Anyone else surprised that you couldn’t use Razer Gold to buy Razer products?I won a Razer Gold giveaway!Woo!But I didn’t apparently quite understand what that meant, because when I went to use it to buy the Sneki Snek plushie it turned out it was for in game stores and items. I’m still grateful for winning and used it to get some Spotify credit! But I really had my heart set on the plushie!Also a little surprised I couldn’t use it for a Steam gift card?

i was about to topup my razer gold, but when i try to do the recaptcha and get the 2fa code it said “there was an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again” or smth. can you solve this problem please. Thank you.

I am not receiving my 2FA code, I’ve requested it many times so I can set up my Razer Gold. This has been a very frustrating experience because not only are the specific cards I want out of stock, but my ticket hasn’t been replied to, AND I can’t even set up Razer Gold.
