Newly bought Razer card not used by me and it says used 

My problem is i cant do game transaction cuz i lost my number so i cannot top up and change that number, i need help. Ty

So I purchased Razer Gold In paymaya shop section, it immediately took my money and I did not get anything. It is said that it was supposed to send me the code via messages but I did not get it. I wasted about 300 pesos and did not get a single thing. Still whe. I contacted the support of Paymaya they said it was successful on their ends. It seems like Razer itself is the one with the problem

I tried changing the email address, but I am unable to do so because I cannot receive the verification code due to not having access to the registered email. As a result, I am unable to change my email.

My razer gold card has only 13 digits  

Please help. I was trying to make a purchase and then it asked me to add my mobile number. When I tried to get the OTP it kept saying error, now my account has been locked temporarily. I need to make the purchase ASAP so I would really appreciate it if you unlocked my account. Thanks!

Hey! i have a razer blade 15 inch 2022 advanced, when i bought it at a store it came with it only coming on the bios so i decided to use a usb installer of windows 10 to try to set it up, well, the drivers wont show up to let me continue downloading it, i really need help asap and they dont have any intel drivers for my laptop! i don’t know what else to do…the trackpad doesnt work either.

My speaker is two years old and has sat on my desk the entire time. I restarted my PC and now the speaker won’t turn on. I tried another cable and plugging it into the wall directly but no luck. Any options available or this a known issue?

Saw this because I was having the issue, Razer Support does NOTHING to assist. It worked, plain and simple it worked and Razer Support could not figure it out……..“This seems to be part of the default Windows installation on my (Intel-based) computer. The Kraken was automatically using this for its driver instead of the default generic USB audio driver. All I had to do was go into Windows Device Manager, expand Sound, video and game controllers, and disable Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio.”This 100% fixed the mic issue for me, no more muddy jumbly BS, just sound.

Hello,I do own Razer Kraken V4. My left ear hinge/bracket (that part which could be pulled out or pushed in, with numbers engraved on it (1~7)). I need to replace it, but I can’t find it anywhere. Replacement seems to be easy, just two screws and sensitive fingers ;-) But the part itself couldn’t be found anywhere.

My Nommo v2 pro keep connect and disconnected randomly, all cable plug in properly, try to on off via control pod, no work,  connects and disconnected and happening continuously, tried using another USB port but still the same issue. 

Hey, my headset suddenly stopped working while watching a video and later in game as well. No audio, no mic as if it had lost power. Dongle had green light and headset had power but no audio. Temporary fix was to change audio enhancements on and back off to “reconnect”, but the issue happened 3 times more in the span of 1 hour with no indication of what causes it. This temporary fix didn’t work anymore and I restarted my PC and headset, only to no audio on startup. Disconnected and reconnected dongle and now I finally have audio again. I have no idea what caused this to happen in the first place because I haven’t done any changes to anything today. I already had problems with this headset during these last couple weeks which I thought were fixed with a clean windows and synapse installation.

What should I do? I tried checking the other concerns and followed the guide and it is still not working

Hello,I’ve been using synapse 4  since mid 2025. Back in the day I had to convert all my synapse  3 macro to, synapse 4 and they were working well since then on my naga pro v2. However yesterday, all my macro are gone and are nowhere to  be found on the synapse 4 macro  tab.I am still logged in, I still see the macro associated to my mouse  key  but the macro tab is now empty

My entire setup is made up of Razer products — mouse, keyboard, headset, mouse mat and even a Razer laptop (although my current main system is not). I’ve always had excellent experiences with your quality and support. Recently, my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed suddenly stopped moving the cursor. The scroll wheel and buttons still work perfectly, but the pointer doesn’t move in either 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth mode. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Replaced the battery and cleaned the optical sensor; Performed the physical reset (left + right click + scroll wheel);Tested on multiple computers and USB ports;Ran the firmware updater, but the mouse is not detected;The blue light on the DPI button keeps blinking continuously. Everything points to an internal failure in the sensor or firmware. I understand that the mouse is over 3 years old and may be out of warranty, but given my long history as a

I’ve had a Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard since December 2025. Recently, I’ve noticed that when I lightly press the “D” key, four or five letters appear instead of one. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it occurs occasionally. The “Shift” key sometimes stops working, but not always. Is this a technical issue after such a long time? Maybe it’s a settings issue? I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed (65%) and it just started double imputing when I hit spacebar. Removed and uninstalled device in device manager, reinstalled firmware etc. No luck. Any fix?

Hello All, I am experiencing an issue where the moment Razer Synapse launches, my Numpad 1 (Keypad 1 – VK_NUMPAD1, scan code 0x4F) stops registering input across all applications.The top-row “1” key works normally.The Numpad 1 key works correctly in all applications until Synapse is opened, at which point it immediately stops working.I have confirmed:No key bindings, macros, or Hypershift mappings are assigned NumLock behavior does not affect the issue The issue occurs across two different keyboards (Razer Ornata and Razer BlackWidow) The issue occurs across two different PCs (Ryzen 7 / RTX 4070 and i9-10900 / RTX 4090)Most importantly:Terminating RazerAppEngine.exe immediately restores functionality of the Numpad 1 keyThis suggests the issue is related to Synapse’s input handling rather than hardware or configuration.Any guidance or fix would be appreciated. Thanks,Keen

When pressing the power button, the laptop displays the logo then turns off and restarts automatically, repeating 2 or 3 times. Then laptop works fine 

Was working fine yesterday. Just stopped typing. Keys are lit up, volume control works, but no other key works seemingly out of nowhere. Have had the board for about a year maybe less. Synapse recognizes that it in fact plugged in and connected. Tried basically everything I could think of. Updated firmware, software, tried with Uninstaller synapse, different USB ports, restart pc, Uninstaller drivers etc Frustrating from an expensive piece of equipment. 

Hey so I lost the charger and I need to update the controller where would I be able to get a replacement charger or get one that would be compatible with the controller 

My wired deathadder V2 seemed to have dead spots on my old mousepads, so I switched to a new white one and it completely won’t track. Buttons work as per normal and tracking on my table is fine. But once it’s on mousepad it won’t work. Any idea how to fix?
