I have all the Jackbox Party Pack games on Steam but Cortex is misidentifying the first one as coming from the Epic Games Store. I don't even have the Epic Games Store client installed. EDIT: I'm also getting my Steam copy of SuperHot misidentified as coming from the Epic Games Store. Seems there's something amiss with the detection algorithm.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? When you have auto boost on and launch Warframe you can log in but as soon as you hit enter to do so it closes the game, but if you restart the pc turn auto boost of and run the game you can login just fine. Haven't been able to narrow which option it is that boost is disabling that stops the game from working though.

Hi. I am trying this game pad out, coming from a Logitech G-13. I have 2 questions: 1. How do you back up (export) to the cloud? If I try to import it, there is nothing in there to choose from, in the cloud. 2. How can I re-name a keybind? For example, I don't want to see, just a letter R, I would like to name it, "Reload" is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!

Hey guys This night I had my razer working just fine, but then it turned off and was trying to turn on by its own again, but failing and turning off when the razer logo appeared. Now it won't turn on, the razer logo appears and it turns off Would anyone please help with that? Thanks!

My advanced blade 15 (2019) has some issues, Apt Io utility page showed up randomly, when I closed it the laptop froze and the blue screen appeared (critical process died), now I cant even leave the Apt Io utility, I tried everything and nothing works, also when I tried the different recovery types they all led to restarting the pc, which takes me back to the Apt io Utility page.

Hey. Might sound as stupid question but I don't want to screw up lol. I just got my Razer Blade 15 (2020) Base model and I want to add additional SSD as it has 2x ports. Can I just buy SSD and stick it into the second port or do I have to do something else with it? Any recommendation on SSD would he grateful as well. Thinking about Samsung 970 Evo plus. Thanks

So yesterday when I open my cortex for mobile, I saw this ad or event that you have to play or spend money on a certain game to earn silver points. I browsed the list and saw State of Survival since it has the highest silver points to earn (about 1.3K+ if I remember it correctly) and the catch is to level up your HQ building up to lvl 20 within 16 days. So I spent playing the game (after getting the regular paid to play games of cortex). And when I was about lvl 10 on my HQ (building time was not more than 6 hours) I noticed that it's not included in the list anymore! Ya! Ya! Ya! I know it's the cheapest way to earn silver points but who wouldn't. ITS FREE! lol Tried searching this in the forum but I don't see any thread about it, so I am writing it down. Well the ad or event is working because I was able to get I think 30 points in just installing and running 2 certain apps. Is there somehow clarify this or even experience this?

Hey all! wondering if anyone can help! I used to be able to sync all my hue lights (x3 hue colour globes, x1 hue lightstrip, x2 hue play bars) with my Razer peripherals (keyboard, mouse mat, nommo speakers, bass station) to the audio visualiser on synapse 3 and have them all light up together. But all of a sudden, I am not able to listen to music and have all the philips hue and Razer peripherals sync together anymore, but rather, only the Razer peripherals sync with the audio visualiser instead. It’s quite annoying! Not sure if an update for synapse 3 has stopped hue lights from syncing with the Razer peripherals. When I change the settings on synapse to different lighting effects, they are able to all sync, just not when I want them to all sync with the audio visualiser! Please help!

cortex seems to confuse steam every so often and makes it think that a game I've been playing is still running (I've confirmed that it's cortex causing the problem, the .exe for the games is not in the task manager and the problem resolved when I closed cortex). Is there's a way to resolve stop this from happening that doesn't mean not using cortex?

Hi I have downloaded a couple games from my game pass account. I use Razer Cortex to start my games. One of the games Razer Cortex has recognised and automatically added it to it's library, however the second game hasn't been. I tried to add it manually by using the .exe file, but I can't find it anywhere; in fact I can't find any of the files for the game at all. Firstly, why does Razer Cortex recognise one game and not the other, and secondly, where has the other game downloaded to so I can see the .exe file. Thanks for your help.

Hi, So before you read about the problem I have to mention that razer support has ignored me many times, via chat twice and via email once, thus you are my last chance. Xbox and retailer didnt help. So my problem is when I have my controller (xbox one s) connected to xbox via bluetooth and my kraken x lite connect to the controller the right headphone makes an awful and loud buzzing, but when the controller is connected via wire it works like charm. What didnt help: Restarting xbox, Changing controllers, Trying different xbox, Replacing headphones, Resetting xbox Lowering mic control Etc. Ps. The headphones work fine on other devices.

Hi, today I joined Razer cortex and finished my first paid to play on CODM. After I received my first reward, I wasn't getting rewarded anymore. Is it just a one time thing or do I have to wait another day to be able to receive rewards on that specific game again? TIA

Hi everyone. I have a problem: the last update of razer cortex doesn't boost my cpu. Infact the games that I use don't run at 60 fps, but register stuttering. I have tried also older versione of razer cortex, but it doesn't work. It Always has runned perfectly, but now I don't why it doesn't work. Please help me to fix this problem. I have Windows 10 version 2004

I have lost numerous files and folders due to to this inept piece of programming. How does removing work files, gifs, pictures and videos from my downloads folder optimise a game? How do I get them back? Will Razer be paying for the recovery of these files as I will either need specialist software, or an external party to recover them? Of course they wont! I had a similar problem years ago with cortex where uninstalling deleted all the screenshots saved to the cortex folder, but thought I'd give it a go again and now wish I hadn't. Any assistance in recovering my files would be appreciated
