Hi, your software disconnects and reconnects the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse and causes the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro to freeze when used. My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is not showing up in Razer Synapse 4 even though I have paired the mouse with Razer Synapse 4. I have even uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 a few times. 

My email won’t let me change it because it asks for two-factor authentication, and I no longer have access to the backup or the authenticator app. I need your help to change the email, thank you.

If i tried to add my phone number it give me a notification .which is your account is temporary locked.please, fix it 

I have been having issues with missing PIN numbers on purchased cards. One card purchased for $30 is missing the final sequence of numbers, but Razer is confusing this with another card/ticket I submitted. Pls contact me if you can help me out

I have a Razer 16 Blade RZ09-0483x laptop. My product is still under warranty. I reset it to factory settings and the colors look very bad. The reds and greens are very saturated and bother my eyes. Do you have a solution to fix this situation?

Dear Sir or Madam,I own a Razer Blade 18 2023 where the battery only lasts about 45 minutes—this has been the case since I got it. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the power consumption during battery operation occasionally spikes dramatically—from around 25 watts to 950 watts in HWinfo. Despite this, the laptop indicates a remaining runtime of approximately four minutes even though it is still 80% charged.    I reinstalled the computer today in hopes that it might resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it did not.Could you please advise me on how I can investigate this problem further?I look forward to your response.Kind regards,Christi

 Someone help me please, I've only had the keyboard for about 8 months... everything was normal I've already cleaned it, reinstalled synapse, and searched a lot on the internet... Basically the keyboard activates the print button on its own... and if that weren't enough, the keys: 2, Backspace, Num lk never delete. (They are all from the same line...) I spent all day trying to solve it... is it really a defect?

Hi,My huntsman mini fn key not working after update. Its works if I turn off synapse 4. 

Both are gone and no way to get ‘em back. Where can I get a replacement USB receiver and dongle for my current Razer v3 pro? Thanks.

Hello! I am having issues with my mic. It is constantly making a low rhythmic static sound and it cutting my voice audio. I do not believe anyone but myself can hear the static however the cutting in and out of audio is affecting my streams and my party chats on discord. If I try to test it out saying “test test, audio check 1, 2, 3” I hear “te..te… che… 1… 3”I have tried changing my USB port, I have tried turning it off and back on again, I have tried cleaning all ports and connectors. I have moved it closer and further away, messed with noise suppression in discord, windows (11) and OBS. Nothing is working, it was working perfectly fine less than a week ago, maybe three days prior to this issue. I am also absolutely positive that is it not because i may be close to the Ethernet box as it is downstairs and I am upstars.

Hello, about a month ago I purchased the Raizer Kaira Pro Xbox Edition, but I've only used them on a PC via Bluetooth. When I turn on the microphone, the sound in games deteriorates significantly in the headphones. The instructions mentioned another wireless connection method. Where can I purchase a wireless dongle?

the issue that i am having is that when my headset is set as “Speakers (THX Spatial)” i have no audio.when it is set as “Speakers (Razer USB Sound Card)” it plays audio.any help on how to get THX spatial audio working would be great.

 Hi I have a problem with the Razer Kiyo Pro, in fact for about 1 week since I plug it in and use it on YouTube Discord etc. the camera is all blurry and micro scratches appear I don't know if I can put pictures here because it's easier to show than to explain 

After talking to a support representative Regarding the WoW mount offer not showing if you add the Naga v2   pro and dock bundle not showing the gifts in the cart like the singular V2 Pro was. I can now  confirm they are a included with the bundle VIA my order confirmation email . Thanks again Venessa for the help, I don't know if you’re on the  forums or if anyone from the mod team can some how have this passed on.

I purchased the Kraken V3 X product and received the THX SPATIAL AUDIO activation code by e-mail after completing the product registration. By the way, the code is not valid. I think measures such as re-issuance are needed.

I have tried reinstalling drivers for the device, updating synapse and blowing compressed air through the holes.In doing this i was unsuccessful, the middle mouse button still feels clicky and like new as apposed to mushy.after looking at reddit and other forums i have tried all the solutions i have found still to no luck, Is there anything i can do about this?
