I ordered the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Phantom Edition less then 3 hrs before the current dune deal is now available that if i buy it i get a copy of dune awakening. I was wondering if razer would be nice enough to still give me a code ? Considering how close i was to announcement. Pretty please

Они работали на ПК или телефоне через Bluetooth, но не могу заставить их появиться в приложении. В диспетчере устройств они определяются как USBAudio1.0. Я пытался переустановить приложение несколько раз, но ничего. Я пытался обновить прошивку гарнитуры, но она не может обнаружить мой двойник.  Есть ли решение этой проблемы? 

Just purchased a new W V3 TE. Did not come with USB cable and I cant use because i need to update the form ware and I dont use a pc.

I've dropped it a few times, but it never showed the problems it's presenting now.When I connect the USB adapter to my laptop for the first time in the day, the mouse light turns green normally, and it works fine. However, suddenly, it just stops working—the cursor freezes, and the LED light underneath the mouse turns off unexpectedly. Then, it stops working completely. After a while, it starts working again for a short period but then stops once more. I disconnect the adapter and reconnect it, even trying different ports, but nothing changes (the computer recognizes that the mouse is connected, and the adapter makes the usual connection sound). In the Razer Synapse app, it detects my device, but I can't configure any buttons, DPI, or anything when this issue occurs.I changed the batteries to see if that was the problem, but the issue persists. I have tried a lot, i´ve got a headache because of this problem. When i turn on the headsets and connect the dongle in usb mode it don´t recognise it. The headsets are connected with dongle but not with the pc.I don´t know if it´s a driver problem or compatibility. I tried to search but there isn´t any driver for this headsets.Need help to solve this problem!!Model Number: RZ04-0398

I recently purchased a second hand hanbo chroma 240mm AIO cooler, but the unit didn't come with a mounting bracket for AM4 style motherboards. I would like to know how i could purchase a replacement kit of AM4 mounting hardware.

I purchased the BlackShark V2 in April 2023 and have been using it with Spatial Audio activated, and everything was working fine. I encountered a couple of issues with some Synapse updates in the past, but I was able to resolve them through self-research. Then, last May, I got the Base Station V2 and connected my BlackShark V2 with its USB sound card into it, and Spatial Audio still worked properly.Today, I proceeded to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound that came with the Base Station V2. I downloaded and installed it, and it added a 7.1 Surround Sound option on my Windows Sound Output settings. I selected it and turned it on. It did not ask for an activation code, even thought it was shown to me on the website and sent via mail. It made a noticeable change to my Leviathan V2 X’s sound. If the Leviathan V2 X or the BlackShark V2 USB is selected as a Windows Sound Output, I can use the volume wheel on my BlackWidow V3. However, when 7.1 Surround Sound is selected, the volum

Track pad was not clicking properly, so opened the laptop up and battery looks to be swollen.. Otherwise all is OK. Tried several places but cant find anywhere available for a replacement battery (im based in Norway).Im happy to replace battery by myself - but need to find the correct one..Laptop bought online at razer.com Battery is model RC30-0248, 15.4V 5209mAh  Anybody know where to buy a correct replacement battery which sends to the nordics?

I called support and was told there are no replacements for the usb dongle BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2023 Edition. this is infuriating tbh a high end 180$ mic is now worthless simply because the usb dongle is lost? I was told on the phone by razer the USB’s are “individually paired” which makes no sense to me. Can someone help or explain I’ve been a dedicated razer customer who loves your products for years. But this is extremely upsetting situation..thanks. Not looking for any kind of refunds simply just want to buy a replacement dongle so the headset will work again. Using it on Bluetooth the voice audio is virtually worthless. 

I can click with a mouse but not move a cursor (Razer Viper Pro v2) how to fix this? I already updated the software and the  mouse. Also using dongle cant detect the mouse

My mouse lights doesnt work anymore, I wouldnt mind that but the macros dont work neither.It is RZ01-0241 , when was last update drivers date? My device manager shows “08/18/2020”I have already tried synapse 4, synapse 3 and the cleaning razer ups driver and reinstalling.

Hello support i need to remove my old phone number 

my battery has been swelling for about year to 2 or 3 years now I believe? Im looking for a battery replacement now and potentially fan replacement as that’s been making a lot of noise for about as long. I’ve also had times where i’d turn on the laptop and the fans wouldn’t run but I’d hear a beeping sound instead. Ive called a razer store and they were unable to be of assistance. 

I’m trying to use the Stream Controller as a sound bar while I made my custom action and icon no issues when I pick where the output for sound it does not have a selection to send it through my HyperX Quadcast. But it does still recognize the device is there because one of the options is sound out through the quadcast speakers. (Headphones plugged into microphone)    

Hey, so I got my Razer Viper Mini mouse like less than two months ago and it was really good until about 2 hours ago. Usually my push to talk button is a mouse button and it is pressed repetitively, but out of the blue, it’s gotten very loose and whenever I click it it spams, which makes my microphone sound robotic as it is cutting in and out.
