Hi ı have an razer wolwerine v2 pro ı bought a few years ago and I lost the dongle I live in turkey where can I replace the dongle

I just got this keyboard from my friend and I'm wondering if there is anyway to change the color of the lights it changing distracts me to much while I'm trying to use it 

Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed started double clicking after 8 months of regular use. I registered the product long ago. I already spent 2 months desperately looking on this Razer website for how to begin the RMA and it’s impossible to find. Somebody help me begin this RMA process before my warranty runs out this is ridiculous! Where in the world is the RMA initiation button!?I tested this mouse repeatedly, there is nothing I can do to debounce the switch or anything. It simply double clicks at random at a very high rate and it’s impossible to fix without replacing the switch altogether. I would like to return this device for an RMA. Please help.

When i push the screen backward the screen blanks. if i pull it forward the screen is restored. how fix the issue,  Laptop screen will be working on till 90% further push will let the screen go off. 

Hey, Have lost my Barracuda X 2021 dongle and sadly it doesn’t have bluetooth or any other way other than Aux would really appreciate any help here 😭

I dunno when this happened, probably within the last month but the battery level indicator for my mouse dock isn't working properly. I changed it via Synapse and Chroma but it just doesn't work. It uses whatever lights I used last.

I just bought razer headphone when tried to register the product, but it says, "This product is ready register. If you did not register it, please contact Razer support" and it doesn't register. Pls help me…Thanks [removed by moderator]

I recently bought a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. When I plug its dongle into my laptop, the internet connection drops immediately on both my laptop and my phone. I have already tried using a USB extension cable, but the issue persists. I also just updated the firmware, but that didn't help either.

Does anyone know WHY Razer doesn’t create a battery widget or sys tray indicator, or even who to actually contact to request this as a feature update.  This seems like such a simple ask and I can’t find a simple answer… There are the ones on GitHub, even mentioned throughout the community such as https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=86710&fid=6, which mentions  https://github.com/sanraith/razer-taskbar...  I got the razer-taskbar installer off GitHub but my AV freaked out on it so I downloaded the code, scoured over it, then just compiled it myself for the clean install that my AV doesn’t balk about. Considering how easy it would be and extremely useful to all, it boggles my mind that this is not already a feature. Recently got a wireless Blackshark v3 Pro headset, but the sound quality has been just terrible. I tried to figure out what was wrong, and noticed that the OS for some reason identifies headset as Speakers.  I’ve already tried uninstalling/reinstalling all possible drivers, Synapse. Tried it multiple times, it didn’t work.  Would appreciate any help. Still have a few days to return it if this headset actually turns out to be not fixable, but would prefer to make it work. P.S.I had  Blackshark v1 for many years, didn’t expect v3 to be such a huge step back  (more like a huge leap, really). 

When I run the RazerSynapseInstaller.exe installer, another file named RazerSynapseInstaller.err appears; inside, it says "Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)." I've already tried several things and am downloading it from the official website—please help.

My dongle for the Razer Wolverine V3 controller also no longer works on my Xbox. I don't own a PC, so I'm unable to update the controller using the Razer software. I can update the controller through my Xbox, but the update doesn't work because the first firmware update has to be done together with the wireless dongle. Since the dongle isn't working, I can't complete the update. At the moment, the controller only works when connected via a USB cable.

Hi, I recently got a ENKI chair second hand, I noticed that the backrest was sitting at an angle. Thought it would be an easy fix so I got the chair… it seems the internal frame has broken and bending it back fixes it temporarily.  I was really hoping I could buy a replacement backrest and maybe even the headrest pillow….  New to the whole Razer ecosystem, not sure if it’s even possible - but would appreciate some help on the matter.I can’t submit a ticket through support as I don’t have a serial number. It seems to have been rubbed off.
