Razer Barracuda X Mic Not Working in wireless mode

After i Charged my headphones for the first time,the Microphone stopped working properly.While connected with the USB-C Dongle or with bluetooth it doesn't pick up any sound at all(I've tried connecting it to devices other than my PC and it still doesn't do anything) but it works just well when using the 3.5 mm jack.Any Ideas ?

I have the 2022 version of the Headset.I don't think those drivers work for this one as i've already tried updating the firmware using that app and it doesn't detect the headphones.The web page for the 2022 version doesn't have any drivers that can be donwloaded/installed.
I have exactly the same situation! I was able to somehow update the drivers, it doesn't help.

Hey HarvestGoldtechno992 and the other users on this thread. I suggest submitting a case to our Support Team since you've updated the headset's firmware, and didn't help fix the issue. I’ll be locking this thread to divert our conversation privately should you have other questions or concerns.
