I just bought the huntsman mini which I totally love in terms of look and feel... but I'm returning it right away :(
This is the 2nd time I buy a razer product and have to return it, both times the product had so much potential and both times seems like "lack of test" is the reason the product is barely usable, a real pitty cause I truly love the look and feel.
Well, I go to the point. Got the keyboard yesterday and I wasn't able to use the "onboard" profiles, synapse lets me load them and all that but when I cycle trough them in the keyboard with synapse turned off they do not work (I always get the same "Spectrum cycling" lighning no mater what I loaded into the profile).
So I headed to the support page for the keyboard and found that there is firmware update, I though "Great! this might fix the issue"... After installing the driver the keyboard FN combos were messed and the windows taskbar unusable, the FN combos were fixed once I launched again synapse but the windows taskbar is broken for the span of 4 to 5 minutes every time I start windows (that is simply unbearable, I have to reinstall windows now but I cannot keep a keyboard that I know can cause that, not the keyboard itself, but the support attached to it).

all they ask is for logs, and they havent been able to fix this for about a month already....

Don't hold your breath. I thought the same thing, until a different support person then replied asking me to perform the same basic troubleshooting as every other consultant before them.
I am having the same issue. Sadly, the lack of support is something you see everywhere in the tech world.

Its shame they refuse to admit facts that on AMD platforms this keyboard cause such issues. It is a fact RAZER! It exist for 2+ month. Call your devs, colab with AMD and Microsoft to investigate wtf is this. 2 month. Its ridiculous and absurd.
The loading between having the Huntsman mini plugged in and having it out is night and day guys, i literally have to wait 30mins, sometimes more, for the loading ring to go away on my taskbar. While having it out, my windows load up within seconds, like literally 5 to10 secs. Fixed it up, i've send my pc away 3 times to get a check regarding this issue before i found the source of the problem which is the keyboard.
I just received an e-mail asking for Synapse logs. Hahahahaha. Razer, I will seriously never buy anything from you again.

And yes it happens on ryzen 3xxx, 5xxx, b450 and up. Possibly even older Ryzen as well. Send us your dman synapse logs. We uninstalled that garbage trying to fix our keyboards ages ago bud!

As to my support ticket, It has confirmed Razer has no idea wtf is going on. I have permanently shelved the paperweight of a keyboard, as should the rest of you. After a daily reminder "Razer is still looking into your issue" I received a ticket update that I should keep checking for updates to synapse for a fix(Problem occurs even without synapse installed). It's very possible Razer is to incompetent to ever fix this issue, I still support the company based on principal. But support is essentially a useless black hole when it comes to actual issues.
I'm providing better support to Razer clients than Razer itself.
It's the 5th hardware RMA that I helped avoid.

I just received an e-mail from Razer Support asking for the same troubleshooting as everyone. Seriously, your support process need a FULL REWORK. This copy/paste crap is probably the reason why this issue has been reported since November/2020 and still does not have a solution.
RAZER, people are RMAing their brand new PC parts due to this issue, not only your faulty keyboard. Please do something.
100% correct i was going to do the same thing RMA MOBO and CPU but now looking at this i might just return my keyboard

May be it might help. I got full AMD system too. Seems to be many guys have it. Asus crosshair VIII Hero x570, Ryzen 3800x, Sapphire 5700xt Nitro+. Latest bios on MB, latest Windows with all updates to date. Fresh Install of Windows with and without drivers, reproduce issue. Unplugging keyboard and boot without it completely resolve any issues. I am waiting for 10 days and will return it back till I can. Hope they will manage to resolve problems. If no, that would be my last Razer purchase.

from box, had 1.00.03, was fine. Upgraded and here we go. But Im not sure for 100%, might not reboot PC for long time.

This crap happens when updated the firmware!!! Previous have no such problem! Make at least possibility todowngrade firmware!!!

Sorry sir, I know you wanna help, but if Razer is asking for Synapse logs they are surely not even reading the posts. Everyone that I saw who is having this issue is being kicked around between support consultants asking them to do the same troubleshooting.
This issue is not only the most absurd that I've ever seen from a Peripheral, as it is also easy to reproduce, just make a clean W10 Retail installation (with the PC offline to make sure nothing is installed) on a X570 motherboard with Ryzen 5XXX (not sure if it affects older gen) plug the keyboard and restart the PC.

And by the way stop asking for Synapse's logs, you seem to not even read the posts. The issue occurs even without Synapse installed, on a clean offline Windows 10 installation.
