So i was using kraken v3 x headphones for 3 months with software issues, and yasterday thin plastic got cracked, can i get warranty for this? I tried to fix it with glue but plastic is so thin that it cant be glued 

Hi All I am at a loss at this point. When I put my headset on the 7.1 setting it still sounds like stereo audio I have already switched it to the cd quality and the issue still persists aswell as If i am on the 7.1 settingm All other audio plays fine. Like games. discord. Browsers etc however my windows system audios for like errors or notifications or stuff like that are completley muted anyone have any advice ?  

Looking for support to well…. support. I have owned a Siren Mini V3 for a few months and I have manged to use it…. once? Then it ends up in the box again. As seen in hundreds of posts, this Mic does not work. And apparently the only sure way to get it to work…. is to uninstall the app it auto installs…I want to keep Synapse since I have a razer mouse. What is the solution?I have scoured reddit, these forums, youtube. Uninstalling seems to be the only way. I have tried to turn on “Stream Mixing” which seems to pick it up for some items but not most.

Hello Razer Support Team, I just bought the KRAKEN X LITE, when I unboxed it I could find the black card with 7.1 Surround QR code to register. I did register but i can find anywhere any card with an activation code, please help. im attaching photos from the inside of the box so you can see there is no code.

I just got a Razor Kraken v3 X and I cannot stop hearing myself when I talk.This is on by default and there is no obvious way to turn this off, which is absolutely crazy to me.How do I turn this feature off? I have installed synapses and there is no Audio tab nor any settings for sidetone or any microphone settings for that matter. I have not got he ‘listen’ option on in windows either. This has been happening since I plugged it in.   

So, after last week wind update my V2 mini started randomly disconnecting, only in CS2, in other games or windows it´s okay.  lights on the mouse reset as if i would really unplug usb and plug it back.  i´ve contacted steam, redirected me to Razer. I used all USB ports, normally using the one on motherboard. plugged keyboard in the same usb after the mouse, keyboard (also razer) works fine, mouse don´t. help, dunno what to do. (it happens randomly, in one match it won´t happen at all, in other it happens twice and in next, more than dozen times. 

The red LED at the bottom of my Deathadder V2 Mini is on but yet the mouse itself isnt working. No RGB and its not showing up on my PC.

Hello, I have a very similar issue to this person; /mouse-deathadder-v2-mini-does-not-work-on-any-computer.85843/#post-812057 Other functions seem to be ok like the buttons and chroma but it has stopped working for the pointer/cursor. It just stays still on screen. Right click still brings up menu, dpi still changes when clicked, RGB lights light up and rotate, etc, I've tried all basic troubleshooting and nothing works. Razer would not help as it was bought from Amazon but I have the mouse registered fine to my Razer profile. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Huntsman V3 Pro volume wheel light completely turns off while adjusting volume or while muted, after the 26-Mar-2025 Synapse update - it’s supposed to glow white during adjustment, and red while muted. I downgraded to Synapse 3 from 4, and it works perfectly fine again so it seems to be a Synapse issue. Are there any fixes, and how do I get this to the attention of Razer?

I’ve had this issue for 3 days and I haven’t found fixes but people saying that they returned their keyboards,i just want a fix i dont want to change my keyboard if not I’d like to return it or have razer send me a new one if they can’t help

this is my first proper mouse and I had no clue how to work anything but I looked at the manual and managed to plug the charging cable into my pc and into the mouse. the issue is the mouse wont even turn on. it says it’s on but I don’t see a crosshair and I can’t move on. someone help 

My Trinity mouse only stays on a few seconds but works otherwise. I know this from going from one port to another. everything else is great after many years.

Hey everyone,Got a weird issue with my Razer Blade 18 (RTX 4090, RZ09-0484) — even when I’m doing literally nothing (just Chrome open, no heavy apps), the GPU is drawing 40–44W constantly. Temps are around 70°C, fans running, and battery life is getting destroyed (~40min on battery).What’s weirder: GPU usage is at 0% (checked via nvidia-smi, HWInfo, Task Manager) But a bunch of UI stuff shows up in nvidia-smi as C+G processes (Chrome, Slack, Spotify, Razer, PowerToys, EA Desktop, etc.) No external monitors No gaming, no rendering, no dGPU apps — and yet, GPU never goes idle Anyone else dealing with this? Is there a fix?Should I try older drivers or tweak BIOS stuff?Thanks 🙏
