I bought the razer huntsman v3 pro tkl on march 19 2025 and the switches are loosening and i already lost my whole F button while i used my gaming keyboard accordingly. I want to submit an RMA but cant find one for my keyboard.

how to fix . this product is already registered (i have Black Shark V2 X)

Hello everyone, I bought a new Razer Blade 14 about a month ago. The first few days there were no problems, but lately I’ve been experiencing sound issues with all kinds of videos. The audio runs out of sync with the video — either heavily delayed or ahead of it — and on top of that, I keep getting crackling noises. Funny enough, the problem doesn’t occur when I connect my Razer headphones via USB wireless, but that’s not a long-term solution either. Also, this doesn’t happen when gaming.Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? LatencyMon reports that the drivers nvlddmkm.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, and dxgkrnl.sys are causing issues, but I have no idea what to do with that information. I’m just frustrated that this started happening after the return period expired, and neither driver updates nor a fresh Windows installation have fixed it.Thank you for your answers!

I have the Razer Hanbi AIO 360MM fans in the case, These do liquid cooling to the processor This is a desktop Windows 11 Pro Razer Synapse 4I uninstalled Razer Synapse and the Chrome RGB software. Being the IDIOT that I was. I then rebooted, and reinstalled the software: Both synapse and Chroma. Chroma was not working, so I promptly removed it.  The LEDS light up. But they cycle through colors. I am not able to change the LED colors. When going into the synapse, it shows that I have a static color selected for the everything Razer.  I have rebooted, the PC many times, after adjusting various settings. Anyone have any ideas? Is this an issue with synapse 4? If so, should I installed 3, or wait?   

Followed various post instructions: 1. REVO uninstaller: uninstalled Synapse 4 and ChromaLet REVO clear all file and registry lingering entries Reboot On boot, volume and mute WORK!!!! Holy Jesus! Reinstall Synapse 4, clean install. UNCHECK the install Chroma option. Manage your lighting and options.For now SUCCESSS. I was going to return to Amazon tomorrow, but now I am thrilled.Had a HyperX that went bonkers on me. LOVED that keyboard 

I have blackshark v3, someone connected to it on Bluetooth and I cant connect my phone now, I have no idea how to get it to unpair if possible.

I have unfortunately lost my mic and was wondering if anyone can help me enquire where I might get a replacement

Hi Razer support team, recently my Barracuda X USB-C dongle/transceiver RC30-03801 stopped working (already tried plugging in multiple devices and unable to be detected) while the headphone itself is still working just fine (blinking light when trying to connect to the dongle). Can I check if there is a way to get the adaptor repaired or any available options to get a new one? Thank you

I have my Razer Nommo V2 connected to my Apple Silicon Mac mini via USB.  I have all permissions and driver extensions enabled but Chroma & Synapse do not see the device ergo I cannot control lighting effects etc.  Is there anything I can do or have I just go to accept that it won't work as well on a Mac as on a PC?

I'd like to control the colors of my Razer Nommo V2 on my Mac. Does anyone know how to do this?I downloaded and installed Razer Chroma, but it doesn't recognize my speakers...

When I press the mute button of my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed the mic gets desactivated in Synapse but when I press it again to unmute myself, the mic’s sensivity stays at 0 so I always have to go to synapse to modify it manually which is pretty annoying as I like to get muted pretty often. Ihave a video of what happens but I don’t know if I can upload it here

Dear Razer Support Team, I am the owner of a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse, model RC30-030501. Recently, the USB receiver that I use to connect the mouse to my computer has been damaged and no longer works. I would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement USB receiver that is compatible with this model. Additionally, could a standard Bluetooth receiver be used instead to connect the mouse, or is a proprietary Razer receiver required? I would appreciate any information regarding availability and the process to obtain a replacement.

As of last week I’ve noticed I can no longer edit any RGB profiles on my Razer huntsman mini V3. I’ve made sure windows dynamic lighting is off, I’ve reinstalled synapse, I’ve made sure I’m not ind emo mode with esc, caps lock, and space bar, even tried plugging into a new PC where I still couldn’t edit. The interesting thing is my mouse editing remains fine. If I turn on windows dynamic lighting I can finally edit my keyboard lighting but I lose the specific graphics that identify the model products I’m using, and can no longer edit the side lights on my Naga pro (only all lights change will change).I’m stumped and have no idea what else to do. Any solutions?

Hi Guys! I recently bought my headset Razer Kraken V3 X off of AMAZON and its supposed to be compatable with THX Spatial sound already! I tried to install the synapse app but its now showing up as a connected device in the app.I’m not sure if I’ve been scammed or what but I tried to register the product by going to that page where you put in your P/N and S/N along with proof of purchase and purchase date but it keeps saying incorrect try checking “I” and “1” and I made sure im putting in the write SN and PN. If someone could please assist me I’d would greatly appreciate it  

When I play games the input from the left stick is inputed on the right stick intermittently seems to happen more often when the controller rumbles since this happens intermittently it’s hard to capture but I know for a fact it is happening

With the announcement of the retirement of Synapse 2, what is the go-forward software solution to support the Orbweaver Chroma? Is Razer finally adding support for legacy devices to new versions of Synapse? Or is Razer trying to create tons of e-waste, essentially rendering tens of thousands of working devices far less useful?

Hi everyone,I've been experiencing random mouse freezes with my Razer DeathAdder V4 on Windows 11 since a recent Windows update.Key observation: Right after this update, my pointer acceleration was automatically re-enabled and I had sensitivity issues — which strongly suggests the update interfered with mouse-related drivers and settings. The freezes started appearing right after that.Additional observation: When a freeze occurs at startup, the entire session seems unstable with possible freezes later on. When the startup is clean, the session remains stable throughout.
