Hi all. My Razer 18 5070 will drain the battery while plugged in.  When I’m doing general office work, browsing its will go down to 98 or 96% while plugged in, and when gaming down to like 80% while plugged in.  I’m using the power bring that came with the laptop.  When idle the battery goes back up to 99 or 100%.   Is this normal?  I’ve not have a laptop do this before.   Thank you.

Hi allI’m currently facing a strange issue where my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) isn’t working at all, when I’m using it with my Razer Blade 15 running windows 11. On my company laptop running Windows 10 everything works fine.On the Razer Blade, when I start any audio playback, the best that happens is jerky audio. Playing a Youtube video also isn’t possible. It jerks a few times until Youtube displays an error message “Error during audio playback. Please restart your computer.” Windows Test sounds are also only prompting error messages. Spotify isn’t playing anything, but also not showing any error message.When I choose another audio device (e.g. integrated speakers or USB speaker) everything works fine, even without a restart. Needless to stay, that a restart didn’t fix the issue yet.I already tried to reinstall the driver under windows devices, updated the firmware, tried uninstalling Synapse software (which was never running on the company windows). Even without installed Synapse

I need a replacement dongle for the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. I have a pair of headphones I bought on Amazon and I've lost this part.

I know there’s a ton of threads about this, but the usual fixes did not work for me. Just got a new Black Widow and the  R button stops working after every 5th or so click. I have tried resetting, uninstalling and yet it still happens. Is this an error and if so how do I send it back?

Hey I've been having trouble with my viper v3 pro charging I've tried multiple different chargers including the one provided and I've updated the mouse to the newest update and it wouldnt go above 6% and it's been charging for the last 2 days do you have any other options I could try. I've had it for about 6 months 

Recently, I opened up my Razer Blade 14 (2021) (RZ09-0370C) laptop to find significant battery bloating. I need to replace this as soon as humanly possible, as I use this laptop for my 9-to-5 job. Can I get a battery shipped to me instead of sending my laptop back to Razer? I am comfortable replacing it myself, but I can’t find anywhere on Razer Support that you can order replacement batteries. I’m in the US, and I need this as quickly as I can. 

Hello,About two weeks after purchasing my Basilisk v3 mouse, I noticed an issue with the scroll wheel. When switching between tactile mode and free-spin mode, the mouse never returns to tactile.When I press the button on the mouse, I can see the setting correctly toggling between both modes in Razer Synapse, but the wheel itself stays in free-spin mode regardless.I have already tried the following steps without success: Changing the USB port Reinstalling Razer Synapse and the full Razer suite Restarting my computer Creating a new profile and switching between them This is particularly frustrating since the free-spin mode is extremely sensitive, and even moving the mouse quickly makes the wheel spin unintentionally.Is there a way to fix this issue without opening the mouse (as I would like to keep the warranty intact)?Thank you for your help.

Hello. How are you? I hope you're well. As mentioned in the title, the Razer Freyja product, despite being released about two years ago, is still struggling with driver issues. After the latest Synapse and Chroma updates, the product, which was barely working, is now completely unusable. You released beta version 4.0.670, but the product can no longer even detect sound from the operating system. I tried a clean installation on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, but unfortunately, there was no result. The previous beta driver, even if it occasionally malfunctioned, continued to work after restarting the product, but the latest update has rendered it unusable. Given how much time has passed since the product's release, could you please release an update that will allow us to use this product without problems? The haptic technology is great, and the product is losing its potential due to problematic drivers. If I could, I would revert to the previous driver version, but unfortunately, I can'

Razer software uses a silly amount of process threads.  It also salt and peppers files all over my system even after uninstalling all branches of software (synapse, cortex, Axon).  I’ve constantly had Cortex refusing to load its UI after ever 2-3 startups on my laptop.  NO AMOUNT OF :sfc, chkdsk, dism tools have found 0 issuesRestarting system does not workReinstalling all branches of software shutting down tasks in task manager and repeating all processes This happened after I did a file search on C: for any files with “Razer” in the name and deleted all the excess bloat left on my computer.   I have wasted almost 3 hours of my life today on this with no success.  Why is this software so damn bad after over a decade of being around???

it started 2 weeks ago when i use it with wireless dongle my mic volume goes 0 and when i use the usb version it goes back normal. it only happens when synapse is open and since im an active user it really annoys me i dont wanna manually set my mic level every time is there any solution 

I had issues with getting Synapse 4 to switch profiles like it should only for one game and I found the culprit.So the game the profiles wasn’t switching for was Classic WOW and the issue was the following:Upon adding the game to Synapse it changed the name from what it was(ClassicWow.exe) to ClassicWoW.exe and that completely bricked the auto switching. It started working after I changed the .exe to match the Synapse name. This however causes issues when the game updates the exe file and changes the name back to what it is supposed to be.I have two questions.Why is the program renaming the .exe file in the first place?Why is your program case sensitive in the file path when no duplicate names for files are allowed to exist when Windows doesn’t care about upper or lower case?Please, for the love of all that is holy just make it so Synapse isn’t case sensitive and make it so it doesn’t arbitrarily change the name of the files for games you add.

Even when the microphone is turned off, if it is plugged into a USB port on my Windows 11 PC the system refuses to sleep if I leave it unattended for a long time.  As a consequence, the system doesn’t require a password when I return.Is there a BIOS update that will address the problem?Thanks.

Hi,I have a Razer Kraken V4 Pro and it was working great then I updated it one day, and it now shows as Razer Kraken V4 Pro BT. Since it started showing the BT at the end it keeps losing the pairing and doesnt connect again for awhile. Any suggestions?Thanks

My keyboards backtick key was activating by itself, this would make typing and playing games nearly impossible. It also lagged my keyboard out like crazy and made it think I'm holding down keys for many more seconds then I did. It would type a long line of letters, then I would go to delete it and it would delete a whole paragraph. It's gotten so bad that roughly every 15 seconds my keyboard stops sending inputs all togetherfor 10 seconds. I've had it for about 4-6 months and I clean it regularly. Now the key deoesnt even work if i press it but it still lags. I've tried compressed air, updating drivers, trying it on another pc and it still does it. It's making it really annoying and It's sad because I payed quite a lot for this keyboard for it to break. Please help me because I can't afford another one and I can't play games or type.

I recently updated to Synapse 4.  Since the update, my Kiyo will no longer focus.  The auto focus does nothing, and when I switch to manual focus, the slider moves with no change to the camera.  I did update firmware to version 2.3.2.0 with no change in operation  I also tried moving USB ports with no change.  

Hi,Title says it all, it’s an extremely frustrating problem and it seems to me there are a lot of other people with a similar issue that remains unsolved.The issue started a couple of weeks after purchase. I’ve tried deep cleaning the keyboard, deleting Razor Synapse, resintalling it, updating the drive, trying different ports, plugging it on another device (laptop) to test if the same problem happens (it does). I tried removing the cap and pressing the key directly, same issue.Is there any solution beside sending it back and getting a refund.Thanks.

This message is to the Razer Company. Ever since the last razer synapse update my Razer Freyja’s haptics has stopped working (my freyja is not broken). I’ve done everything in my power to fix this issue, even sending my freyja to you guys for a replacement just to get the new one and have the SAME ISSUE! Upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a software issue and many others also have the same problem. We all spent our hard earned money to support your company as well as enjoy this unique experience  and we think its only fair your create an update ASAP to address and solve this major issue. Please response in a timely fashion to inform us of your plans to fix this. Please don’t earn a bad rep off of a simple fix.
