I just noticed today that my razer mamba tournaments side buttons aren't fully clicking in, the clicks also don't register to the computer, but it's a hardware issue, not a software issue. is there any way I can fix this at home? the side buttons seem loose if that makes any sense.

Hi, i recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 and pretty much enjoying it. Though, a problem surged: despite the fact during the game i can hear all the sounds, if i record some footage with my nvidia "instant replay" feature, the video came without any sound. So, apparently, if my output device is not Realtek audio, nvidia wont catch anything. Some help?

For Some reason evry time randomly in a game or just watching/listeing to videos. I get this crackling noise and i dont know why exacly. The Headset is also like. 3 days since i orderd it soo... I dont realy know why it does that. I seen evryone start at like 3-4 months. If there is possible a fix for this i would Very much appriciet it. I have the most up to date Razer Synapse.

I accidentally broke the cord of the headphone itself at the mute/volume section. Where can one get it repaired or at least buy a replacement to fix it myself?

Hey so for a longer time I have mic issues with my nari ultimate. I really tried out a lot but know I don't know what to do. So the mic is not working at all, exept when i use the aux cable but only at my playstation, when I try the aux cable at my pc it won't work. So when I reset everything and reinstall the drivers for the nari ultimate it will work in synapse for a few minutes, after that it won't work again. (Sorry for my bad english, it's not my first languange.)

My PC has 3 types of USB port: usb 2, c and 3.1 gen 2. My Blackshark 2 pro comes with a wireless dongle. Should I use usb 2 or 3 for best results?

I've bought the Blackshark V2 + USB sound card and I cannot record the game audio using Nvidia Shadowplay. I was able to find that if I select the Razer USB Sound Card as the output, the shadowplay record works as expected, meaning that the game sound + the mic output are being recorded. But, if I select THX Spatial Audio, the record only contains my mic output. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks

I just bought some Kraken TE's and the instructions in the box said to download the 7.1 software from Razer I went ahead and did this, and then entered an activation code. Later a popup appeared and Synapse was recommended to install so I went ahead and did that too. Now I'm curious if I need one versus the other? the 7.1 doesn't have THX options for me and actually all the output devices are greyed out now after I installed the synapse software. Also, there is an option for THX option upgrade on the 7.1 but I thought it already comes with the headphones? I'm very confused.

I recently purchased the Kraken Ultimate during prime days, upon arrival I eagerly hooked up the headset and updated synapse. I altered the settings a bit within synapse to get a good sound when listening to music... then it was time for some Warzone, and I sadly have to say that I'm extremely saddened at how bad this headset sounds, both stereo and surround sound make me feel like I'm gaming inside of a barrel, I hear a chest in Warzone and couldn't even tell you where its at... I've seen youtube videos and posts that give praise to this headset, so I'm honestly assuming its an operator error, but could anyone give me some advice, or even better and audio profile to download to try and sort this out? Edit: Just wanted to add, I have the gaming inside a barrel sound in all games that I have tried: CoD MW, Diablo III, Valorant, and WoW. i recently bought blackshark v2 x and i am having a issue on the mic where it picks up the audio i am playing in my browser to discord. i also tried it on my mobile phone and it has the same problem. hope razer support can make a solution to my problem. if anyone encountered this pls comment down below.

This morning I updated windows and after restating I would see the razer logo and then the screen would just go black and never boot into windows. I ended up factory restoring the laptop through the recovery option, however I am scared to download the latest updates for windows. Any thoughts?

My new headphones have the THX DSP dongle do I need the special downloaded software? Does this software add anything?

Hey guys,'been using Kraken TE for a couple weeks. I realized a sound coming from inside headphones and i dont know how to describe it but it's like rumbling or rattling and it tooks under 1 second and goes away. I dont know how to fix or solve this problem. any idea for it? Have a nice and healthy day all.

This was the first pair of headphones I got for PC gaming. I have had this pair for about 2 years and they finally stopped working. I dealt with them cutting out and lacking a functioning mic for weeks, but I could stand it no longer. I looked all over the place for a brand new pair of Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 USB Chroma's with oval ear cushions, sold and shipped by Razer so I wouldn't get ripped off. I couldn't find any. They don't seem to be discontinued. I need them. Right now I am using some Razer Kraken Tournament Editions or whatever and they are fine. However, I still crave the comfort and convenience my old babies used to have. Somebody please tell me where I can get a brand new pair of these that's not sold from some random who I can't trust. Hi! I just received my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headphones. Audio works fine except for microphone - I can hear the robotic voice all the time. There were a few similiar threads that suggested to change the audio quality in the Windows Settings, didn't work for me. Microphone works just fine in Razer Synapse.

Hi, i got my razer nari ultimate a few months ago and everything worked great, i decided to go corded for a while because i forgot to charge every night and it became a bit tourblesome... now when i try to turn on the headset wireless it just wont turn on, it works with the usb connected but the second i unplug it the headset shuts down... (already tried to charge it all night, only from the razer original cable and pc usb only! havent used anything else on them and im so frustrated because the wireless has a much better audio control..) This time,with Razer Blackshark v2, but who are we kidding, this problem has existed for years now with Razer products. The sheer number of unresolved forum posts and help requests when searching for solutions to the flaw is staggering. The utter absence of any working posted solutions which don't involve installing Voicemeeter and restructuring Windows audio driver routing is damning, to say the least. AMD Radeon built-in capture, Windows 10. Multiple machines and hardware configs. Tested on both Only able to get mic audio, no game audio in captures. Audio devices listed in AMD panel are two mics. This has been a problem for 2 years now. Have tested on two completely machines with different architectures and hardware configs. Installing Voicemeeter to hack around the problem and create several; more in the process. Hey! So I bought the Razer Kraken TE and tried to set up THX but everytime I have tried, the mic hasn't worked. It's either I have THX audio and no mic or not THX audio and a mic, this is really frustrating, anyone have any ideas? thanks
