Hello I have a Blade 15 RTX 2070Part number:RZ09-03017W01-R3W1When trying to turn on it fails multiple times, eventually it will turn on. It has lost the time in the bios and I assume it cmos battery will be causing the issues.Apparently Razer uses rechargeable cmos batteries so I assume it’s failed. Any ideas where I can buy a replacement as I don’t wanna order it and have to wait to reassemble in between.  

Hello,recently, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and got some Problems.When I connect the Dongle into my PC, power on the Headset, everything works fine. But then I turn it off, shutdown my PC and at the next day, powering on the Headset: Nothing works…The headset switches after some seconds in the bluetooth mode, telling me “pairing” and blinking blue.I tried to Use the smart switch to switch to hyperspeed-mode… but after some seconds it steps back to pairing...I tried to update everything (synapse, windows, firmware): No Change.I even tried to Pair it with the Razer PairingTool. Didn’t help… So I contacted Razer, trying to do some of the steps again… no change… So after all, they told me, it’s a hardware-defect, so I went to my reseller and got a new one… yesterday I was happy, everything worked fine… but today (after headset and PC where shutdown overnight), I turned the headset on, again… And… same problem… so I’m

My razer kraken v4 pro and the box that came with arent connected anymore so wireless isnt working how do i Connect them again?

Hello razer team, lately i bought a razer keyboard BlackWidow V4 X and its a 10/10.And my brother gave me his old Razer blackshark V2 X. To have full razer experience but sadly i cant enable 7.1 surround because i no longer have the box or the email. So please i need a solution.

This is a separate problem, but it might be related: I’m unable to update the firmware on my headphones.While they work perfectly for audio via both the dongle and Bluetooth, the updater fails to detect the device, despite my careful adherence to the provided instructions.I’d greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue.  

Hi there,I have a really annoying problem with my new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset. Whenever I use the custom EQ and the Synapse software isn't running, the headphones are much quieter than with any of the other preset EQs. They're definitely 50% quieter, and the maximum volume is way too low. As soon as I start the software, the sound immediately gets much louder, without the volume percentage changing. It doesn't matter how the custom EQ is set. Even with all the sliders at their maximum, the sound is still much too quiet. The same problem occurs with any Bluetooth connection, regardless of the device (TV, PC, phone). Unfortunately, using the headphones via Bluetooth is no fun at all. Do I have to return them, or is there a solution to the problem? Thank you very much and best regards.

The phone number on my profile is no longer available, so I cannot complete the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) process. Since I no longer have access to this number, I would like to know how I can update it to a new one.

I was in a move from one state to the other and unfortunately, I had forgotten to unplug the dongle from the PC and it was so bent out of shape that it’s unusable. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? I love this headset, and don’t want to look for anything else. I also checked the parts store, but it’s not available there for purchase.

Hello Razer Support,I have a problem with my Razer Viper V3 Wireless (non-Pro version).The lateral buttons and the left click randomly stop registering even though I am still pressing them. It feels like the mouse thinks I lifted my finger, even when I didn’t. This usually happens when I don’t press very hard.When this happens: The click is not registered There is no click sound My finger is still on the button This makes the mouse unusable in games and normal use. The mouse is wireless, stock settings, no physical damage.I would like to know if this is a known issue and what can be done (replacement, repair, or fix).

I’ve recently knocked my USB-C dongle for my Barracuda X and now its broken. I wanted to buy a new dongle for my headphones but can’t see where I can do this officially?Any help is appreciated

Whenever my computer plays any audio, a very faint static noise can be heard in the headset, followed by a low beep when the audio stops. When I join a Discord call, even with everyone muted, I can still hear this static noise, and when I leave the call, the noise stops.This also happens on YouTube and Spotify. When I pause a video or close a YouTube tab, the static noise appears immediately.I have not been able to find any solution online.I have reinstalled Razer Synapse, reinstalled the audio drivers, updated the firmware, tested all USB ports, and tested the headset both with Synapse enabled and disabled, but nothing worked.Is there any other solution?

I restarted my PC and downloaded Synapse 4 again because I have a Razer mouse and it keeps opening and closing.
