So for the squad rewards, I’ve logged more than enough time, even had a game on overnight, and yet when I go into cortex it doesn’t show me having any game time at all. I’m really concerned because we’re trying to go for a prize pretty soon. Did anyone else encounter this? What can I do to fix it? Who can I contact to help fix this?

If i play solo and join a squad like a day after do i keep my played hours?

So pretty much I and my friends are going for some cortex rewards but it seems to be giving us fewer hours than it's supposed to we all have 4 hours for today and we got 4 hours yesterday (yesterday it worked fine) and it won't let us get any more time we were gonna go for number one so I hope this gets fixed

I seem to have a problem with cortex. It will start up when the computer is started up, all the settings and boost works too. I can open up the window from razer central or the start tab and change the settings directly after I log in to my computer, but things go array after I close the window. After closing the window and closing the razer central tab, it will not open the window again. Razer central shows it as not running, and will not open the window. I've tried starting it from the file, and the start menu, but it just gives me the same quick blue wheel that lasts only a second, with no results. But the weird thing is is that cortex boost works when I open up a game, and gives me notifications. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of times, with the same results. I've even told the installer to repair the current file. It started happening after the last couple cortex updates. I run the latest windows 10 update, but I have had issues with the ones before it.

I used to be able to launch steam games just fine with Cortex but now, after a recent update, when I try to launch a game it just opens a .URL file. For example, this opens in web browser when I try to run Fairy Tail > /AppData/Local/Temp/bhiwx5g4.k1b.url And that's the page that shows up in the screenshot. It looks like it "should" be opening with the win + r run command but it opens chrome instead because it's a url file.

Dunno if anyone else is having this issue, but ever since the latest update i get error messages saying that the links in cortex to start my games are broken and the game can't be launched. I've had to start launching either through steam or the game itself. Any thoughts, couldn't find anything with a search.

Recently Razer introduced levels to Cortex on phones. What is it for? It doesn't boost silver gain, it doesn't give u silver per level. Anyone can explain?

I recently upgarde my GPU to 3090 with my newly installed WIN10 system. Cortex boost prime for PUBG cannot be optimised following by a notice about the device does not meet the lowest requirements. Somehow I do believe 3090 is qualified to play PUBG, can someone help out ?

Hello everyone, I managed to collect around 10k+ Razer silver coins via Cortex Games on my Razer Phone 2.. Few days ago I noticed that I'm suddenly missing 2k of coins (I'm on approx. 8,5k now)...is that supposed to happen? Did this happen to anyone else as well? Do Razer silver coins disappear over time if not used up? I'm baffled on how I lost 2k of coins when I didn't even spend any... :/
