i bought a Blackshark v2 x. When i try to register it, it says that This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Can anyone please help me? 

I bought the Razer Iskur V2 chair and it promises free next-day shipping. I had to wait 4 days for the weekened to end and now it also says it will be delivered in 4-8 days. 

Hey,Yesterday I installed new Synapse v4 (and logged in into my razer id there). It took me quite some time to figure that my mouses are not supported. I removed Synapse v4 after i got that. (Actually backwards compatible devices with v3 title IS misleading, i was expecting all of the devices working on v3 would work on v4).After removing v4 from my PC - i had troubles with macros module in v3. I re-installed v3 - macro module was already ON, but when switching into it - nothing happens, just menu says its active, but content in the middle does not change. After that i need to remove everything related to synapse from the PC and re-install v3. When i finally got v3 working - all the macros were gone. and besides that - it did remove those from the cloud. and now hundreds of my macros are gone. Can you please help me to figure how to recover those? P.S. I still have one device that having all my macros. And i keep pressing - do not sync with cloud, as it would remove them. How do i back

Hello R Λ Z Ξ R community, I recently just picked up a keyboard of which is the R Λ Z Ξ R Ornata V3 X. Thinking that a newer version "v3" would have all of the features from the previous versions (v1, v2) and more, but actually it has slightly less. I would like to ask, "Is there is any way to modify the wrist-rest, allowing it to physically connect to the keyboard?" If so, please provide ways. I have been thinking about adding adhesive back magnetic tape, double-side adhesive tape, or adhesive back velcro strips inside and or outside of both components (keyboard & wrist-rest). My other idea, was to install some back-flap or any other types of hinges to both the keyboard and wrist-rest. Thank you in advance, hope that we can figure ways to make this work. My formatting (BOLD) is pro.

After turning on my pc this morning my razer scroll wheel was in free spin (i usually always keep it in tactile), however after repeatedly trying to use the button to get it into tactile or using the syanpse software to change it, it remains stuck infree spin. Seen a few have the same issue. When the switch button is pressed i can hear a click like the lock coming into place for tacticle howevr it is styill in free psin. Any advice or help???

I purchased this mouse several years ago without issue until just now. This mouse was my daily mouse and after leaving my PC to get some dinner, I returned to my Basilisk V3 dead and not turning on with a charger. I’ve tried holding down the left and right clicks and the scroll wheel for 7 seconds without luck, tried 3 different charging cables, outlets, blocks, and even tried using it wired to my PC with no avail. I love this mouse to death and really don’t want to have to get rid of it. I don’t have RazerCare and my warranty definitely expired since I got this mouse nearly 3 years ago now. Any help?

I use 2 left buttons for reload and run, but they stopped working. Now destiny 2 mouse mapping reports left button only for the main left button and the 2 left buttons. How ca I get this to work again?Many Thanks

It seems this is a somewhat common issue for this keyboard,  my previous BlackWidow had no issues lighting up as well as my other razer things. Things I’ve triedTurned OFF Dynamic Lighting in Windows Turned off ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ for all Root Hub USB 3.0 under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Turned off ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ for all USB Input Device under Human Interface Devices. Turned off ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ for Razer BlackWidow v4 Pro under Human Interface Devices. Uninstalled / Reinstalled Razer Synapse multiple times.Sometimes if I mess with the Razer Command Dial the lights will sometimes come on but not sync with Chroma. How do I fix this before I get a different keyboard?

Hi, I have a razer baracuda x and have not activated 7.1 surround sound, but I can't find my box where the code is supposed to be because I didn't know that such a code was needed. I've looked everywhere for support but no one has helped. It says that I should have received the code to my email but nothing has come. I've looked everywhere for an email to email Support but can't find it anywhere, please help me before I go crazy.

Greetings Razer Support, I just installed update 20240710 for the Razer Synapse app, and now the app is completely broken.  If I open the program, and make any selection from the main menu, nothing happens, and a few seconds later I get an error message saying “The application encountered a problem, please exit synapse and start again.”  When I restart the app, I get the same problem again.  I have restarted my computer a few times, and I’m still getting the same error.  I seriously hope the app doesn’t somehow DELETE the profile data I have spent hours on creating for both my razer mouse & keyboard...  

does anyone know how to fix this?In synapse 3 i could make the macro press only down on say the W key, with no command to release it.then when the macro was complete, the key would remain pressed for me. but now with the new synapse Beta.  I do the same and have a macro press the W with no command to release, when the macro is complete, it automatically releases the key anyway.how do I set it like synapse 3 and keep that W pressed? I have had beta for over a month, and up until this week macros that command to hold a mouse key would continue to do so even after macro completion. But now all of a sudden with no changes made it is releasing the mouse keys as well!!!! And once again has screwed over literally dozens of macros, only with no workaround this time for the mouse keys!I but Beta on a second laptop, and it is also having the same way and releases everything when macro completes. the chat support has been literally bouncing me around for days, and have not gotten a single SHRED o

After the most recent update, Synapse can't seem to detect my Kraken Kitty at all, but when I turn on my Kraken Kitty V2 BT, it detects it just fine and it was detecting my Kraken Kitty just fine a couple hours earlier before I went to bed and before the update, which leads me to suspect it being a synapse thing.So far I've tried;- Relaunching Synapse services- Reinstalling drivers via Device Manager- Removing the device via Win10 settings and then adding it again through Device Manager- Plugging it out and back in- Plugging it in different ports- Restarting my computer- "Repairing" synapse via the razer apps manager- Uninstalling Synapse and Chroma then installing it again which didn't work either and then I tried restarting my pc again afterwards out of desperation and it still doesn't work.The last one actually made synapse *sort of* detect the device, recognizing its name but it can't seem to actually detect it as it puts itself in an endless "Detecting Device..."/Loading state as

First off, a little rant. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have been trying every which way for the past hour-ish to get a hold of customer support. Hi,anyone know where to source replacement display panels? I cracked the screen on a 2023 Razer Blade 16 (RZ09-0483UEJ4) and I’ve been having no luck finding a 16” B160ZAN01.U panel in 4k OLED with the proper 21mm 40pin connector. Datasheets I’ve been able to pull from AUO indicate there’s no current distributors and they don’t sell individual parts. I’ve also had no luck on Razer’s replacement part store. If anyone has a seller or a link I’m all ears.
