I mistakly clean 3 number of my razer code card. How do I get it back 

Hey everyone!i’m having issues with my laptop that I hope can be fixed with firmware update, but unfortunately bios update works ok, but do nothing. I already tried all of those boot options, security settings, no luck so far. Any help? 

After neglecting to create a recovery image from my 2024 Razer 18 laptop BEFORE attempting clean install of Windows 11, I humbly solicited assistance from Razer Support and Razer delivered their recovery image the next day. Now my ole Razer is humming again. Thank you, Razer Support. #OnlyAtRazer

There is an issue where if the system is put into a deep sleep (S3 power state) and the system comes back from sleep, the multi touch gestures on the trackpad like scrolling will not work correctly. There was some work done in this previous thread to isolate the issue:https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=41416&fid=14Eventually the conclusion we reached was that the I2C HID Device was not initializing correctly after a sleep state. Now a BIOS update did recently come out for these systems and it did not resolve the issue. I am creating a new thread to hopefully get Razer's attention on this issue once more.I also contacted Razer support but they just want to do a warranty claim and have me send the device in for service which does not make sense at all since this is an issue that affects all 15 and 17 inch 2022 models.​​​​​​A temporary fix can be found in the thread I linked above for the issue, but you need to use task scheduler and drop a batch file in the windows directory. I cant adjust my contrast or brightness because the option is not avalible for my graphicscard although i have a 3070.

Hey all, I’ve noticed my Razer Blade fans ramp up pretty aggressively even during light tasks like browsing or watching videos. Temps don’t seem high, but the fans stay loud, and changing profiles in Synapse doesn’t always make a difference.Battery performance also feels inconsistent — sometimes it drains faster than expected, and USB-C charging doesn’t always seem reliable.Just wondering if others with Blade systems are seeing the same behavior, or if there’s a known fix (BIOS, firmware, Synapse settings, etc.).Thanks!

Hi all, I recently purchased a 2025 Blade 16 w/5090 and maxxed out RAM (since it’s not upgradable). However, I noticed that the CPU option only has the Ryzen 9 365, and not the HX370 that I’ve seen in reviews.Did razer remove that option? RAM/components are not available (let me guess… A.I.), so they removed the higher end CPU for a slightly lower end CPU?I get it, it’s a tough landscape out there in the world of consumer electronics. But I really could have used that 2 extra cores the HX370 provides. Unfortunately my old laptop died and need to get one ASAP, so I settled on the ryzen 365.Can anyone shed some light into this for me? Thanks in advance,velocity211

I bought kraken x  light then i try to download 7.1 surround software which is not working whatever I tried !When i click to RazerSurroundSoundInstaller it takes me to the installing screen and it keeps me waiting for 20 minutes to skip to the next step. And in the next step I can not click anything, there is no information about what i can download or use, I mean it is totally broken program.Perhaps I made a huge mistake buying a Razer product; after all, I couldn't have known you'd be a company that can't even properly program its own application.

I’m using a Razer Blade 15 (2022) | RZ09-0421x and I’m having CPU performance issues after accidentally resetting my Windows power plans.Originally, on the Balanced power plan, my CPU behaved very predictably: Idle: ~1.x GHz In games: ~2.4 GHz stable VR: 4.6 Ghz boost  Smooth performance, low heat, and no clock spikes. Hi, I am using a Razer laptop and the fans get loud even in lighter games. I want to reduce noise but still keep stable performance and safe temperatures. What settings do you usually change first, like power mode, fan profile, or CPU/GPU limits? If you have a simple setup that works for you, please share what you changed and what results you saw.

Greetings to glorious Razer Support and all fans of Razer laptops! My laptop config: Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 / 4K OLED 60Hz / i7-9750H / 32GB 2666MHz / RTX 2080 Max-Q / RZ09-0301Windows 11 25H2 is installed. The power mode is Balanced.Razer Synapse 4.0.86 runs in the background. In its performance settings, Custom mode is selected and all sliders are turned to maximum.All firmware updates from the product support page have been installed. I noticed that after waking from sleep mode, the processor power is limited to 35W until I manually switch between operating modes in Synapse. Could you advise me on how to remove this limitation?It's very frustrating that after waking up from sleep mode, performance drops and the processor doesn't reach turbo boost frequencies.It's possible this is a Synapse bug, or Windows requires some settings to be changed, but this situation is extremely inconvenient.  I checked that my laptop's BIOS shows the SpeedStep option enabled, but there's no SpeedS

Greetings, I am looking for support to determine what I should do from here with my Razer Blade 14.  I’ve gone through as many of the steps as I am able to recover this laptop.  I’ve done the following to help resolve this issue, but believe I am at a point where assistance is needed. 1) Replaced CMOS battery with one from Rome Tech -- no change.2) Pulled M.2 from the machine and was able to access from another PC.3) Formatted the M.2, reinstalled in Razer Blade 14, and created a UEFI USB to boot the factory reset image from. 4) Followed all instructions, pressed F12 on boot to select UEFI. Will immediately ask again what drive to boot from when hitting enter, then continues into a boot loop. 5) Tried F9 to enter recovery, met with the following error, “The preloaded image is not suitable to current system. Error code: PI480.” As mentioned, I formatted the main drive to install a fresh OS, but did not pull any logs or data other than personal stuff from the OneDrive folder.  Please adv

Hi everyone,I recently started experiencing repeated system-level issues. I’m trying to determine whether this is caused by Windows corruption, a driver conflict, or potentially a hardware problem. Any advice from the community would be greatly appreciated. Occasional black-screen crashes with the message “Windows encountered a problem and needs to restart” Random application crashes and unexpected program exits DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth fails at around 59% with error 1726 – RPC server failed NVIDIA Control Panel (AppX version) fails to install/updateI have already tried: DISM /ScanHealth and CheckHealth → Both report “No component store corruption detected” Using the official Windows 11 ISO to run a repair install (In-Place Upgrade) → Fails with 0xC1900101 - 0x3000D during the FIRST_BOOT phase (MIGRATE_DATA)  

Hey! A few weeks ago, my integrated webcam stopped working on my Razer Blade 14 (2025). It still works perfectly fine on Ubuntu but in Windows it doesn’t even show up in Device Manager. There is a USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller in my device manager with an error code 31, maybe that has to do something with it. Does anyone else have the same issue? Or does someone know how to fix this? Everything else works fine btw. Thanks!

Hi folks, I am looking to upgrade the storage on my 2021 Razer Blade 14”. In the specs page the maximum storage is listed as:  Storage (Maximum) NVME or SATA-III, Single Sided, expandable up to 2 TB SSD (M.2 2280)  Does that mean I have two slots and can add one 2TB SSD per slot for a total of 4TB or can I only add a second 1TB SSD for a total of 2TB?Not sure if the Maximum is per SSD or all SSDs 🤔

Does anybody have any info on Blade laptop stocks in the U.K.?Almost every model is either out of stock or only available in a few specific SKU’s, and in some cases there’s no option to request a stock alert.

Hi, I am currently trying Razer's Remote Play.My PC is a Radeon 8700GE CPU, and the iGPU is configured with Radeon 780M. Since I use it as a headless without a monitor, I am using the PC with Windows RDP.The problem is that there is no problem using the PC with RDP connection, but when I try to play a game with the Razer Remote play App on my iPhone, an error message pops up saying, "The host PC cannot encode. Please update the GPU or CPU drivers." and I cannot connect.I have updated the CPU and GPU drivers to the latest versions. I welcome any suggestions from those with experience in this matter.

Hi,I basically had the same issue with a Blade 17 2020, a Blade 14 2021 and now the Blade 16 2023. The THX app, which vastly improves the sound of the internal speakers, is just not working. One year later, here we go again Right after I do a System restore with the image from the Razer homepage, there is a “Realtek(R) Audio Codec with THX Spatial Audio” in the device manager. However, after running Windows Update for the first time, this is always gone. Now I have two Realtek cards in the device manager called "Realtek(R) Audio" and "Realtek USB2.0 Audio". Both play sound from the laptop speakers if I set them as the default playback device. The latter appears to sit a bit further back in the chassis and is quieter. I presume they are to be combined to a single device in order to create the "spatial" sound effect. Last year someone on reddit sent me a driver for the Blade 14 that immediately fixed all my issues on the Blade 14. This one does not work on the Blade 16, though.If the "Re

It is 2025. Everything was fine until i updated my windows. This was the update name: 2025-11 Security Update (KB5068861) (26200.7171). After updating i found something weird. When my laptop is plugged in, the fans are going crazy (even tho nothing is opened). BUT as soon as i unplug it, it gest 100% quite. So, when unplugged, i see normal behaviour as it always was, but when plugged in, nothing is opened, fans are going really fast creating such a loud noice. I tried searching issues in bios, updated my all drivers, updated everything that was razer related (all apps, etc), fixing issues that occured in my event viewer (under windows logs → system), but nothing works. May be there is somebody who still uses such an old laptop as my self and had similar problem, i would love to hear any response. hopefully, i could get any response from razer as well (may be this issue persists on new laptops as well because of this windows update).
