I also miss Synapse3 for MacOS. Bought the firefly v2 mousepad and now i wanna return it.
Really dissapointed about that.
Razer should really update synapse 3 for Mac... it's really annoying
efekalender96
yes perfectly fine :)

I've bought the new MB Pro M1, so Bootcamp doesn't work anymore 😞 im crying. I have bought the Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed. It's my first and it'll be my last Razer product. Razer sux. I don't want to dislike it, but I do, because nobody cares about Mac users.
I bought a MAMBA ELITE and then find out that it does not work on MAC. On the site it is not reported that it works only with SYNAPSE 3 and that there is still no version for MAC.
Thank you so much for the money I gave you.
I have the new all star bundle and its sad that me a Mac user we done have synapse 3 that sad
But i do have a windows laptop an even if you change the keys and the lighting on that one it just resets if you plug it in a mac
Razer -- guys -- come on. For the love of dog. Do you even know how many dollars you're leaving on the table by not getting Synapse 3 out for macOS?

I bought a Kraken TE headset that won't work on my 2017 Retina iMac because Synapse 2 is no bueno. I want a Huntsman Elite. Two bills isn't the dealbreaker -- the lack of support is. For the love o' Mike, kick down that last barrier to me giving you guys money, can't ya?

lol I want to buy huntsman elite keyboard but the synapse 3 doesn't support mac users. This is a huge disappointment since I love using razer products on mac. Not only the keyboard I want to buy the goliathus extended chroma and the headset as well but the synapse software makes me confused about buying it or not.

Yeah I bought the blackwidow elite for my macbook, didnt realise synapse 3 wasnt supported on mac and synapse 2 doesnt support the keyboard, still worth buying tho as it does have the wave lighting effect as standard but I'm still praying for support on mac to get that rainbow effect lol
Dear Razer,

My Mamba Elite is starting to fail and I'm hoping to get a new one, but I'd just like to get a mouse I can actually use. Synapse hasn't worked on my computer in years now, I could have got Logitech equipment for the same price (or less!) and actually been supported!

I don't want to switch – your products are so much nicer to use – except they aren't when there's no software support. I wish I could recommend you to other Mac users I know, but I just can't. Not anymore.

Please, help us give you money, and build us something that we can point at and say "It actually works!" Better still, let us say "It works better than Logitech!" I still have faith that you guys could.

At least keep us in the loop. The one thing that hurts more than lack of support is lack of transparency. It's horrible not knowing if we'll ever get support.

Regards,
MasterBel2
Continuing along the "Mamba Elite" trend on Mac, I use an iMac 21.5 inch (1,499$ model) and is Good for some games, and I have 3 RΛZΞR peripherals, that being the Mamba Elite, Ornata Chroma, and Firefly Hard Edition. 2/3 work, meaning the Mamba Elite cannot be customized on Mac. However, that doesn't mean it works, it works Great. The DPI levels have 4-5 adjustment levels to suit whatever you prefer. The scroll wheel up and down and side to side work, left and right work, and the forward and back work, but used only for secondary right clicks. In game, the Mamba's side buttons work. I do wish to see Synapse 3 come soon on Mac, even if it takes more then a year. Please RΛZΞR, make it for Mac.
2 years waiting for Mac support

Hi all.
This post is to bring the attention of Razer's dev team and Razer's business strategic team to the need to update synapse at Version 3. I'm trying the new Mamba Elite and it's... absolute fantastic, better my old Mamba. I've tried it on my PC and on my Mac and Synapse 3 is necessary on both.
So, please, don't forget Mac community and make an update for Synapse: it's OK also a "light" version of drivers, without Chroma Lab, only for edit bottons on mouse and keyboard, macro and Chroma effects.

This will be nice to have a good present for xmas :)

Guys don't buy razer if you are working on Mac or Linux. They don't support it, synapse 3 is great but its not working on Mac or Linux you can't use a Macro.. instead use a logitech i bought a logitech and it works on Windows and Mac when I switch laptop... macro is doing great kudos to Logitech!
I bought the Razer huntsman elite and it really is a fantastic keyboard but I am not sure that I am going to keep it as I use both a mac and a windows computer. Currently, my setup caters more toward me using my mac and for me to lose so much functionality in the form of not being able to use the main software required for this hardware to be worth the value. As synapse 2 is available for Mac I don't see why support has not been given to the newest edition of this software. This wouldn't even be AS annoying if there was a way to use the profile information that is saved to the keyboard when it is connected to my Mac but that is also not the case. Not only does this not work with the custom chroma settings but it also is the basic light settings. As far as I know, I can't even cycle through any of these presets without this software. Is there seriously NO way to make a version of synapse for mac that even has limited functionality? Just something to make this keyboard feel like it was worth the $200 price tag instead of a $40 Amazon board which allows you to cycle through the light presets just because it's plugged in. Come on Razer... Great hardware but just confusing implementation.

They're definitely watched. :)

Watched, and no official responses with any reasonable information. All we're looking for is if we should keep hope alive, or if we should return the keyboards since all of the functionality that we want resides on synapse 3.
PLEASE support macOS even it only has fundamental features, like control light and custom the buttons on mouse.
Please support Mac OS; some of us bought your products because Razer advertised them as being Mac compatible.
REALLY poor show, Razer. Synapse 2 for the Mac is horrible, especially after the move to Mojave. Gawd forbid I log out or worse, reboot the Mac. I have to manually kill Razer processes, Synapse, etc. and spend half an hour or more to get it working again.

Where the hell is Synapse 3 for the Mac? Or ANY reasonably working drivers?

Almost certain that what I currently own will be the last Razer hardware I ever buy.
Adding to the voices for a Mac version of Synapse 3... get off the pot, Razer, or please start advertising that many of your products require Synapse 3 and there is no plan whatsoever to release it for the Mac.
Yeah, 3's been in beta for AGES at this point. They obviously can't get their )#(%$ together on any platform.

...and they want to sell me a laptop? LOL. Fat chance. As it is, I needed new speakers a while back and briefly considered their new Chroma-enabled setup - before I came to my senses and bought elsewhere.
I would not consider Razer system. Period. They always look really cool, but given the support they display for their existing customers with 69$ mice, and 100$ keyboards, I would not want the aggravation of owning a 2700$ paper weight because they refused to update a driver at some point. I mean - screw me once on 250$ worth of Periph's and then expect me to make a major investment with you in hardware? Yea, No.
I've got a Naga Chroma and would love to see Razer return to the Mac for Mac OS Monterey. I realize that Mac OS has been a moving target with the switch to Apple M1 chips, but it would be nice to see this product modernized so that I can finally pick up a Tartarus with full driver support.
They should either fix Synapse 2 (which is completely broken on Mojave, starts up properly about 1/3 of the times) or release a new Synapse 3.
This is really unprofessional.

I have moved to Razer gear not only for gaming but for productivity - I work much faster and better, especially with the macro capabilities. I also feel great everytime I use the gear!
Unfortunately, I am not able to work on the macOS-based devices. Many people I know moved to Razer and other gaming gear for productivity, because the top of the line "office" products just suck in terms of quality and capability.

I hope Synapse 3 for macOS is released soon.
Im just realy disapointed honestly i wont ever buy anything from razer again
