Hi everyone,I’m based in Portugal and bought a Razer Basilisk V3 through Amazon EU. The mouse is still under warranty, but the side buttons (4/5) stopped working.When I contacted Razer Support, I was shocked by the “solutions” they offered: Option 1: Cut the USB cable of my mouse (rendering it unusable) before they send a replacement. Option 2: Pay the full MSRP upfront as a “deposit” and wait for a refund after I return the defective unit. Neither of these conditions are mentioned anywhere in Razer’s official warranty policy (link). In fact, EU law (Directive 2019/771, implemented in Portugal by DL 84/2021) clearly states that consumers are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience. Requiring prepayment or destroying the device in advance is neither free nor convenient — it’s unlawful.To make matters worse: I received contradictory answers (first “cut cord,” then “deposit”), proving inconsistency. Hello,I’m having an issue with both Razer 7.1 Surround and Razer THX Spatial Audio. At first, only THX wouldn’t start, so I tried reinstalling everything. After several attempts, now neither 7.1 Surround nor THX will open at all.Both apps used to work fine before, but now I can’t get them to start no matter what I try. My osd is stuck on osd lock everytime I touch it

I loaded Synapse 4 and stopped after 30 minutes there are to many issues, I would rather play Diablo 4 instead of running down problems. I deleted Synapse 4 and to my knowledge I removed everything. I loaded Synapse 3 and retrieved my Synapse 3 profiles. Since this point Synapse 3 is not working correctly. The keybind to mount a horse will not work, I have changed the internal Diablo value to something different and changed the Tartarus to match Diablo and it doesn’t matter the command will not load or remove the mount, while the keyboard (Razer Blackwidow X Chroma) will work correctly. I have several other keybinds that work the same way and in each case the keyboard works correctly. I can move the keybind to another key on the Tartarus and it will not work. I have reloaded Synapse 3 several times removing everything and reloading with no effect. I reloaded Diablo 4, that didn’t improve anything. I created a new Diablo 4 profile changed the name used by the Tartarus and my Naga mouse

Please help me, I tried to log in into my computer, iPad and phone and nothing works.

Hi my laptop battery dies in around 30 minutes maybe a little more is there a way you guys could send me a battery without having to send it in my friend can put the battery in?

Just as title says. Have serial number, can take pics of dongle and headset. Headset works fine when connected via Bluetooth, but through dongle, the only app that can hear it is Synapse itself.

when I connect my Razer Kiyo X to my PC it turns on, but after a few seconds it automatically shuts off. When it turns off, I also hear a strange “click” sound inside the camera. 

I wanted to change my Email, because the email I used before is no longer in use or in short deactivated by yahoo. I cannot do the purchase because of the FFA and it always sends me to get the code to my deactivated email which is no longer exist.  Even phone numbers I cannot enter because the 2 way authenticator always pop and it will send code to my no longer exists email I can't purchase because of this, pls help.  

I bought 5 headsets, and when I try to activate them, I get an error saying that the product is already registered, and I can't get the code for 7.1 sound.

Recently my screen stopped turning on when I hit the power button.  I tried using the HDMI out to a monitor I use to see if it was just the laptop screen and still nothing. The keyboard chroma comes on and cycles and the power light blinks but nothing else works.  I have razercare but it just expired a few months ago. Which means razer won't help now. Bummer.    Any other deas or other things I can try. Thank you.

I am having an issue with the scroll wheel.  The game I am playing, I have the scroll wheel setup for my throttle input. When using it quickly, it will register as a mouse wheel which is bound to Zoom.   I disabled the all the scroll wheel bindings, and the problem persists.   I spoke to someone else who plays the same game and also uses a Tartarus V2 and does not have these issues.  HALP!!

Hello!I am having the same issue as detailed in the two posts linked at the bottom. Last night, I turned my headset off as per usual, and connected it to USB to charge (which worked just fine 24 hours ago). When I went to use it this morning, I unplugged it and held the power button for a few seconds like I normally do, however instead of indicating that it had connected to my dongle by beeping, it just turned off instead. To be clear, the power LED goes solid green for one second, very quickly blinks to another solid green, like normal, but then blinks green once and immediately cuts power. I also don’t get a yellow light anymore when the headset is connected to my PC and powered off. I didn’t check if that showed up last night.In Synapse 4 (Windows 11), the headset shows as connected, but powered off. Since it’s powered off, I can’t access any of the device’s settings, either. My OS and drivers are updated, and I’ve even tried charging the headset using a wall plug, but I got the sam
