1. How can I check the expiry/expiration date of my Razer zSilver balance?
A: Log on to Razer zVault and on the top right corner of the menu bar, click on your avatar and select "Account Summary."
All Razer zSilver earned up till October 2017 will expire on October 31, 2018 (UTC/GMT). Thereafter, Razer zSilver that you earn each month will expire 12 months later.
2. I am unable to view my Account Summary. The Account Summary option is not available.
A: Your Razer zVault account may be unverified. On the top right corner of the menu bar, click on the [verify] button and complete the verification process.
Your Razer zVault account must be verified before you can utilize your Razer zSilver balance.
3. I earned Razer zSilver but it is not reflected in my Razer zVault account.
A:
- You have not clicked on the [claim] button to transfer the Razer zSilver to your Razer zVault account. For Razer Insider achievements, the Razer zSilver must be claimed within 30 days once the achievement is unlocked. Otherwise, the Razer zSilver will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- You did not meet the campaign criteria. If you met all criteria but did not receive the Razer zSilver, please contact the campaign organizer (e.g. Razer Cortex, Razer Insider Moderator, Mogul Arena) for assistance.
- You have exceeded the 300,000 Razer zSilver balance limit in your Razer zVault account. If you do not utilize your Razer zSilver, any further Razer zSilver earned will be discarded and cannot be recovered.
4. I do not have sufficient Razer zSilver to redeem the reward I want. Can you extend the expiry/expiration date, offer a discount, or deduct my entire balance to partially offset the reward cost?
A: Unfortunately, no. You can, however:
- Continue earning Razer zSilver to make up for the shortfall, or
- Redeem another reward that is within your current budget.
5. I am not interested in redeeming anything yet. Will you be adding new rewards anytime soon?
A: Yes! We are constantly adding new rewards every month, ranging from new Razer products, Steam games, digital gift cards and more*.
However, as all of our rewards are offered in limited quantities, we strongly urge you to redeem your Razer zSilver as soon as you can to avoid any out of stock situations.

6. Will you expand the country eligibility for RazerStore hardware products?
A: We are continuously working together with RazerStore.com to expand the shipping coverage for RazerStore hardware product redemption's, but there are many hurdles to overcome (such as logistics, payments, shipping, custom taxes, etc) and these require time.
We are sorry if we are unable to expand to your country of residence before your Razer zSilver expires. You can, however, consider redeeming digital rewards such as Steam games, DLC's and lifestyle vouchers.
7. I redeemed my Razer zSilver for a Razer hardware product a while ago but there were no further updates and I have not received it yet.
A: Check your redemption email receipt or Razer zSilver transaction history for a voucher code that is to be used on RazerStore.com. Your order will be fulfilled once payment is completed for the tax, shipping and handling charges.

A: No.
9. What are the current ways to earn Razer zSilver?
A:
- Verifying your Razer zVault account grants you 1,000 Razer zSilver instantly (applicable once per account only)
- Unlocking achievements on Razer Insider
- Logging on to Razer Cortex daily
- Participating or voting on Mogul Arena Tournaments
- Spending Razer zGold or zGold-MOLPoints on your favorite games and digital content

10. Why do the prices on the Razer zSilver rewards catalog fluctuate?
A: The Razer zSilver rewards prices are and will be adjusted from time to time according to the current economy of Razer zSilver and demand of the rewards.
If you have sufficient Razer zSilver for a reward that you are aiming for, we strongly urge you to redeem it as soon as possible.
