We released 12 beta versions of Razer Cortex PC 10 in less than three months during the beta test. It was tough and challenging but more thrilling for everyone on the team. We want to thank all the users who took part in our beta program, especially those who provided valuable feedback and suggestions and helped us troubleshoot and resolve issues during the beta phase. We appreciate your support and are grateful for all you have done to help us improve our product.

    • Launch your games quickly and easily from one place.

    • Connect your gaming platforms and manage all your games across these platforms, including Steam, Origin, GOG Galaxy, and Ubisoft Connect.



  • Enhanced Booster Technology



    • Improve your gaming performance through advanced technology in both Game Booster and System Booster.

    • Allows you to have more control over what you want to boost and what you don’t.



  • Newly Supported Game in Booster Prime



    • ELDEN RING has been supported in Booster Prime. Optimize and play it now to achieve your best gaming experience.



  • Customizable Game Summary



    • View and access your Squad Rewards Campaign and Paid to Play events on the Summary page. The next season of the Squad Rewards Campaign will be coming soon. Please stay tuned if you are interested.

    • Features a comprehensive summary of time played, achievements, recently played games, and more.

    • Create custom game library views by filtering, sorting, tagging, and adding your own visuals such as game backgrounds and covers.

Did you mean that you cannot visit their webpage to download the game via the link? Or do you mean that you cannot launch this game from Cortex?

If an option is grayed out, it means that your graphics card or monitor doesn't support such adjustments. Please share the RIG info with us by taking a screenshot of the OVERVIEW page in Razer Cortex > SYSTEM BOOSTER > MY RIG.

I take this back! Spent a couple of hours troubleshooting on why my SHIFT + CTRL + ARROW DOWN suddenly does not work!



To find out that this new version added new hotkeys.



What a bummer...

It's their website, no issues when running it from Cortex.



But hotkeys of Cortex is messed up. Why put hotkey CTRL + SHIFT + ARROW DOWN as a default?

I really loved the Beta versions they have improved a lot. There's a long long way to go for Razer software but it's getting really good!! A unified game launcher is welcomed. Thank you.

I appreciate your patience. Could you please take a screenshot of what the issue is on the Raid: Shadow Legends website? Is there a connection error or a notice?

After years of using Cortex I've removed it from my system. The update to the 10 series isn't working very good for me. Including the fact that I can't launch mature rated games because it just say's "Install" and won't install (even though the games ARE installed). I'll try it at a later date and see if it's working again.
In version 9 the Paid to Play was not working lately. In version 10 I only see the game RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile game.

We are sorry to hear that you had to go through this inconvenience. This is not the experience that we would like you to have. Rest assured that we will do our best to get this sorted.



For us to resolve this issue, could you please provide us with more details? If a game is removed from Razer Cortex and re-added to Razer Cortex, it may have the notice that you have installed the game when you add it again to Razer Cortex.



In such a scenario, please follow the below steps:

First, stop 'Razer Game Manager Service 3' in Task Manager.



  • Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.

  • Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Stop it.



Second, delete the file folder: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager3\\Data\\rzr_userid.

Third, start the ‘Razer Game Manager Service’ in Task Manager.

Finally, launch the game with Razer Cortex running in the background. The game will be added to Razer Cortex automatically.

Hey Michelle, I've already spoken to you guys and they created a case for me. They also helped me work thru different steps and create a log file. It's already been submitted several days ago now. My case is: Case #: 220612-000923.



I would keep using the 9 series of Cortex as I never had problems with that, but after finding an installer, every time I install, it instantly updates me to 10 series and back to being broken.

@Michelle-RazerCortex I noticed you were active in the thread and I wanted to provide feedback and ask if you could pass this on, or if I should open an official support case or feedback via the in-app option.



But it doesn't look like light mode was taken into consideration and there are very bad UX rendering issues as a result. I know light mode users are probably in the minority but my gf and a few of our orgs players use light themes and they came to me with this and asked I report it.



I'm also the one that buys all the Razer products and pushes everyone to use the Razer services on our staff and players so I want to ensure they have the best experience possible 💚

Razer Cortex 10 does not have a light theme, the first image you shared with us should not be right. There may be something wrong. We will try to reproduce it.
