Hi AlphaTay, If you still have issues when claiming your Razer Silver after playing this game. Please follow the below steps: 1. Remove Raid: Shadow Legends from Razer Cortex.
  • Go to “LAUNCHER” > “MY LIBRARY”.
  • Go to the “INSTALLED” tab.
  • Click on a game.
  • Click on the “Settings” icon
  • On the dropdown menu, select “Remove”
2. Exit Razer Cortex. 3. Restart Razer Game Manager Service 3.
  • Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.
  • Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Restart it.
4. Delete the file folder (C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager3\\Data\\rzr_userid). 5. Launch Razer Cortex and click the "Refresh" icon to scan the game Raid: Shadow Legends. Or you can launch the game with Razer Cortex running in the background. Razer Cortex will add the game automatically. Adding a game by clicking the "+" icon is not recommended since it may cause a detecting issue. 6. Start the game from Razer Cortex for several minutes. Then, go to Paid to Play to see whether you can claim your Razer Silver. If you cannot claim your Razer Silver, please exit Razer Cortex and restart Razer Game Manager Service 3 to try again. Let me know if this issue persists. Appreciate your patience. Michelle

That is really not convenient. Since this issue has occurred this time, guess the game developer has noted this and will avoid such an issue happening again. We will also avoid putting up the game in Paid to Play during their update. Michelle

Still can't launch adult rated games from Cortex. If Razer has decided to gate keep and not allow games of any rating to be launched via Cortex, just let us know. Then I can stop looking forward to a fix and can move on to something else. Also, if that was Razer's decision, and not a programming issue, can't you give us a setting that is defaulted to off if we want to launch games Razer doesn't want us to launch?

Hey there! We sincerely apologize for the late response. Razer Cortex did not block adult games or any other games in MY LIBRARY. But we indeed block adult games in DEALS. To resolve this issue, could you please try to exit Razer Cortex, and clear the cache here C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\RazerCortex\\GameLibCache, then, restart Razer Cortex to try again? That didn't work. It didn't work the other 2 times I tried either. I've also uninstalled Cortex numerous times and reinstalled. Cortex before 10 released worked without issue. Also, I worked with support before I ever posted in the forums, and nothing they had me do worked either. You say your adult games are showing.. which would indicated some problem on my system. Can you buy the Steam game "Leap of Faith" for testing purposes and tell me if it shows up? I'll even buy the game and gift it to you if you'd like. I just want to see if it's truly working on your system by testing a game we have in common.

Hey there! We are sorry to reply to you late. We tested some mature games from Steam last time. But we did not reproduce it on our side of this issue. This game Leap of Faith is not on our Master Game List. The buying process would be long. Before we finish the buying process, could you please disconnect your steam with Razer Cortex in LAUNCHER > PLATFORM > STEAM USERNAME > DISCONNECT, then, click the '+' icon > Add game to add this game manually? To make sure that we are on the same page after you disconnect Razer Cortex with steam, you still cannot launch the game "Leap of Faith" from Razer Cortex even though you have added it to MY LIBRARY manually? The former conversations showed that the game "Leap of Faith" cannot be added to Razer Cortex manually. You said "I can add games manually" in your last reply. Did this mean "Leap of Faith" was added to Razer Cortex successfully? Appreciate your patience. Michelle

I don't remember ever saying I couldn't add a game manually. I can. And I can launch the game I add manually. Doesn't really change the fact that adult rated games are not added to the launcher automatically like they were in versions before 10. Hope this helps.

Hey there! Thank you for clarifying that. For games that are in our Master Game List, Razer Cortex can add them by scanning. But for games that are not in our MGL, only some can be added automatically. Currently, we do not have any mature games in our MGL. We tested some mature games from Steam that are not on our Master Game List, such as Sexy Airlines, College Bound, and Crush Crush. The result shows that Crush Crush can be added automatically, but the other two games cannot be added by scanning. Please check the attachment. "Leap of Faith" is in our MGL. We will buy the game and add it to our MGL. As I said before, the buying process would be long, about half a month. We will update you when we resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.
