recently had baby, then directly moved. with everything going on somewhere in the mix i misplaced the usb dongle. so i just got a pair of razer  blackshark v3 x hyperspeed’s coming from a razer blackshark v2 pros  and it says it has Bluetooth mode but so far i’ve paired with my iphone twice and my computer once and got no Bluetooth audio out of either device.. is this Bluetooth only for phone calls?

Hi guys.  I want to change my phone number but the old number is deactivated and I dont have longer access to old number. I'm also not able to get live support. My headset's USB-C dongle isn't working. I've tried it on other computers and phones, but it still doesn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from Device Manager, but it still doesn't work with the dongle.

Hi guys, I just noticed my V3 still has this problem with periodically loosing connection.Suddenly in the game it stops working, the it blinks 2x green, and I get connection again. Sometimes its 1second without connection, sometetimes its 3-5 seconds without connections.I already contacted Razer support and got my “old” V3 replaced by a new one.Now this new one has the same error. It is really annoying, and im not the only one.According to reddit / internet alot of people do have this problem.I already changed dongle sides on my Laptop (switched from right side usb to left side usb) to counteract any signals from the internal W-Lan.Already changed batteries.Already updated firmware.Already have my dongle near to my screen.Already tried different sort of batteries.Already have the newest Synapes.Already tried the older Synapse.Already tried frequently resetting / restarting the mouse. What else can I do?Some people are writing about a circuit board error, which makes the mouse restart o

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Razer Leviathan V2 soundbar.After connecting it to my Windows 11 PC via USB-C, the system does not detect it at all. The Leviathan V2 powers on, but only shows a solid green Source light (AUX mode). When I perform a hard reset by holding the Power + Volume Down buttons, then swipe through the buttons, the Source light starts blinking blue (Bluetooth pairing), but I’m unable to get it to switch to USB mode (white or purple light).So far, I have tried the following: • Multiple USB ports on different PCs • Different USB-C to USB-A and USB-C to USB-C cables (data capable) • Reinstalled Razer Synapse and all drivers • Factory reset the device • Checked Device Manager (no sign of the device) • Attempted connecting to other systems (no detection)At this point, I suspect there might be a hardware issue with the USB controller in the Leviathan V2. 

Hey folks,Have the Razer Tartarus V2 with the Synapse Software version 4.0.86.2601201054 running under Windows 11 Home- version 25H2 - OS Build 26200.7623 with all available updates.  I am experiencing an issue where, if the software is running. the “4” key on my keyboard (the one above the “E” and “R” keys simply does not work anywhere.  Not in notepad, any browser, basically nowhere on the computer.  However, when I shut the Razer Synapse software down, the key regains full functionality.I by default do not have the key bound on any profile, no Hypershift or anything.  I have bound the Num 4 key (From the keypad), and that will come through on things, but still the “4” mentioned earlier refuses to be recognized until I stop the Synapse software from running.  Also have tried a uninstall and reinstall, and the behavior continues.  Any help on this would be appreciated, as I am an avid gamer, and the specific “4” key is needed.Thanks,Pherix

Just got the keyboard yesterday, still grasping with synapse + chroma; one main issue is the Function key doesnt seem to be working as intended (FN + CTRL 1 to 9 etc to change the rgb effects). It only disables the lighting on all keys except F9 to F12, and INS, DEL, HOME, PAGE UP, PAUSE (which are all on white color), and happens only when Function is pressed down. Once released, it goes back to the default green that I've set to the profile. Whats happening and how to fix this!?

The red mute LED on my Ornata V3 isn’t working anymore when pressing the mute button since Synapse 4.0.86.2507180821. Issue still exists with Synapse 4.0.86.2509080713.

Just bought the V2 Pros. So far they are like the wired ones. One thing I have found is that Mic Monitoring ( sidetone ) doesn’t seem to work. I’ve checked across the internet and Uninstalled the synapse app and checked for software updates. Everything is up to date and in settings it is all selected. But still have no sidetone. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. 

After updating Synapse, Blackwidow v4 X lost its functionality when the Synapse application is open, the backlight does not work correctly, the key functionality does not work correctly, reinstalling drivers and software does not help solve the problem.

Make it make sense? I did the mistake of having wishful thinking of updating to Synapse 4 for its improvements, and it’s telling me that it doesn’t detect any previous profiles and saves. I clicked the migrate profiles button in the top right tab and guess what? It tells me to log into Synapse 3 and save my profiles so I can import them. Would be absolutely fantastic if you COULD download Synapse 3 and not be forced to download Synapse 4 with every single search of Synapse possible. Love having to fix something that never needed to be fixed in the first place… Least you could do is have the option to download the previous versions if you're going to even suggest this as a possible solution.

Dear Razer Support Team, I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and encountered an issue with the activation code. The package included the headset and accessories, but the activation card was missing. When I attempted to register the product, it showed that the activation code had already been used, which prevents me from accessing the advertised features such as 7.1 surround sound. I truly enjoy the headset and appreciate its design and performance. However, I would love to experience the full features that were advertised, especially the surround sound, which is one of the main reasons I chose this product. For your reference, I have the product ID and serial number available and can provide them to assist with verification. I kindly request your guidance on how to obtain a valid activation code or the proper steps to activate the product. My razer kraken v4 pro buttons are all unresponsive excluding the power button, it’s also stuck on bluetooth mode. Which means i cannot update the firmware or even reset it. Does anyone have a solution for my problem?

I have a Kaira headset ( RZ04-0348) for Xbox from 2022 that I may have used twice. I’ve since upgraded to a PC and wanted to connect it and nothing. I’ve tried the hyperspeed dongle but my headset isn’t a hyperspeed(found that out) I’ve tried aftermarket products and tech support but get literally nothing from it. Is this headset not able to connect to a computer at all and end up in the trash? I have a ton of razer products and this is the only one to give me trouble….. If that’s the case I will never buy another product from razer again. How can a headset be obsolete in a couple years lol

Ive seen some other threads with this issue but nothing has worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the device through windows, moved the dongle clear away from my mouse dongle, turned off any audio enhancements and reset my pc and its still cracking/popping. occasionally it will completely distort the audio like a robot filter until its reset. ive had the headset about 6 months, ive owned a pair before and never had this issue. its driving me nuts and im about to toss it haha any help is appreciated!  note: i cannot plug the wireless adapter directly to my pc as my pc does not have a usb c port, nor can i update firmware. 

So I purchased a razer core X chroma and a RTX 5070 card and the performance is terrible. I assume this is because of the thunderbolt 3 connection that is limiting the bandwidth? Is there anything I can do to make this combination work.Frame rate graphic quality and everything is just way worse with the EGPU and the 5070 compared to the on board GTX 1660 TI.

When i charge it wont go to my phone can yall help me with it
