Razer Kraken Ultimate - THX Spatial audio no longer working

Same issue, waiting for a fix

FOR PEOPLE WHO WAIT WHILE THEY GET AN UPDATE.
You can download the thx spatial audio app, it is a paid application but it has a 15-day free trial, with this application the thx spatial option will appear again in the Windows speaker and once you go to Right click on the speaker / sounds / it will appear again in the thx sypnase set so you can also configure 7.1
I have it like this and although I don't have an LED signal on my Kraken Tournament controller it works for me since this app brings the trial version of the helicopters that are no longer available in sypnase in addition to the point in the middle with the speakers around it that also removed from sypnase.
I REPEAT. It has a 15-day trial, installs quickly and configures in a minute

They sent a new update and it still hasn't resolved the problem again and I'm tired of it, I'm going to sell this headset and buy another brand, this is very disrespectful of them, it takes something away from the headset

When did you get the update??? It hasn't arrived yet, I still have the last one that ruined all this, it's 20231107

so many days with this problem... that they hire more workers than with the prices they sell their products and this rubbish application... it is not normal

i am having the exact same problem i updated the synapse and now my  thx spatial synapse audio os missing and the light on my headset does not light up anymore.  Please fix this update it is broken and makes gaming horribly bad now that i am used to having spatial audio 

I was living happily then suddenly i saw my thx led is not lighting up on my controller also the audio became like cheap chinese headphones !! 😌 Is that how you treat the people of “cult razer” ?

I also have the Razer Kraken ultimate and been experiencing the same issue, led not working, THX spatial synapse output gone from audio outputs and surround not working at all

Unfortunately, people took that away from us, I already accepted that I lost that, so I went there and bought thx spacial and my problems ended...

That's false information our USB sound card work just with synapse. install spatial audio wont use ur soundcard

The new update in my case has not fixed anything, nor the LED in the Kraken Tournament audio controller, nor the sound difference, nor by getting into the Windows sounds, can I configure 7.1 because the only option that appears is stereo... more broken than it already is? I bought 7.1 headphones with thx 2 years ago and now because of their garbage software I have stereo headphones... it took 4 days for an update, they release it and the problem remains the same... don't they check their patches before releasing them? It is an expensive brand for these problems to happen... Back in the day when I had problems with Icue and the Asus motherboard lighting support they fixed the problem in 24 hours...

that is old for two years?? hahahaha what a nonsense... it still works like the first day if it doesn't work well it's because of the rubbish of sypnase I don't use them all the time like other people can use them... for now as I said in another post there is a way to The thx option appears again in sounds and that it works both thx and 7.1 so for now I continue to enjoy my old headphones with their technologies while your new ones are useless... greetings

SAME HERE!  Thank you all for contributing to this, I thought it was just me.  My Razer Kraken Ultimate was working up until yesterday, i have NO IDEA why the Spatial Audio feature/audio profile was removed.  Razer better fix this ASAP or I am migrating to a new headset series and NEVER looking back.  Pathetic.  After all the fine-tuning I already have to do every day with this hunk of @#%$ headset, they remove the feature that actually makes it usable.

Same here its completely gone for my Razer Green Tournament Edition with THX panel built in. Sound is just “Studio Mode” if I switch it on/off from THX in Synpse or from button on my headphone panel. 

Same here. I am using the regular speakers of the razer kraken ultimate and even though there is a new menu and I selected thx spatial audio It doesn’t work. I paid exclusively for this….

Ditto. Just realized my THX light isn’t on. Razer updated for me yesterday & after doing so logged me out. I see new HUD & even new audio (improvement tbh) when I open Synapse & select THX input but there is no light anymore thus I don’t think it’s working.
