My Razer barracuda x Headset Audio Keeps Disconnecting, After It disconnects i try to  get the usb out to a different usb port (Tried Type C, Usb 3.0 and 2.0) then it works for 5 seconds and Disconnect again.

 

When I try to use it on my phone it does not work either. I'm certain its fully charged and that's obviously not the reason. 

 

the dot on the headset is flickering from blue to gray.

 

i tried to use my default sound which is my computer sound and its stops flickering but the second i change it to the razer audio it flicker again.

No Idea what is the cause i tried to do it on different computers and it didn't work either.

 

this is an extremely frustrating experience. 

Have the  same issue. Tried the headset on various PCs, the issue persists. Extremely annoying thing, especially during gaming. I have tried everyting described here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4000, the issue still occurs.

My razer barracuda x keeps discconecting while im gaming its so frustrating and idk how to fix it.

Razer u are mad, bros, really have to say, for gamers by gamers? you just cant fix an error that gamers have with your product for 3 years. literally worst company
