Hi I recently top up 11600+ php worth of credits and yet I cannot use them because the OTP IS BROKEN! Cs is not replying to my Ticket for the last 48 hours! its kinda frustating that no action is being done to fix the OTP or send us backup codes if ever we lose it via our registered emails.Hope a CS or moderator can raise the concerns to Razer. Equalizer is not working in Synapse 3, thx, it's not working. No matter what I did, it didn't fix it. I did a clean install and it didn't fix it again. It continues in the same way. It works in beta, but unfortunately this time, there is no snap tab in Razer Huntsman v3 Pro Razer Synapse beta on my keyboard. Well done, Razer.
Im having problem when i want to add my mobile number on my razer gold account after i request a 2FA reset by the support agent. After i key in my previous mobile number and trying to get the OTP the page goes submitting and it turn back to the main page of razer gold.

There is two-factor authentication on my account, which I don't even remember when it add. I can't find which application I'm using. Hi everyone, Would really like to ask why my email got blacklisted? I play ZZZ and i use gcash for payment, i usually spend 50k - 100k for 1 or 2 days whenever a hero comes out. I tried reaching out to support but everything is just automated. No one is responding, no one available. I already emailed razer as well but I never got any response. Any way to fix this?
