Razer iskur chair cylinder defect and not great support so far. | Razer Insider

got the iskur xl about 6 months ago. been awesome for my back, comfortable, etc.

the last couple months the cylinder has slowly been going out, causing it to not keep height. looked it up on your site, seems like a common enough issue. with it being repeatedly terrible today, i got on the support site, hit up chat support twice over the afternoon, nothing responded. no bots, no humans.

called the support line, was directed through a few options, finally landed on a human being who then told me that there was no phone # for chair warranty and they could not forward me to anyone else and i had to contact via email.

(then why, on the support site when you choose chair / lifestyle as your support option DOES IT LIST THE PHONE #?)

needless to say i was a little pissed and baffled at this becoming so complicated.

i put in a support form, and would love to know that someone sees it? even just a “hey we got it, we’re about to set off some fireworks, give us a sec to get back to you” would be great.  i just joined this community site before posting and got an email about that already.

love the chair (when it works). not loving the support so far.

I am having the same issue, have you had any luck getting through to somebody for a new cylinder?
