot. It looks like it "should" be opening with the win + r run command but it opens chrome instead because it's a url file.

Dunno if anyone else is having this issue, but ever since the latest update i get error messages saying that the links in cortex to start my games are broken and the game can't be launched. I've had to start launching either through steam or the game itself. Any thoughts, couldn't find anything with a search.

Recently Razer introduced levels to Cortex on phones. What is it for? It doesn't boost silver gain, it doesn't give u silver per level. Anyone can explain?
