Hey, I am having trouble with my sound cutting out when im in queue for a game (valorant) and I cant hear anything going on but my sound comes back in the main lobby. Is there a fix for this?

I am looking to buy the Opus but I just have a few questions regarding the wirred connection. Firstly I have head that the headphones are unusable well charging. I am curious if they are still capable of being used on an auxiliary connection even when dead. Assuming that they can i would also be wondering the power requirements on them though a wired connection. Lastly, I am wondering if you are on a wired connection, are the headphones using the DAC in the headphones or in the device that they are plugged into.

My Razer Kraken X USB has an issue: the microphone picks up 'internal' noise, such as the rubbing of the USB cable against collar/clothing etc, which then causes the mic to activate/key if on 'voice activation' in Teamspeak.. like a burst of static sound. This problem is quite difficult to avoid as the cable hangs from same earpiece as where the microphone is installed and it's almost as loud as if you were rubbing the microphone itself! If the cable and the mic were on opposite sides maybe this problem could be avoided? I'm now looking get a Boom Microphone just to avoid this issue during streaming/games sessions..

I am an active duty member of the U.S. Army, an Engineer who operates heavy construction equipment. I've been in the military for about 4 years now. I have been an avid video gamer for much longer. I use all types of hearing protection in the military field and have used many different gaming headsets in the gaming world. Peltor Comtac headsets are by far some of the best military headsets out there and Razer is by for one of the best video game headset creators out there. When i bought my Kraken Pro about a year ago, everything was working fine, but somewhere along the way something has become wrong in the settings. The switch to tweak game vs chat balance is now not tweaking the balance, it is just simply controlling the volume as a whole. so both audio types go harder or softer together when using the switch. i have researched this online but cant seem to find a solution. I reinstalled, reset to factory settings, removed all drivers from pc (i think) etc. but it keeps doing the same thing. help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

my blackshark v2 has an unbalanced sound. When I turn the volume to the maximum, the sound on the right will be louder, and when I turn it down, the sound on the left will become loud

Hey all! I'm having a problem with my brand new (I've had them for less than 2 weeks) Nommo Chroma speakers. After about 1 hour of gameplay on my PC, they'll randomly make a static sound that lasts about 1/2 second, and then shut off. No more sound, but the RGB accent lighting continues working. What might this be? Should I send these back while I still can and order a new pair of speakers? Thanks in advance for any helpful advice!

I have had my new kaira pro headset for not even a week at first they were amazing now I hear a crackling sound every so often any having this problem or a fix?

1 week ago I got the razer seiren mini that I bought by amazon (I live in South America), the microphone works great, but every so often an annoying electric noise sounds, this lasts about 2 seconds and then returns to normal, Before ordering a refund, I would like to rule out that it is not my computer or some bad configuration, does anyone recommend a possible solution? or some way to repair this?

i have uninstalled and reinstalled all sound devices and the razer software several times i run a trouble shooter and then the device disappeared

I just receive my blackshark v2 pro, and test the THX 7.1 by Synapse, and found the left side always louder than right side. what happen?

Just installed THX Spacial Audio, and where it says in the setup to choose THX Spacial from the drop down list, it doesn't appear. I do have Razer Synapse installed as well, and have clicked on Game Mode in Synapse.

Hey guys. I have noticed issue with my surround sound on Razer Kraken 2019. Whenever I play for instance csgo or dead by daylight with razer surround sound on, it makes Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation (audiodg.exe) use around 30% of my cpu, when not playing games it uses around 20% of cpu ..I know it might not be much for some people but for me its alot because my pc is old potato and I need every bit of cpu in order to keep playable FPS.(with surround sound my fps on csgo is around 30-40, with surround sound off its above 80-100). Can anyone help me with it ?

Hi, i bought the Kraken X Lite on december 18th, i registered my headphones and everything worked, i selected as output my sound card and activated the 7.1 and was good; But yesterday( 8/01/2021), I started my PC as usual and I didnt listen anything,even the test sound of microsof, only I was able to hear discord voice calls. Any one had this trouble before? or know how to fix it? Thanks

Hi guys, my Kraken X USB headset turns my screen on, maybe a second after the automatic Windows screen turn off for energy saving. The screen goes black for a moment and then turns on again. Thanks for the help.

I have BlackShark V2 Pro and I followed all setup instructions, so I have the THX Spacial Audio output device (along with the standard BlackShardk V2 Pro that is stereo?). I have the Mixer tab with the switch to enable THX Spatial Audio, but the interface looks different than the app in the store. Do I need to buy the app to use THX or this is some reduced functionality that comes with Synapse 3 and this expensive headset?

My Nari Ultimate Wireless that I love has a bad connection to the right side. I have to tap it fairly hard on the right side to get the connection working again. Its out of warranty, but I would pay to have it repaired. Hoping customer support will get back to me on a means to pay for repair?

Hello, I just bought some razer nari ultimate for Xbox and I am delighted with them but I want to get more juice. I have installed the dolby atmos and dts X application. Both have equalizer but I have no idea how to play it to improve the audio. Can somebody help me??

I bought a BlackShark V2 to replace my Kraken Tournament Edition recently. I want to ask if I can use the Kraken USB controller with the BlackShark? And, is it better to use the original BlackShark USB soundcard? What does the soundcard actually do to the audio quality?
