I bought a Razor Gold gift card for $100 canadian dollars. When I gave as a gift it couldn't be loaded. Said already used which it was not used. The receipt says activated but apparently it was not. Who do I speak to about this 

i’ve had this headset for a long time, and just today i broke the usbc dongle. my laptop fell over and it hit the side with it in. it looks normal til you plug it in, and realize that the actual usb part is sticking out more than it should. so now it doesn’t work. i’ve seen people get other replacements for it, but i don’t have the receipt or anything. i have the usbc dongle and the headset and when i added into my razer products.

Hi Razer Support Team,I am reaching out to you because I am having a specific issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed.The headset actually works completely fine and the audio is OK when Razer Synapse is disabled (or turned off completely). However, the moment I open or have Razer Synapse enabled in the background, the audio goes completely wild. I am experiencing severe audio distortion, crackling, and sudden, extreme volume spikes where the sound gets very loud out of nowhere and then drops back down.I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including the ones listed in your official guide here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4003Specifically, I have: Uninstalled and reinstalled the audio drivers via Device Manager. Disabled audio enhancements in the Windows system settings. Tried disabling/enabling THX Spatial Audio settings within Synapse. Just paired up my V3 Pro with my Dock Pro about a week ago. I’ve noticed the battery level does not update properly. I saw another thread that shows an updated pairing utility, but that seems to be spicific to the USB dongle - which I am not using.

Generally the Leviathan V2 will encounter this detection problem if there is an interruption in power delivery when it’s powered on, I tested this to be true by unplugging it from the wall while its turned on and connected to my pc.Make sure that your plugging the leviathan directly to the wall and not in an extension cable to help avoid this issue from happening randomly.But if it occurs, I found one replicable way to fix the the issue:Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset. Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer) Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB) Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go. If it does not, repeat the steps until it does, it takes me usually around 10 attempts until it starts working again with some outliers.

While using Synapse 4 and the Chroma app for my razer devices (Blackwidow v4 pro, Firefly v2, Kraken v4 pro, and Razer Naga v2 pro (along with with the perhipherals, such as the mouse dock chroma for the mouse, and the control center with the oled display for the headser)) after a while, moreso if I leave my PC on overnight, I’ve noticed my games having trouble starting, and sometimes crashing with a memory error.I then did a bit of digging around, and, for some reason, after leaving my PC on overnight, I’ve noticed the Razer app engine process using 18.3 GB (yes, gigabytes) of RAM.  After closing out, and restarting the razer apps, everything runs fine…. for a while, until the memory usage by that razer process ballons to around the same amount of usage, at which time, whichever game I’m playing, at that time, starts stuttering, till it eventually crashes.My specs are:32 GB of RAMIntel core ultra 7 265KF CPUTwo 2TB SSDs (one for OS, drivers, productivity software, and I run the razer

I have issues with my Basilisk V2 as the title describes.I have tried compressed air, cleaning, adjusting the resistance, updating firmware, more or less everything, but it still jumps and skips when I scroll.It’s getting to the point where I am considering buying a new mouse, because this issue is seriously starting to grind my gears. 

Hello there,I have started to notice more and more that some of my keys on my keyboard are sometimes unresponsive or having input delay. For example when I was typing this text I had to press my “s” key many times(4-6times) until it got recognized. I having this issue with several keys like : S,R,M,N and Spacebar. I have tried to switch the USB ports, hard reset, reinstall drivers and also completely uninstall Razer Synapse. Nothing seems to work. I have got my keyboard one month ago. And I started doing this starting this month, with R being the first key starting to be unresponsive and other keys followed afterwards. If there is someone who knows some tips to try to fix this issue, I would be very grateful. I have my keyboard under warranty so in the worst case I can (hopefully) get new one. 

BlackShark V3 firmware version: 1.3.0.0Synapse version: 4.0. [removed by moderator] After the latest firmware update, the Game Profile section in Synapse is not working correctly.When I select either THX Immersive Mode or THX Competitive Mode as the game profile and then launch the game, THX breaks. The selected THX mode does not seem to activate properly in-game.After closing the game, THX remains broken. Synapse also gets stuck when I try to switch back from THX to Stereo. At that point, the headset still appears in Synapse, but THX no longer works correctly.This seems specifically related to automatic game profile switching. THX can work after a clean reset/reinstall, but launching a game with a THX game profile causes it to break again.

How to use the run command function in macros. Are there any specific command examples or technical documentation? I didn't find relevant information online.

 Hi i bought my mouse and i can’t even set the dpi i want to use on itI want to be able to set my dpi down to the unit (e.g. 958) but for some reason the app does not allow itThe actual increment is 50 so if the game sens slider does not give much precision I’m screwed with razer is that it?The dumbest thing is there is a function that allows it, but you have to maintain a button pressed down…Just fix this in the razer synapse 4 beta it’s not a big problem to solve plsAllow increment of one if we input the value by hand that’s all

Hello, why am I unable to get help? I keep receiving various responses that are completely unrelated to my question. I need to update the camera's firmware; I downloaded the latest version from the site, but I cannot perform the update—the installer app tells me I need to contact customer support. I have a Razer Kiyo Pro camera; I am attaching a screenshot from the firmware installer. S/N: PM2121L03604609, Model: RZ19-0364, P/No: RZ19-03640100. 

Christmas 2025 I purchased my white v3 pro for my ps5. In February the dongle stopped working. I turned my ps5 on and nothing. Contacted Amazon ordered a replacement.My replacement has been fine until recently. While playing a game using my headset the power glitches due to a car accident. When the ps5 rebooted the dongle would not connect. Cable is still good (checked with other devices), port is still good (checked with other cables) head set still works if I connect directly to my controller. Help Fixing or sending a replacement would be appreciated. Thank you

Recently purchased this headset and was very excited by the wireless prospects with 40 hours battery life! Headset works wonderfully but the low battery notification is WAY louder than the rest of my volumes and is so frequent when the headset still has over 10 hours of usage. Please change the notification to begin at 5% battery or not nearly as frequent. Extremely frustrating.

I’m having trouble keeping the top part where your headset rests to stay on like if I try to lift my headset off it just falls onto my desk, do I need to press a little harder to get it to stay or what do I do here?

I have been a Razer user since 2012 and have always used products from the brand. Currently, I still own a Razer DeathAdder Elite, a model released in 2016, which is now considered relatively old hardware.I have always used the macro function while gaming, mainly to execute specific commands and perform animation cancels. Over the years, I have used different versions of Razer Synapse and noticed a significant difference in the behavior of macros.In Synapse 2.0 and Synapse 3.0, in my experience, macros were much more stable and consistent. However, with Synapse 4, there are days when it feels like the behavior of the macro changes and it does not perform the same way, showing delays or less precise execution. I have also seen other users reporting that this issue may be related to the operating system or Windows updates. The wireless dongle for my DeathAdder V3 Pro has stopped working. I performed a full reinstall of Synapse and tried using both the RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1 and the DeathAdderV3Pro_00B700B6_FirmwareUpdater_v2.02.00_r2. I was able to update the mouse firmware via USB cable using the Dongle Utility. However, the problem is that my PC doesn't recognize the dongle at all—it doesn't show up in the updater tools or in Device Manager. The mouse works perfectly when connected by wire.
