Hello, and happy new year ! I just got a basilisk ultimate mouse, but I’m having troubles for the setup :The mouse works properly when it comes to moving and clicking, either cabled or dock-linked Additionnal buttons, including 4, are not recognized. They don’t seem to send any output at all when pressed, as I have been unable to manually set them in games. After installing synapse, here is the situation Mouse is properly detected by synapse 4 (a tab is created) It can’t seem to install it. It downloads the files, but I get a “installation failure” message. I tried uninstalling synapse, the mouse, deleted the pilots, etc. In advance, thanks a lot <3  Edit : WIndows 10

The basilisk V3 Pro is a fantastic mouse and is perfect for what i need to use it for,But now it wont charge, wont appear when plugged in and wont appear through wireless,i have no idea what to do or how to fix it, it was not dropped or anything of the like it has just suddenly stopped working,Please Help

Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to obtain a replacement USB HyperSpeed dongle for my Razer V3 HyperSpeed mouse, as I recently lost the original one. Could you please let me know if replacement dongles are available and if they can be paired again with my mouse? Thank you for your assistance.

HI,my Barracuda x usb dongle unable to detected by my laptop or PS5..  when i plug in the dongle and turn on my headset it blink in green then auto blink in blue. usb port as i check work well. can assist?

Hello everyone, I would like to share my issue and hopefully get some support from you guys. In the last months I havent used my computer as often as usual and now I noticed that the mouse is not charging at all, it works only if its plugged. Firmware updated for dongle and mouse. It pairs because right now im using it plugged to an external power supply which is not the computer cable and is paired and working perfectly. On razer Synapse battery doenst go past 0 Percent. When I unplug it and try to turn it on it doesnt do anything, does anyone know a fix for this issue? Thank you very much

Hello everyone !When I was using Synapse 3, my different profiles (I created one mouse profile for each of my games) were organized alphabetically, so if for some reason it didn’t switch automatically when I launched my game, I just had to go to the system tray and launch the correct profile there, and it was easy to find.Now, with Synapse 4, all my profiles are in some kind of random order, I have no clue why they’re organized like that, and it’s not even the same order between the mouse and the dock !Here it is : Do you know of any way to get back to an alphabetical order ?Thanks a lot !

The cylinder in my razer iskur x ergonomic gaming chair has gone out. I’ve been searching for the replacement with the intention of saving my favorite chair. I’ve only had it a little over 3 years and it’s still in great shape so I don’t see the need to purchasing a whole new one when this one was a little pricy to begin with. Is there a way I can order the cylinder itself? Or an alternative? Trying to find the size but no luck.

Hello! I bought my razer v2 kitty and im ready to put my activation code for surround 7.1 sound, but when i try to install the laucher wont open and says code file error. Whern i open this file, it says ‘’Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)’’. How can i fix it and open the launcher? Ive already tried installing it again and turning off and on my pc. Nothing helped:(

Hello, i have a problem, i purchased a camera “ razer kiyo pro ultra hd “ i thought it’s gonna be the best camera for streaming in best quality, but my camera in OBS everytime when i move is losing a focus, same in razer synapse independently of settings, i dont know how to fix that, i tried every option in OBS ( i think so ) and nothing works.I haven’t had this problem with camera Creative Live Cam Sync 1080p V2 witch costs like 30$.

how do i get my razer synapse 4 to download its saying it faIled to install and wont let me log in i downloaded it 3 times and nothing

I’ve had my ultimate for a number of years now and it’s my favorite headset by far. I recently got a new PC with Windows 11 (old one was Win 10) and the audio just sounds off. It’s especially noticeable with voices over Discord. People sound far away and muffled.I’ve been trying to sort this out for days with ChatGPT and it’s given up saying the Kraken USB headset is not compatible with Windows 11 + my motherboard USB stack.I’ve updated motherboard drivers, installed Synapse 4, uninstalled it, copied over the Razer driver from my old machine, used the Windows default driver, used the THX driver, turned off all enhancements, turned them back on, uninstalled the devices and all related drivers and started over, used an analog headset, external speakers. You name it, I’ve tried it.The most interesting clue I’ve come up with so far, is that none of these things change the behavior. You go into Synapse and toggle between stereo and THX and there’s no difference in the sound. You play with t

I absolutely can not wrap my head around how to fix this issue. I’ve tried different cables (was using the original Razer cable that came with it to start), different USB ports (3.0 and 2.0), different computers, tried deleting all razer applications and reinstalling, turning off Nvidia Overlay, made sure XBOX gamebar wasn’t using it, quit discord, also even tried Process Explorer Search to see what is using the webcam and came back with nothing.  HOW DO I FIX THIS!? 

So, Its been a while since I used my ornata chroma V2, and before I stopped, only the numbers above the letters didnt work. Now, I plugged it back in after give or take 4 years. Now nothing works at all except (when i was on monster hunter) alt and esc. And after closing the game, both of them stopped working too. So then I launched synapse, and the LEDs work, but the keys themselves dont work anymore still. Help would be appreciated, cuz I dont wanna have to buy a new keyboard if I can avoid it.

Before considering a purchase, I’d like to know: Is a Razer Blade 18 with an AZERTY keyboard planned or expected? If yes, does anyone know when or in which regions it might become available? I recently decided to update to synapse 4 and get chroma but now they won’t launch at all even after restarting my computer multiple times. They won’t launch through the installer or through my recently downloaded programs either.  

Title says it all. What can I do?

The issue I have with this product is battery. Firmware is updated with Razer Audio Android app. I got these earbuds a few days ago and battery only last 1 hour. I have other similar earbuds Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed (Xbox Licensed) - Wireless Multi-Platform Gaming Earbuds and the battery last for 3 hours aprox.I tried contacting Razer Warranty Support, but when I enter the serial number it says “Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support. If you have a RazerCare Protection plan, willing to pay a repair fee (for laptops only), or feel this is an error, please make the appropriate selection. Proof of purchase is required if you do not have a RazerCare Protection plan. We recommend posting your questions to our Razer Insider where you may get your answer faster.” I bought it from Amazon a few days ago.

I have a 2022 Razer Blade 15 Advance Model (product number RZ09-0421NEG3-R3U1).  I have an external Seagate Backup Plus 4tb hard drive. My blade no longer recognizes the HD.  I have spent a few hours with Seagate customer support over the laste couple of days and together we have determined that there are no problems with the hard drive (I ran several recommended tests and even reformatted the drive using another laptop).  It works fine with my old Win10 laptop and my wife’s Win11 Microsoft surface pro.  I have tried to update the drivers for the HD (same driver that my wife’s laptop uses) and no success.  At least it is now showing up as a disk drive and not as an other device in Device Manager.  It does not show up on Disk Management.  At this time, it gives me an error: This device cannot start. (Code 10).  (this message also came up when I was updating the driver).  I have tried all the ports on my device so it’s not one port.  The laptop does recognize my Seagage FreeAgent GoFlex
