Latest software update [Razer Synapse 3 - v.20231208] has broken my Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra


I had an update this morning for my Razer Synapse 3, after updating my Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra is no longer being detected by the software.. I’ve tried repairing the software/restarting and I've also tried using multiple different USB ports but still having the same issue.

 

However I did notice that it works on some USB ports that are USB 2.0 but this does not work in my favour as you cannot access the 4K 30FPS setting using 2.0 it has to be connected via 3.0

 

Nothing has changed since last night except this software update, so I can’t quite figure out what’s gone wrong other than a dev issue. 

 

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
