Please uninstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Then download the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, and install the app. Restart the computer and reinstall the software and see if it helps.

Hi there, I already have a ticket in with Razer support regarding this issue. It is looking to be a Synapse bug. They are working with the engineering team to duplicate the problem and implement a fix.

This bug is affecting me as well. Super annoying. I also have another issue where the RGB for the mouse and the dock both get stuck to the breathing red/orange/green pattern after undocking the mouse. I have to power the mouse off, wait a few seconds for the dock to reset to its assigned RGB profile, and then turn the mouse back on.

Same issue here, it just wont turn off unlike the old dock. Only way was to turn off the RGB in synapse...

Guess we just have to wait for more ppl to complain to this thread and hopefulli Razer do smething abt it.

I had entirely the same issue. No problem with my prvs basilisk ultimate charging dock with the option "switch off lighting when display is turn off" ticked. However having the same option ticked does not turn off the lighting on this New Mouse Dock Pro. Unistalling and installing synapse doesnt help either. Hopefully Razer will address the issue ASAP.

I resorted to turning the rgb off on the dock for now. If you shut down it'll keep the rgb off, so far anyway. However, if you put the PC to sleep it'll revert to the default lighting for whatever reason even if you have the rgb off in synapse.

Yea maybe not. I had the basilisk ultimate and that option in synapse worked perfectly with that dock. It would shut off the rgb while the PC was off but would still supply power for charging. I just wished the turn lighting off when display is off option worked for this version.

So there's probably no other choice. If you plug your dock directly into USB charger - it'll also should turn the lighting on.

That is definitely an option but defeats the purpose of the dock a little bit. If I cut the power to USB when my PC is off the mouse won't charge.

Check your motherboard/laptop settings - maybe there's an option selected to give power to the USB even after computer shutdown. Or try different USB port without "powershare" function.
