Razer Kraken V3 Pro firmware update keeps failing

Today while attempting to run a firmware update on my Razer Kraken V3 Pro headset (V.1.00.13.1074 {yes, I know} → V.1.10.00.1114) it had no issue updating the dongle, but the headset itself will start the update and then fail after the progress bar moves a little.
I have tried the entire process multiple times, closed ALL programs, force quit background Razer programs, but nothing seems to work. It is also not an unstable internet connection.
I attempted to contact support but my headset is out of the warranty period and as such was told I could not access support.

Attached is the image I see. I follow all prompts to the tee each time I attempt this.

Have you found anything ?  I updated all drivers, windows updates etc. and I still get  the same message.  off my first screen though

I’m having the same issue and have noticed this is extremely common and no real solution for it. It’s frustrating having just (within 48 hrs) gone back to all Razer peripherals and this headset has been a disappointment to say the least. Might just have to keep using my G735s. Logitech’s software is much better as well. 😑

I have a variety of USB ports. all powered.  v2 and v3 with various speeds.  I believe I have tried all of them and get the firmware update failed.

i had the same problem, what i did and worked i reconected the dongle with the headphones with this How to use the Razer Headset Pairing Utility just select your model and follow the steps, pls tell me if this helped you :))

I did the pairing using the utility but still have the same issue. I’ve never been able to get my firmware update to work. I’m still running that stock 1.00 firmware!
