Hi! I just purchased my Razer Blackshark V3 Pro in the White Edition colorway. I was also building my PC that time so there was alot of mess that I have to throw out. I may have threw the wire and dongle in the trash as I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m from the Philippines and I wouldn’t want to purchase another one just for the Dongle and the price of that headset is very expensive atm.I’m willing to find a replacement dongle and wire for it to work, I can still use the BT and Wired version of it but it’s bothering me that I cant use the 8k Polling rate feature of it. Thanks guys!

I’ve been using this product for four years, but the side button has stopped working.I considered buying a new one, but since I couldn’t find a successor to the “Ultimate” model, I decided I’d like to have it repaired.Is this request something you can accommodate?

I turned off my razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse for a few days. When i tried to turn it back on, it simply won’t. I’ve tried changing the batteries, turning it on and off, reconnecting, even pressing specific buttons for a specific time (solution on firmware updater). But nothing has worked, it’s not an old mouse either, I got it last year. I also tried the firmware updater, but it gets stuck at 0%.

I have a Razer blade 15 (RZ09-0421NWD3). Recently the screen stopped working, and I want to  order a replacement. However, when earching the part number on the back of the pannel, it takes me to a 1080p 240hz screen, not 1440p. I have been searching for a few hours and am unable to find the correct replacement screen. I have no warrantty on the laptop and cannot send it off to Razer as I need it for uni (external monitor being used rn). Does anyone happen to know the part number and where one can be ordered from?

Hey Everyone!  I just wanted to pop on here to see if I could get some help.  I love my Blackshark v2 pros but have had to retire them recently because the charging cable will not stay plugged in.  It literally will just drop right out of the port.  I am a 40 year old female and gentle with my things so this sort of makes me really sad since my Husbands are working just fine and he has no port issues and isn’t exactly gentle with his stuff.  We have gone through 2 razer mice in a year with him.  The only difference between our headsets was I wanted white and he got black.  I would love to try to fix these so I can use them on my work machine now since I went with a completely different brand for my new set, for fear of this happening again. short of resorting to using one of those magnetic tips and permanently attaching the charging end to the headphones does anyone know if I can get these fixed or how hard the repair is.  I can solder, I added a full set of custom LED’s to a keyboard

Hello, I have been using the Razer Blackshary V2 Hyperspeed for some time and it has been working great. Recently however I have come into an issue where the dongle has stopped working. When I disconnect and reconnect the dongle I get the windows notification “USB device not recognised”. This has been occurring for approximately 3 weeks. When it first occurred, the dongle would automatically disconnect sporadically whilst using the headset and after a few cycles of disconnecting and reconnecting, it would solve the issue. Currently, however, this method has stopped working and I am unable to get the dongle to work.

I have an issue with me new Blade 14. I have it connected to an external sceen(43” Samsung Smart Monitor M7), using hdmi. When the computer turns of the screen and goes to sleep mode the monitor will go to standby. Waking up the computer by touching the mouse or keboard will start the computer but the externa monitor stays in standby. If the computer is set to expand to both the laptop monitor and external monitor, only the internal one wakes up.I have updated the graphics drivers, tried different power settings, different hdmi cables, pulled out the hdmi cable and put it in again without any effect.If I turn on the screen manually it works again, any ideas on how to wake the screen automatically, this worked with my previous laptop.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate and wanted to check if anyone has seen this before or has a fix.The mouse works completely fine when connected via cable, but the wireless connection via USB dongle is unusable.The dongle keeps trying to connect but immediately disconnects again. In Windows Device Manager, it constantly reappears and reloads in a reconnect loop.I also tested it on my MacBook (no Razer Synapse installed and the device was never previously paired there). Ok so got older razer 3080 laptop it started acting strange report battery from 100%  to 0 really fast.   Then started to boot but failed booting  after 3 trys.    Took back cover off and cmos was 2.6 V just under limit. Order new cmos battery ml 1220 replace battery.  Laptop still not booting.    Keep thinking in past I had to press one or two buttons with power button  to clear something and get it to boot but can not remember or find the option.  Any thing I should try to get it boot.   The battery looks fine don't see anything wrong.    Thanks for helpJeff martin   

I have had my wolverine V3 pro controller for a little while now at the beginning it connected fine wirelessly but not it won’t connect at all wirelessly. The only way I can play is to be wired. I can’t even seem to make the Xbox recognize the controller. I make sure it’s in Xbox mode and not PC but nothing seems to fix it. 

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. The physical scroll mode switch button (the button right below the scroll wheel) has stopped responding.Here are the details of what I’ve tested so far: Button Swap Test: When I remapped the "Scroll Mode Stage Switch" function to a different button in Razer Synapse, the scroll mode switched perfectly. This makes me think the Synapse software and the internal switching mechanism are working fine. The Issue: The physical scroll switch button itself does not trigger anything at all, no matter how many times or how hard I press it. It seems like a hardware defect or a dead switch on that specific button. Is there any known fix for this, or should I proceed with an RMA / warranty claim?Thank you in advance for your help!

Since I was using the factory cable and unplugging it normally, this seems like a manufacturing defect or a common failure rather than user-inflicted damage. Can someone from support help me process a warranty claim for this? Alternatively, if this specific failure isn't covered for some reason, what is the official process to get the port repaired without voiding the rest of my warranty?For reference, my initial support case was 260606-002531, but the claim was denied with a generic message stating the 'nature of the reported damage' isn't covered, without explaining why. Fan noise amplification after disabling ANC**When I turn off ANC, my laptop fan noise becomes overwhelmingly loud — even though the fan itself isn't actually loud when I'm not wearing the earbuds. It seems like disabling ANC makes ambient sounds significantly more prominent than they naturally are. Has anyone else experienced this?**2. Hi — hoping a Razer staff member can help with a firmware-level issue on my Raptor 27 QHD-165 Hz (RZ39-0350). I know the monitor is out of warranty, so to be clear: I'm not asking for an RMA or repair. I'm specifically requesting a forced firmware re-flash / recovery tool, because this looks like a corrupted firmware state and the standard updater won't re-flash it.The problem: In Synapse 4 the monitor enumerates as two separate devices instead of one whenever its video link is active, and lighting changes don't reach the underglow. With the video link removed (USB-C data only), it correctly shows as a single device. So Chroma control is effectively dead whenever the monitor is actually in use.I've ruled out everything on my end:- Firmware reports current — the RZ39-0350 updater returns "No Update Required," so I can't re-flash it normally- Tried Multiple cables, connected directly to the PC, no hubs- Reproduced on two separate computers (a desktop and a Surface Pro 8) and two connecti

The bracket holding the back of my chair broke today, and I am just wanting to be able to purchase a replacement part. Its the right side recline mechanism bracket, and it currently has cracked halfway through, and has made the chair impossible to use. The chair was purchased in 2023, so it is out of its warranty period, but I am still willing to purchase the parts. The automated systems have not been helpful due to the age of the chair.  

Im having issues with certain keys double or triple typing on this keyboard. EX: “The aant isss eating the graainsss”. I’ve tried everything from driver cleanup, deleting all raazerr files, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, disabling synapse altogether, blowing compresssed air into the keys. Nothing seems to help. Ive only used this keyboard maaybe 3-5 times since ive bought it so im not sure what the issue could be.
