Hello!Recently I used my mouse very intesive and I saw that my dongle give me many crashes when I try to play games.I unplug from USB, let 5-10 seconds and plug again and it works for 5-10 minutes again.I saw some topics here with same problem and I want to know if I could replace it.Many thanks!

This is my second Basilisk V3 mouse. I RMA’d the first one via Razer, but the new one is doing the exact same thing. Any sort of lift or quick side to side movement of the mouse causes it to erratically scroll which is extremely problematic in games. I do have a SteelSeries QcK Prism RGB Gaming Mouse Pad - 3XL Cloth, but using the Razer software I “calibrated” the surface. I have also tried on default.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse software. I have used a “traditional” mousepad.I need help before I abandon Razer altogether!
So here's the problem I'm having my edge regardless how long it is charged for always shows it is af 1%. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy it. Restarted it, off and on again, changed chargers, checked settings, cannot update it or factory reset as it says the battery is too low. I have only had it a few months so it shouldn't be having actually problems with the battery. Nothing new occured that would have caused this it is kept in doors in my bedroom, charging port is clear of any debris. I am at a total loss of what to do with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m looking for a mouse with 12 side buttons like a keypad, and three large click buttons on top, like the Logitech G600 has, but without buying anything from Logitech. Most of the Razer ones I’ve seen only has 2 large ones on top like a traditional mouse, and I really like that third button for my ring finger. The Naga Trinity has that little spot on the side, but I don’t know if that’s a button or not.

My charging stand flashing orange rapidly when I put my controller on. I tried to unplug it and wipe it with soft cloth as recommended in user manual.Controller seems not charging. Please advise
Starting from today my Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra is not recognized by my Windows PC or Macbook Pro (it worked with both before).I just plug in the camera and nothing happens.Only the white LED light is lit.Any support is appreciated.
I want to purchase the 10k 5090 razor laptop but the support system is a farce giving you the run around, razor care can't be purchased directly with the laptop and they only offer a pathetic 12 month limited warranty. Spent an hour trying to find an email for these time wasting loosers.. can imagine the service when something goes wrong :/
I purchased the Razer Edge a month ago, and I've noticed some concerning issues related to software updates and post-sale support. Despite being in the market since January 2023, the device is still running on Android 12, not incorporating the advancements introduced in Android 14.Additionally, there is a lack of support for the PlayStation remote control, and the THX spatial audio app, crucial for 3D sound simulation, is not available for updates on the Google Store. I have encountered performance lag during Android games and observed excessive fan noise, even when the device is not in use. Also the device restricts me from setting up apps on the SD card, allowing only the installation of apps on its internal memory.
