Razer Nostromo gamepad was working fine prior to update. Could open the customize window through Synapse and all worked well for all game profiles I created. New software update happens.  I cannot even see my gamepad in the synapse software.  Pressing buttons on it does nothing.

The model of my headset is Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Chroma Surround Sound 7.1 Xbox Series and PC 50mm Drivers - RZ04-02910100-R3U1.However, I can’t find a dongle of the same model for purchase, only for the Nari Ultimate. Does that one also work, or is it different? Could you please let me know the correct USB dongle version that is compatible?I would also like to know if you sell this part separately. 

I’ve tried disabling the headset, uninstalling the drivers, and more. When I turn off the mic, the buzzing and static noise get quieter, but they’re still there. How do I fix this?

First of all, i'm within my return window. I feel like this laptop is top of the line, hardware wise. But the software is atrocious.Whenever i connect an external display, the laptop freezes itself, shuts down, goes black.The display is a perfectly fine 65 inch samsung oled tv, 144hz. It connects to the HDMI port, with the proper 2.1 cable.Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesnt.Razer, or anyone who had this issue before. Please tell me how to make it work exactly because this is ridicolous. I tried hdr on off, g sync on off, 60 hz 120hz 144 hz. Direct gpu, optimus on, off, fresh drivers, old drivers, fresh firmware... This laptop is an unstable mess.Edit: its an rtx 5080 variant

Hi, I have encoutered the connection problem using the multi-device paring once i have tried to connect with are Deathadder V3 pro mice and Blackwidow V4 pro 75%.When i used the mice’s dongle to try the paring with my keyboard, the paring option is appeared in the synapse to scan the another device but the Keyboard is not founded even i swithced it to 2.4Ghz and kept pressing the buttion while scaning.Moreover, When i used the keyboard’s dongle, there is no paring option appeared on the Synapse. How do i connet the multi-device with two products? is that any problem on my product? or synapse?

I recently changed the battery in my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2022, RZ09-0421. After a long back and forth with customer support, they finally agreed to send me a battery. I opened up the laptop, pulled out the old battery, put in the new one, and everything seemed to work well until the screen just shut off while I was playing GTA. I’ve tried everything to Windows-Ctl-Shift-B, I’ve tried to enter BIOS but have proven unsuccessful as BIOS won’t open up on an external monitor, I’ve opened up Device Manager to find a Code 43 on the Intel Display driver. The computer still works, I can still use it with an external display. But obviously something is wrong with the physical display itself. I’m pretty sure the problem is the ribbon cable between the screen and the motherboard. However, even though I have the part number, 13416755, I have no clue where to source this very specific cable with a 40 pin EDP to 40 pin narrow connection. If someone at Razer could please help me source this item I

Dongle suddenly stopped working. I have updated firmware, tried it on other devices, reinstalled synapse wired mouse still works but i can no longer use the wireless . I cant seem to find out how to get a replacement.

Hi, The battery of my Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 is swollen, it start to push the track pad and make it difficult to use.  I'm currently located in Switzerland and there is no official store nearby. I had to redo my Wi-Fi passwords, and I have reset my Aether Standing lightstick but for some reason the gamer room app won’t detect or scan the matter QR Code. Any suggestions? I do have my Wi-Fi set to 2.4 ghz

how do I check logs from my mouse? i think something is going on with my mouse in the software level.

I'm playing with a brand new Razer Blackshark V2X on the Series X and it just seems like the bass is just a bit too loud. It's not distorted bass but like gun fire and stuff is just too loud bass wise. Is there a way I can bring this down?

Bought an Intel BE200 to replace the Wifi6E WiFi adapter on my Razer Blade 2023. On initial boot it was working, but upon an cold restart (Shutdown), the laptop is unable to detect the WiFi adapter, prompting error code 45 in Device Manager, resulting in no WiFi capability.

Just got my razer kishi v2 usb c for android and ios. But i cant play my favorite moba mobile legend s bang bang the game is showing in nexus app it also opens but there is no option to map the controls what should i do. But in my s24 ultra it is working perfectly fine. 

So basically yh I had a vendor or supplier from USA and he told me to pay by using razor fold gift card method so I bought like gifts card around 40£ in uk pound and I had to send him the screen shots so he could redeem it but he block me after so I can’t get the money back from him because he redeemed all the codes and took the money I only have his number 

So, a couple weeks ago Synapse downloaded a larger than usual update when I booted up my PC. Ever since, I cannot launch any steam games while my BlackShark V2 Pro is connected to the PC. When the device is not connected, the game launches and everything works fine. When it is connected, the game will try to launch and fail to respond. I’ve tried device updating drivers, removing then re-adding devices to Synapses, updating Synapse, uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, uninstalling and reinstalling Steam, updating different games and checking their file integrity, and updating Windows. I bought a second hand Tartarus V2 a while back and noticed the bottom row (16,17,18 and 19) didn’t work. I thought the key mechanism or the PCB underneath must’ve been dirty so I took it apart to clean it. After cleaning it with alcohol on cotton swabs and letting it dry, I noticed that now the 12 through 15 keys didn’t work. So I took it apart again to clean it again and make sure all parts were put back correctly… Now all that works are the 1 through 6 keys (The wheel, D-pad and 20 key always worked).Beginning to remark a pattern here. It goes bad from bottom right to top left, anybody encountered this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
